The phenomena associated with the entrainment of free-stream turbulence(FST) into boundary-layer flows are relevant for a number of subjects.It has been believed that the continuous spectra of the Orr-Sommerfeld(O-S)/Squire equations describe the entrainment process,and thus they are used to specify the inlet condition in simulation of bypass transition.However,Dong and Wu(Dong,M.and Wu,X.On continuous spectra of the Orr-Sommerfeld/Squire equations and entrainment of free-stream vortical disturbances.Journal of Fluid Mechanics,732,616–659(2013)) pointed out that continuous spectra exhibit several non-physical features due to neglecting the non-parallelism.They further proposed a large-Reynolds-number asymptotic approach,and showed that the non-parallelism is a leading-order effect even for the short-wavelength disturbance,for which the response concentrates in the edge layer.In this paper,the asymptotic solution is verified numerically by studying its evolution in incompressible boundary layers.It is found that the numerical results can be accurately predicted by the asymptotic solution,implying that the latter is adequate for moderate Reynolds numbers.By introducing a series of such solutions as the inflow perturbations,the bypass transition is investigated via the direct numerical simulation(DNS).The transition processes,including the evolution of streaks,the amplification of secondary-instability modes,and the emergence of turbulent spots,agree with the experimental observations.  相似文献

Starting from the hydroxylamine (dimethyl amino ethanol, triethanolamine) and 1,3-propane sultone, a series of hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized zwitterionic salts and corresponding acidic room temperature ionic liquids have been synthesized. The hydroxyl groups of the synthesized substances were confirmed by the 1H NMR measurement. These zwitterionic salts and ionic liquids may be used for synthesizing other functionalized ionic liquids or ionic liquid-polymer (polyelectrolyte).  相似文献

The syntheses of a series of l‐methyl‐3‐aryl‐substituted titanocene and zirconocene dichlorides are reported. These complexes are synthesized by the reaction of 2‐ and 3‐methyl‐6, 6‐dimethylfulvenes (1:4) with aryllithium, followed by the reaction with TiCl4·2THF, ZrCl4 and (CpTiCl2)2O respectively, to give complexes 1–5. The complex [η5‐1‐methyl‐3‐(α, α‐dimethylbenzyl) cyclopentadienyl] titanium dichloride has been studied by X‐ray diffraction. The red crystal of this complex is monoclinic, space group P2t/C with unit cell parameters: a =6.973(6) × 10?1 nm, b =36.91(2) × 10?1 nm, c = 10.063(4) × 10?1 nm, α=β= γ = 93.35(5)°, V = 2584(5) × 10?3 nm3 and Z = 4. Refinement for 1004 observed reflections gives the final R of 0.088. There are four independent molecules per unit cell.  相似文献

In China, Semen Cassiae has long been used to protect liver, brighten eyes, and relieve constipation. Prepared Semen Cassiae is produced from raw Semen Cassiae by processing, the two forms of Semen Cassiae have different clinical applications. Pathological state is an important factor affecting the efficacy of drugs, the pharmacokinetic behavior of drugs could be significantly changed when people or animal were under different pathological state. To clarify the effect of processing mechanism and pathological state for pharmacokinetic behavior, the pharmacokinetics of nine components of raw and prepared Semen Cassiae under normal and acute liver injury rats were examined. The results showed that the bimodal phenomenon appeared on the plasma concentration‐time profiles of obtusin, emodin, chrysophanol, aloe emodin and rhein. The Tmax of aurantio‐obtusin, obtusin, chrysoobtusin, emodin, chrysophanol, aloe emodin, physcion in normal groups administrated prepared Semen Cassiae were shorter than those administrated raw Semen Cassiae. For the AUC0–t, aurantio‐obtusin, obtusin, chrysoobtusin, chrysophanol, aloe emodin and physcione in model groups administrated prepared Semen Cassiae were significantly higher than other groups, unlike above components, rhein had poor absorption in model groups. The study would be useful for further studies on pharmacokinetics and clinical application of raw and prepared Semen Cassiae.  相似文献

To get hydrogenated polybutadiene-polymethyl methacrylate (HPB-b-PMMA) block copolymer to be used as a compatibilizer for blends of polyolefin/polar polymer, PB-b-PMMA was synthesized by anionic-free radical mechanism transformation polymerization. Selective extraction, gradient elution thin layer chromatography, and oil-oil emulsion separation techniques were tried to attempt to separate the copolymerization products. Hydrogenation of the PB sequence in PB-b-PMMA yielded HPB-b-PMMA. The compatibilizing function of PB-b-PMMA was shown in blending experiments. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

We report on an electrochemical aptasensor for the ultrasensitive determination of thrombin. A glassy carbon electrode modified with a graphene-porphyrin nanocomposite exhibits excellent electrochemical activity and can be used as a redox probe in differential pulse voltammetry of the porphyrin on its surface. The thrombin aptamer is then immobilized via p-stacking interactions between aptamer and graphene and π-π stacking with porphyrin simultaneously. The resulting electrochemical aptasensor displays a linear response to thrombin in the 5–1,500 nM concentration range and with a limit of detection of 0.2 nM (at an S/N of 3). The sensor benefits from the synergetic effects of graphene (with its high conductivity and high surface area), of the porphyrin (possessing excellent electrochemical activity), and of the aptamer (with its high affinity and specificity). This kind of aptasensor conceivably represents a promising tool for bioanalytical applications.

本文研究了初始处于激发态的两能级原子在左手材料附近运动时Casimir-Polder力对原子动力学的影响. 左手材料有两个的作用: 一是在距离界面波长区域内提供了较强的Casimir-Polder共振力, 二是在这一范围原子的自发辐射受到抑制, 延长了作用时间. 这两种效应使得依靠原子自发辐射这一过程中的Casimir-Polder力能对原子的运动学产生影响, 并将一定初速度的原子排斥远离界面. 由于原子偶极矩的取向会影响Casimir-Polder力的性质, 因此对于某些初始条件(初速度和初始位置), 不同偶极矩取向的原子有不同的运动学结果, 会被吸引到界面或反射出去, 从而对具有不同偶极矩方向的原子进行筛选. 当然由于Casimir-Polder力很小, 能够反射的初速度也很小, 但是已经可以反抗极低温的热涨落, 我们的理论预估值约为15 μupK. 如果和其他约束手段同时作用, 便能对原子的动力学产生更为有利的控制.  相似文献

In this paper, porous WO3 films were prepared by anodic oxidation of metallic tungsten (W) films deposited on alumina substrates. The structural and morphological properties of the porous WO3 films were investigated using field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). A large number of cracks appeared on the surface of films after anodization, which makes the films porous. The porous WO3 sensors achieved their maximum response values to NO2 at a low operating temperature of 150 °C. The porous WO3 sensors showed high response values, great stability and fast response-recovery characteristics to different concentration of NO2 gas due to the high specific surface area and special structural and morphological properties.  相似文献

对不同温度下沉积的ZnS薄膜的结晶情况和光学特性进行了研究, 结果表明:沉积温度对ZnS薄膜的物理和光学特性有较大影响, 不同的温度沉积的ZnS薄膜具有不同的择优取向, 牢固度也大不相同; 不同沉积温度下, ZnS薄膜的光学常数也不尽相同. 温度为115 ℃和155 ℃时, ZnS薄膜的物理性能和光学性能较差, 不适合空间用光学薄膜的研制使用. 而190 ℃和230 ℃沉积温度下所得薄膜具有较好的物理和光学性能, 适合于不同要求的空间用薄膜器件的研制使用. 关键词: 硫化锌薄膜 沉积温度 表面形貌 光学常数  相似文献
