Commercially available alpha-aminodiphenylmethane 1 (benzhydrylamine) serves as a convenient ammonia equivalent in the dimethyltitanocene-catalyzed intermolecular hydroamination of alkynes. The primary formed imines can be hydrogenated and cleaved directly to the corresponding primary amines by catalytic hydrogenation using Pd/C as catalyst.  相似文献

A model of subphtalocyanine molecules ordering on Ag(111) is proposed. We have demonstrated that the driving force of the ordering into honeycomb and hexagonal close packed patterns is a balance of intermolecular and subphtalocyanine-Ag interactions which can be generally expressed by a potential with infinite exclusion in a sufficiently large number of nearest coordination spheres of Ag(111) lattice and oscillatingly decaying behavior outside the sphere of exclusion. To cope with computational problems due to large size of the molecules compared to the substrate lattice period, we introduce the rescaling of Ag(111) lattice, and took into account an infinite exclusion of first, second, and third neighbors, attraction-of fourth and fifth, and repulsion-of sixth and seventh. The phase diagram is obtained by the lattice gas model using Monte Carlo simulations. Very strong first order phase transitions, causing the two-phase coexistence, were found between disordered and honeycomb as well as between disordered and hexagonal closed packed phases.  相似文献

Two assays for the quantitative determination of the neutral and amino-monosaccharides attached to a therapeutic glycoprotein were developed using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and RP-HPLC. These assays meet the strict batch release requirements of the quality control in biopharmaceutical industry. The monosaccharides were released from the glycoprotein by hydrolysis with 2N trifluoroacetic acid. In the CZE assay the monosaccharides were reacetylated prior to derivatization with 8-aminopyrenesulfonic acid (APTS), reacetylation in the glycoprotein matrix was investigated in detail. The RP-HPLC method used pre-column derivatization with anthranilic acid in methanol-acetate-borate reaction medium; reacetylation was not necessary. However, epimerization of the different monosaccharides was observed and studied in detail. For the quantitative assay, separation of the amino-monosaccharide epimers had to be developed. The HPLC assay was validated.  相似文献

Sulphuric acid impregnated silica was used for the lipid free extraction of polychlorinated biphenyls from fat containing food and feed matrices using pressurized liquid extraction on a Dionex ASE300, with 34 mL cells. Data were compared to a previous publication where extractions had been performed on a Dionex ASE200, with 33 mL cells. Four different fat/fat retainer ratios (FFRs) were tested (0.100, 0.075, 0.050 and 0.025) at 50 and 100 degrees C using n-pentane, n-hexane or n-heptane as extraction solvent. The best results were obtained with a FFR of 0.025 when applying a temperature of 100 degrees C. Both n-pentane and n-heptane were capable of replacing n-hexane as extraction solvent. A flush volume of 60% was sufficient as suggested in US Environmental Protection Agency Method 3545. The applicability of the method was demonstrated for naturally contaminated fish meal as well as various spiked and certified materials.  相似文献

A nitro-introduced Wang resin-type linker for soluble and insoluble polymer support oligosaccharide synthesis is described. The linker was used for connecting glycosyl donors and polymer supports, and was completely stable under the glycosylation conditions tested. The cleavage of the linker was performed under reductive conditions without affecting the protecting groups to release disaccharides.  相似文献

A combination of Pd(OAc)2 (5 mol %), PPh3 (10 mol %), and Et3B (200 mol %) promotes the formation of allyl phenyl sulfones from the allylic alcohols directly with excellent yields under mild conditions. The activation of an alcohol group is not necessary which is achieved in situ. The conjugated dienols also were equally effective for the said transformation.  相似文献

This work discusses the synthesis and the fragmentation patterns for 2-(p-acetylaminosulfonamido)-2-thiono-(5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane)(1) and for the p-acetylaminosulfonylamides of O,O-diethylthiophosphoric acid (2), O,O-diphenylthiophosphoric acid (3), dimethylaminocyclohexylthiophosphoric acid (4), and diethylaminophenylthiophosphoric acid (5). A thionamidic-thiolimidic structure was attributed to compounds 1-5, consistent with their IR and NMR spectra. EI mass spectra at 70 eV, high resolution (HR) mass measurements and metastable ion spectra were used to elucidate the fragmentation processes and to determine the kinetic energy release values associated with the metastable ion dissociations. HR accurate mass measurements were used to confirm the compositions of the more abundant ions.  相似文献

An extensive study on the appearance of multi-electron features in the X-ray absorption spectra of several yttrium(III)-based compounds has been performed. The existence of a multi-electron transition of non-negligible intensity within the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) region of the Y K-edge spectra has been proven. The impact of such features in the EXAFS analysis is made evident for aqueous solutions of YBr3 x 6H2O in liquid and glassy states in the concentration range 0.005-2.0 M, in which this transition induces an overestimation in the coordination numbers derived from EXAFS. We have performed theoretical computation of cross-sections for the double-electron processes at the K-edge of both Y and Br. These computations have been applied to the experimental EXAFS K-edge spectra of both Y and Br in several solids and in aqueous solutions. While in the case of Y K-edge spectra the presence of such multi-electron transitions was seen to seriously affect the standard EXAFS analysis, its influence in the case of Br K-edge spectra was determined to be negligible.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and selective method for the determination of beryllium with pyridoxal-5-phosphate has been developed. The system is only fluorescent (lambda(ex) 360, lambda(em) 460 nm) in the presence of a nitrogenous base such as ammonia, ethylenediamine or pyridine, owing to the possible formation of a ternary complex. The calibration graph is linear over the range 8-60 ng ml . The high selectivity of the method permits the determination of beryllium in various types of alloys.  相似文献

A new high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of the beta-receptor blocker carvedilol in human cardiac tissue. After homogenizing tissue samples in a microdismembrator, carvedilol and the internal standard naftopidil are extracted with acetone. The extract is evaporated to dryness and reconstituted in a potassium acetate buffer of pH 3.5. Samples are cleaned up with solid-phase extraction columns. Carvedilol and the internal standard show recoveries of 69.8 +/- 12.2% and 63.9 +/- 9.34%, respectively. The linearity range for carvedilol is 0.01-0.35 ng/mg (parts per billion) tissue (wet weight), and the limit of quantitation is 0.01 ng/mg. The percentage coefficient of variation of the intra-assay varies between 1.45 and 5.38% and the interassay between 4.25 and 6.96%. To use as an application of the assay, the cardiac carvedilol tissue level in a patient on oral carvedilol therapy for congestive heart failure is reported.  相似文献
