电火花铣削钛合金加工工艺研究

在全面试验的基础上，对电火花铣削钛合金进行了初步研究，给出了电火花铣削钛合金的影响因素及其指标的关系曲线。并对其进行了数据分析。试验表明，冲油电火花铣削是加工钛合金的有效方法。     

Realization of Greenberg-Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） and W Entangled States with Multiple Superconducting Quantum-Interference Device Qubits in Cavity QED

An alternative scheme is proposed for generating the Greenberg-Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） and W types of the entangled states with multiple superconducting quantum-interference device （SQUID） qubits in a single-mode microwave cavity field. In this scheme, there is no transfer of quantum information between the SQUIDs and the cavity, the cavity is always in the vacuum and thus the requirement on the quality of cavity is greatly loosened. In addition, during the process of the generation of the W entangled state, the present method does not involve a real excitation of intermediate levels. Thus, decoherence due to energy relaxation of intermediate levels is minimized.     

An Economical Magnetocardiogram System Based on High-To SQUIDs

An economical magnetocardiogram （MCG） system is built in our laboratory. It mainly consists of a MCG data acquisition stage equipped with two high-To superconducting quantum interference device （SQUID） magnetometers, a data processing stage with digital filtering and a one-layer μ-metal magnetically shielded room in conjunction with a high-Tc SQUID based active compensation. Experimental results show that a noise level of pico-tesla in MCG profiles, which is necessary for clinical applications, may be achieved with the system. Moreover, stable and convenient operations of the system are demonstrated with simulating MCG measurements.     

荧光波长对共焦显微镜成像特性的影响

导出了共焦显微镜中不同荧光波长情况下的荧光功率传输函数、三维脉冲响应函数（3D－PSF）和三维光学传递函数（3D－OTF）。结果表明，不同的荧光波长对共焦显微镜的空间截止频率、分辨率、光学传递函数存在明显的影响。当激发波长与荧光波长的比值下降到一定程度时，可以看到明显的失锥现象。     

群时延精确设计的全差分四阶Bessel滤波器

采用MOS管有源电阻,提出了一种全差分R-MOSFET-C四阶Bessel有源低通滤波器,.通过调节工作于亚阈值区的CMOS管的沟道导纳补偿电阻值的大小,能抵消集成电路制造工艺中电阻值的一致偏差,实现Bessel有源滤波器群时延的精确设计.根据无源滤波器的状态方程完成有源滤波器的综合,应用3.3V,0.5μm CMOS工艺完成了群时延大小为0.75μs的四阶Bessel低通滤波器的管极计算机仿真,仿真结果表明所提电路正确有效,适于全集成.     

Fast convergent dyadic Green's function in a rectangular waveguide

Alternative formulas for the dyadic Green's function in a rectangular waveguide are presented. These new functions are deduced by modifying part of Rahmat-Samii's derivation procedures by employing the Poisson summation technique. The Green's function obtained owns fast convergence property and is proved to be more suitable for numerical applications.

1.8V电源电压81dB动态范围的低过采样率ΣΔ调制器

采用2 2 2级联全差分结构和低电压、高线性度的电路设计实现了高动态范围、低过采样率的ΣΔ调制器.在1.8V工作电压,4 MHz采样频率以及80 k Hz输入信号的条件下,该调制器能够达到81d B的动态范围,功耗仅为5 m W.结果表明此结构及电路设计可以用于在低电压工作环境的高精度模数转换中
