Voigt线型及其精确快速算法

通过把上半复平面分为４个区，并在每一区利用不同近似，建立了一种精确快速计算Ｖｏｉｇｔ函数、修正的Ｖｏｉｇｔ函数和Ｖｏｉｇｔ函数偏导数的算法，其最大相对误差小于５×１０－４．该算法是Ｌｉｎｅ－ｂｙ－Ｌｉｎｅ大气透过率／辐射强度计算及其相关应用的有效算法．     

Analysis method of the effect of fabrication errors on a planar waveguide demultiplexer

The impact of fabrication errors on a planar waveguide demultiplexer is analyzed based on an analytical method. The explicit expression of the transfer function taking into account phase and amplitude errors is presented in order to analyze the loss and crosstalk of the demultiplexer caused by fabrication errors. A basic requirement for the demultiplexer with a certain crosstalk criterion can be easily obtained. Using an etched diffraction grating demultiplexer as an example, it is shown that the analytical results have a good agreement with results from a numerical method.     

裂解气相色谱质谱法研究增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的热降解机理

用裂解气相色谱-质谱联用方法研究了橡胶产品中使用的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)在不同温度条件下的热裂解行为.对不同温度条件下裂解产物的分析表明,在初始阶段DMP的裂解产物主要为二氧化碳、苯、甲苯和苯甲酸甲酯.随着温度的升高苯甲酸甲酯进一步裂解成为分子质量更小的自由基,并发生稠环化反应形成更稳定的菲、蒽、间-联三苯、三亚苯等芳香族多环化合物.根据分析实验提供的裂解产物信息和有机物热裂解化学反应的原理对DMP的热裂解反应机理作了探讨,表明在废旧合成橡胶热裂解回收过程中,增塑剂DMP的高温裂解会产生多环芳烃污染物.应选择合适裂解工艺和裂解温度,以减少对环境的污染.     

γ-LiAlO2晶体生长、改性和热学性质研究

采用快速提拉法生长出了透明、完整的γ-LiAlO2晶体,但是晶体的高熔点和易挥发性限制了γ-LiAlO2晶体质量.采用气相传输平衡法(vapor transport equilibration technique,VTE)工艺对晶体改性,半高宽(FWHM)值从116.9arcsec降至44.2arcsec,继续升高VTE处理温度至1300℃,FWHM值反而升高至55.2arcsec.快速提拉法生长出来晶体,[100]方向和[001]方向的热膨胀系数分别为17.2398×10-6/K,10.7664×10-6/K.经过三步VTE处理后[100]和[001]方向热膨胀系数降至16.6539×10-6/K和10.1784×10-6/K.     

新试剂二溴氟基偶氮氟胂分光光度法快速测定热镀锌合金中微量铈

报道了新试剂DBF-FAsA的合成及其应用于测定锌合金中添加微量元素铈量的方法。在强酸性体系中铈与二溴氟基偶氮氟砷(DBF-FAsA)形成蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长为624nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.20×105L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围为0～1.0μg/mL。该法可用于锌合金或中间锌合金材料中微量铈的测定。     

A four-channel 3.125-Gb/s/ch CMOS serial-link transceiver with a mixed-mode adaptive equalizer

This work presents a quad-channel serial-link transceiver providing a maximum full duplex raw data rate of 12.5Gb/s for a single 10-Gbit eXtended Attachment Unit Interface (XAUI) in a standard 0.18-/spl mu/m CMOS technology. To achieve low bit-error rate (BER) and high-speed operation, a mixed-mode least-mean-square (LMS) adaptive equalizer and a low-jitter delay-immune clock data recovery (CDR) circuit are used. The transceiver achieves BER lower than <4.5/spl times/10/sup -15/ while its transmitted data and recovered clock have a low jitter of 46 and 64 ps in peak-to-peak, respectively. The chip consumes 178 mW per each channel at 3.125-Gb/s/ch full duplex (TX/RX simultaneous) data rate from 1.8-V power supply.
