As a highly stable band gap semiconductor, antimonene is an intriguing two‐dimensional (2D) material in optoelectronics. However, its short layer distance and strong binding energy make it challenging to prepare high‐quality large 2D antimonene; therefore, its predicted tunable band gap has not been experimentally confirmed. Now, an approach to prepare smooth and large 2D antimonene with uniform layers that uses a pregrinding and subsequent sonication‐assisted liquid‐phase exfoliation process has been established. Mortar pregrinding provides a shear force along the layer surfaces, forming large, thin antimony plates, which can then easily be exfoliated into smooth, large antimonene, avoiding long sonication times and antimonene destruction. The resulting antimonene also enabled verification of the tunable band gap from 0.8 eV to 1.44 eV. Hole extraction and current enhancement by about 30 % occurred when the antimonene was used as a hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of allylboronates by iron-catalyzed boration of allylic alcohols with H3BO3 as an additive is developed. The introduction of H3BO3 promotes the cleavage of C?O bond in allylic alcohols obviously. Functional groups, such as fluoro, chloro, bromo, alkyl, and alkoxy, are tolerated well. Thus, various allylboronates are obtained in acceptable yield.  相似文献

The binding selectivity of an adenine-monofunctionalized pillar[5]arene (H) with a series of pyrimidine derivatives were investigated through 1H NMR experiments and density functional theory (DFT) study. High binding-selectivity was demonstrated. Typically, H displayed very strong binding strength with 6-(2,4-dioxo-3, 4-dihydropyrimidin-1 (2H)-yl)hexanenitrile (G1) [Ka >105 M?1], up to about 3000-fold as compared with 1-hexylpyrimidine-2,4(1H, 3H)-dione (G5) [Ka = 31 M?1]. The strong binding ability of H with G1 was due to the cooperative multiple hydrogen bond, dipole-dipole, C-H···π and π···π interactions. The high binding-selectivity was also verified by calculation results. The calculated interaction energy (ΔEi) of G1?H was ?12.92 Kcal·mol?1 while that of G5?H was ?2.85 Kcal·mol?1.  相似文献

Controlled assembly of gold nanorods induced by Na(3)PO(4) leads to a significant amplification of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) signals. The strong affinity between Au and Hg alters the coupled LSPR signals due to the amalgamation of Hg and Au. Anilinemethyltriethoxysilane (AMTEOS) was first used as precursor as well as selective stationary phase to prepare the sol-gel derived anilinemethyltriethoxysilane/polydimethylsiloxane (AMTEOS/PDMS) solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers. The novel SPME fiber exhibits high extraction efficiency, good thermal stability and long lifetime compared with commercial SPME coatings. In addition, the phenyl groups in the porous layer can exhibit π-π interactions with aromatic compounds, such as monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (MAHs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Therefore, SPME using the AMTEOS/PDMS sol-gel fiber coupled with GC-FID was recommended as a sensitive and selective method towards the analysis of these compounds in environmental water samples. The optimal extraction conditions were investigated by adjusting extraction time, salt addition, extraction temperature, and desorption time. The method showed linearity between 2 and 4000 μg l−1 for MAHs and 1 and 1000 μg l−1 for PAHs. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.6-3.8 μg l−1for MAHs and 0.2-1.5 μg l−1 for PAHs. The novel AMTEOS/PDMS fiber was applied to extract small amount of aromatic compounds in wastewater and river water respectively. The recovery of the method was acceptable for quantitative analysis.  相似文献
