In this work, a deep learning (DL)-based massive multiple-input multiple-output (mMIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system is investigated over the tapped delay line type C (TDL-C) model with a Rayleigh fading distribution at frequencies ranging from 0.5 to 100 GHz. The proposed bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) channel state information (CSI) estimator uses online learning during training and offline learning during the practical implementation phase. The design of the estimator takes into account situations in which prior knowledge of channel statistics is limited and targets excellent performance, even with limited pilot symbols (PS). Three separate loss functions (mean square logarithmic error [MSLE], Huber, and Kullback–Leibler Distance [KLD]) are assessed in three classification layers. The symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability performance of the proposed estimator are evaluated using a number of optimization techniques, such as stochastic gradient descent (SGD), momentum, and the adaptive gradient (AdaGrad) algorithm. The Bi-LSTM-based CSI estimator is trained considering a specific number of PS. It can be readily seen that by incorporating a cyclic prefix (CP), the system becomes more resilient to channel impairments, resulting in a lower SER. Simulations show that the SGD optimization approach and Huber loss function-trained Bi-LSTM-based CSI estimator have the lowest SER and very high estimation accuracy. By using deep neural networks (DNNs), the Bi-LSTM method for CSI estimation achieves a superior channel capacity (in bps/Hz) at 10 dB than long short-term memory (LSTM) and other conventional CSI estimators, such as minimum mean square error (MMSE) and least squares (LS). Local magnetic behaviour of Rh implanted into Ni-Rh alloys near the critical Rh compositionx=0.37 has been studied using the TDPAC method. The observed Curie-Weiss type local susceptibility reflects the presence of large d spin polarization around Rh yielding a total moment of 4.7 B. Our results show that the magnetism of Rh in the alloys depends strongly on the number of Ni near neighbour atoms.  相似文献

A new copper dispersed ceramic-graphite composite electrode was fabricated by the initial mixing of copper nitrate and (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxy silane (MPS) followed by stirring with graphite powder. The combination of the metal catalysis and the advantages of the ceramic composite favored the electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) at a reduced overpotential of -0.2 V with good sensitivity, stability and reproducibility. The sensor showed a good linear response to H2O2 in the range from 8.3 x 10(-6) M to 2.0 x 10(-3) M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9989 and the detection limit was 6.2 x 10(-6) M (S/N =3).  相似文献

The new ruthenium compound [Ru(NO)(pysiS4)]Br (3) (pysiS4 = 2,6-bis(3-triphenylsilyl-2-sulfanylphenylthiomethyl)pyridine), containing sterically bulky SiPh3 groups ortho to the thiolate donors, has been synthesized. In solution, 3 releases NO efficiently on exposure to visible light (lambda >/= 455 nm) at room temperature to afford [Ru(Br)(pysiS4)] (4). Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) studies have been carried out on VO2+ ions doped in single crystals of ferroelectric material, potassium thiourea bromide (PTB) at room temperature and in the temperature range 103–343 K on X-band MW frequency. An isotropic octet spectrum characteristic of VO2+ ion was obtained due to the fast re-orientation of the VO2+ in PTB lattice, which exhibits glassy nature at certain range around room temperature. The temperature dependant EPR spectra of VO2+ ions in this host lattice has been attributed to the occurrence of multiple phase transitions due to the combined environment effects of KBr and thiourea materials in the single crystal. From the optical absorption spectrum, the crystal field splitting parameter Dq, tetragonal parameters Ds and Dt have been evaluated and discussed.  相似文献
