分布式光纤拉曼放大器的增益平坦设计

介绍了在波分复用（WDM）系统中分布式光纤拉曼放大器（FRA）的理论分析模型。在此基础上，对增益平坦设计所需考虑的因素进行了分析；最后通过试验证明了它的有效性。     

一种多晶硅高温压力传感器

制作压力传感器时，在二氧化硅层上淀积多晶硅膜，既可利用优良的机械特性，又可保证压敏电阻与衬底间具有良好的绝缘性，由此可大大提高器件的温度特性。介绍了一种多晶硅压力传感器的原理和设计。实验结果表明，这类传感器具有灵敏度好，精度高等特点，电路工作范围为０－２５０℃，且具有良好的温度稳定性。     

Crystallographic report: Bis{[diacetyl‐bis(2,6‐isopropylphenylimine)]nickel(I)(µ‐chloro)}

The first α‐diimine nickel(I) complex having a chloro bridge is reported. The centrosymmetric dinuclear structure of {[ArN?C(Me)C(Me)?NAr]NiCl}₂[Ar?2,6?C₆H₃(i‐Pr)₂] features two chelating α‐diimine ligands and two bridged chlorine atoms, so that a distorted tetrahedral N₂Cl₂ coordination geometry for nickel results. Mode Matching Analysis of a Tapered Coaxial Tip in a Parallel-Plate Waveguide

A tapered coaxial tip in a parallel plate waveguide is investigated. A boundary-value problem of electromagnetic scattering from a tapered coaxial monopole is solved rigorously based on the Fourier transform, eigenfunction expansion, and mode matching. Scattering parameters are represented in a series and computed to understand the behavior of the scattering in terms of the coaxial tip geometry.     

用于实时数据传输的滑动帧方法及其实现

根据某雷达系统对测量信号的快速传输要求,提出采用滑动帧的处理方法并在FPGA中实现,克服了传统帧处理难以满足快速传输要求的不足。阐述了滑动帧结构的构造思想,详述了滑动帧结构的特点及具体功能模块的实现。根据实际应用需求构造了滑动帧结构处理器,试验和应用结果表明设计可行有效,能充分满足实时数据传输的要求。     

Effect of α‐cyclodextrin on the crystallization of poly (3‐hydroxybutyrate)

The effect of α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD) on the crystallization behavior of poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) was investigated with polarized optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction. We found that the addition of α‐CD can greatly accelerate the crystallization of PHB and that α‐CD has a potential not only to enhance the nucleation but also to accelerate the crystallization of PHB. Compared to a conventional nucleation agent, such as talc, α‐CD is a natural product and has many advantages because it is environmentally friendly and safe to humans. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 激光平网雕刻机设计

研制了用于制作平面网版的激光雕刻机，设计了雕刻机用CO2激光器、光路系统及单片机控制系统，探讨了将图像文件转化为控制命令文件的方法。     

Determination of tyrosine traces by adsorption voltammetry of its copper (II) complex

The electrochemical behavior of the copper-tyrosine complex has been studied by linear-sweep adsorption voltammetry. In 0.02 mol/L Na₂HPO₄ buffer solution (pH=9.6), the complex can be adsorped on a hanging mercury drop electrode and reduced at a peak potential of about –0.42 V (vs. SCE). The secondary derivative peak height is linear proportional to the concentration of tyrosine in the range 1.0×10^–7–5.0×10^–5 mol/L. The detection limit is 5×10^–8 mol/L.Project supported by the Provincial Science Foundation of Shandong Province     

Si_（1－x）Ge_x／Si定向耦合器的研制

在运用ＳｉＧｅ脊形波导单模条件和有效折射率法分析ＳｉＧｅ／Ｓｉ定向耦合器结构参数的基础上，采用分子束外延和各向异性腐蚀技术制备出Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ（ｘ＝０．０５）单模定向耦合器．在波长为１．３μｍ时，平均串音小于－１８．１ｄＢ，输出功率耦合效率达到９８．１％     

红外加热胶接技术

提出了红外加热胶接的思想，并对红外加热胶接技术作了简单阐述。介绍了一种红外加热胶接矿用阻燃、防腐、橡塑风筒布的装置。
