碘杂环类化合物的合成及性质已有报导[1-4],但碘杂环中碘作为正离子的1HNMR谱报导较少。由于碘正离子诱导效应的结果,使环上相邻质子的化学位移向低场移动,这主要是碘正离子吸引电子的结果,使相邻质子的电子云密度降低,化学位移向低场移动。本文报导了19个碘取代及碘杂环化合物的1HNMR谱,这种类型化合物的1HNMR谱未见过系统报导。  相似文献

Simultaneous interpenetrating polymer networks (SINs) based on diglycidyl ether of bis-phenol A (DGEBA) and poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) in weight ratios of 100/0, 50/50, and 0/100 were blended and cured simultaneously by using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and m-xylenediamine (MXDA) as curing agents. A kinetic study during SIN formation was carried out at 45, 55, 63, and 70°C. Concentration changes for both the epoxide and C?C bond were monitored with FTIR. A rate expression for DGEBA cure kinetics was established with a model reaction of phenyl glycidyl ether (PGE) and benzylamine. Experimental results revealed that lower rate constants and higher activation energy for the SIN were found, compared with those for the constituent DGEBA and PEGDA network formation. A model of network interlock was proposed to account for this phenomenon. During simultaneous cure of DGEBA and PEGDA, the interlock (mutual entanglement) between DGEBA and PEGDA networks provided a sterically hindered environment, which subsequently increased the activation energy and reduced cure rates for both DGEBA and PEGDA. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The high reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation ability and simple construction of sonosensitizer systems remain challenging in sonodynamic therapy against the hypoxic tumor. In this work, we rationally prepared MOF-derived double-layer hollow manganese silicate nanoparticle (DHMS) with highly effective ROS yield under ultrasound irradiation for multimodal imaging-guided sonodynamic therapy (SDT). The presence of Mn in DHMS increased ROS generation efficiency because it could be oxidized by holes to improve the electron–hole separation. Moreover, DHMS could produce oxygen in the tumor microenvironment, which helps overcome the hypoxia of the solid tumor and thus enhance the treatment efficiency. In vivo experiments demonstrated efficient tumor inhibition in DHMS-mediated SDT guided by ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. This work presents a MOF-derived nanoparticle with sonosensitive and oxygen generating ability, which provides a promising strategy for tumor hypoxia in SDT.  相似文献

Substituted cyclohexylamines are becoming increasingly important in drug discovery. Asymmetric Heck insertion/amination of nonconjugated cyclodienes proceeds to give 5‐aryl cyclohexenylamines with good enantioselectivity and exclusive trans configurations. Primary and secondary anilines, indoline, and benzylamines are suitable amines. Three novel conjugated polymers bearing 3,4-bis(4-hexylthiophen-2-yl)-3-cyclobutene-1,2-dione unit in their main chain have been synthesized successfully in good yields through Suzuki or Stille coupling reaction.Their molecular structures have been confirmed by FT-IR,~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR.All these copolymers exhibit broad and strong absorption bands in UV-vis region,and their optical band gaps are calculated to be 1.6-2.0 eV.suggesting that they have good coverage with the solar spectrum.These polymers...  相似文献

Previous work showed that there was a synergistic effect of nucleating agent (NA) and elastomer in improving the fracture resistance of isotactic polypropylene (PP), relating to the formation of large amounts of β‐PP (β‐NA nucleated system) or the decrease of the spherulites diameters of α‐PP (α‐NA nucleated system). To find the direct relation between the synergistic efficiency of NA/elastomer and the microstructures of the materials, in this work, the ethylene‐propylene‐diene terpolymer (EPDM) modified PP blends with compounded NAs (β/α) were adopted and the changes of the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated comparatively. The results showed that, with the adjustment of the mass fraction of compounded NAs, the microstructures of PP matrix including supermolecular structure and the relative fraction of β‐PP (Kβ) change accordingly. Specifically, the Kβ of β‐PP was successfully adjusted in the wide range of 0–78.9%. Consequently, the stiffness and the fracture resistance of the PP/EPDM blends were easily controlled in different degrees. It is believed that this work could provide a guide map for the design and preparation of certain polymer blends satisfying certain requirement. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of trichlorotitanium complexes containing 2‐(1‐(arylimino)propyl)quinolin‐8‐olates was synthesized by stoichiometric reaction of titanium tetrachloride with the corresponding potassium 2‐(1‐(arylimino)propyl)quinolin‐8‐olates and was fully characterized by elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study of representative complexes. All titanium complexes, when activated with methylaluminoxane, exhibited high catalytic activity toward ethylene polymerization [up to 1.15 × 106 g mol?1(Ti) h?1] and ethylene/α‐olefin copolymerization [up to 1.54 × 106 g mol?1 (Ti) h?1]. The incorporation of comonomer was confirmed to amount up to 2.82 mol % of 1‐hexene or 1.94 mol % of 1‐octene, respectively. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two β‐cyano‐thiophenevinylene‐based polymers containing cyclopentadithiophene ( CPDT‐CN ) and dithienosilole ( DTS‐CN ) units were synthesized via Stille coupling reaction with Pd(PPh3)4 as a catalyst. The effects of the bridged atoms (C and Si) and cyano‐vinylene groups on their thermal, optical, electrochemical, charge transporting, and photovoltaic properties were investigated. Both polymers possessed the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels of about ?5.30 eV and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) levels of about ?3.60 eV, and covered broad absorption ranges with narrow optical band gaps (ca. 1.6 eV). The bulk heterojunction polymer solar cell (PSC) devices containing an active layer of electron‐donor polymers ( CPDT‐CN and DTS‐CN ) blended with an electron‐acceptor, that is, [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC61BM) or [6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM), in different weight ratios were explored under 100 mW/cm2 of AM 1.5 white‐light illumination. The PSC device based on DTS‐CN: PC71BM (1:2 w/w) exhibited a best power conversion efficiency (PCE) value of 2.25% with Voc = 0.74 V, Jsc = 8.39 mA/cm2, and FF = 0.36. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
