Four microprocessor based configurations for controlling remotely located stepper motors with single-step resolution control to work as actuators of control valves with a 4-20 mA control signal generated in a multichannel data acquisition and control system are investigated for their operations, performances, and limitations. One of the configurations is directly hardware compatible with that of electropneumatic valves, but for the other configurations, hardware interfaces are needed to store, generate, and transmit control signals in order to reduce microprocessor busy time. The detection circuits required at the remote end for deriving direction, stepping rate, and drive duration from the control signal become simple if the information about these is explicitly expressed in the control signal  相似文献

The contact angle of a water droplet on the surface of a solid polymer or hydrogel (water-swollen three-dimensional network) depends on whether a hydrophilic moiety of the polymer molecule is oriented towards the air interface or towards the bulk of the solid, but not on the hydrophilicity of the molecule. Therefore, the short-range rotational mobility of a polymer molecule has a major influence on the apparent hydrophilicity of a polymer surface as measured by the contact angle of water. By the came principle, the abnormally large hysteresis effect observed in advancing and receding contact angles of water on some polymer surfaces can be attributed to the reorientation of hydrophilic moieties of polymer molecules at the surface. These factors are demonstrated by selected polymer surfaces with different degrees of mobility at the polymer-air interface.  相似文献

The emission probabilities per fission of α-particles, tritons and protons have been measured in fast neutron induced fission of 235U. The measurements were carried out at neutron energies of 120, 180, 230 and 550 keV. AΔE-E semiconductor detector telescope was used to identify different light charged particles and the fission fragments were detected with an ionization chamber. The three-parameter data corresponding to the pulse heights from the ΔE-E detectors and the ion-chamber were recorded event by event on magnetic tape and were analyzed off-line by computer. No significant variation in the most probable energy (E) and the standard deviation (σE) of the energy spectra of different light charged particles with incident neutron energy was observed, although Eα was seen to have a slightly higher value beyond En = 230 keV. The yield of α-particles in fission induced by neutrons of En ~ 200 keV was found to be higher by about 20 % than that in thermal neutron induced fission. The yields of tritons and protons were found to increase significantly with neutron energy.  相似文献

This paper presents an investigation of the enhancement of self focusing of high frequency EM waves in a compensated degenerate magnetoactive solid state plasma. The nonlinearity in the dielectric constant responsible for self focusing arises due to nonuniform heating and consequent redistribution Of carriers. A rigorous kinetic treatment valid beyond the perturbation limit has been presented assuming the carrier relaxation time to be energy dependent. The results show that the self-focusing of extraordinary waves is enhanced while that of ordinary waves is reduced with ωcω increasing. However the focusing of extraordinary waves is not possible when ωc > ω. The effect of degeneracy is also found to enhance the self-focusing of the waves while that of the enhanced absorption is to suppress the self-focusing process.  相似文献

The strong and specific binding of chymotrypsin on chromatographic columns containing agarose substituted with N--amino Caproyl- -tryptophan methyl ester is abolished when the -amino groups on the surface of the enzyme are reacted with acetic anhydride. Because the catalytic properties of the acetylated chymotrypsin are identical to those of the underivatized enzyme, it is concluded that the high affinity of chymotrypsin for this column is not due solely to biospecific inhibitor binding, which is by itself very weak, but requires reinforcement through weak non-specific interactions with the column support. It is postulated that these non-specific interactions include electrostatic interactions between agarose matrix and positively charged lysyl residues on the enzyme. The results demonstrate for the first time that residues on the surface of an enzyme not associated with its active site can play an important role in some chromatographic systems previously thought to be based on purely biospecific interactions.  相似文献

The phonon thermal conductivity values in Zn-doped GaSb are explained for hole concentrations ranging from 2 × 1017 to 4 × 1019 cm-3. The concentration dependence of thermal conductivity above 3 × 1018 cm-3 is similar to other doped materials and is explained by considering the scattering of phonons by free electrons (holes) given by Ziman and Kosarev and applying the screening effects suggested by Crossby and Grenier. The density-of-states effective mass is kept constant and the dilatation deformation potential is found to increase with hole concentration. For impurity concentrations less than 3 × 1018 cm-3, the thermal conductivity is found to increase with hole concentration. Since this concentration region is below the metal-insulator transition, the theory of scattering of phonons by holes bound to the impurity atoms explains the conductivity results. The values of acceptor hole radius and deformation potential constants are in agreement with the experimental values.  相似文献
