The Li4+xMxSi4+xO4‐yLi2O (M=Al, B; x = 0 to 0.6, y = 0 to 0.5) ion conductors were prepared by the Sol‐Gel method and examined in detail. The powder and sintered samples were characterized by DTA‐TG, XRD, SEM, and AC impedance techniques. The experimental results show that the conductivity and sinterability in creased with the amount of excess lithium oxide in the silicate. The Li2O phase acts as a flux to accelerate the sintering process and to obtain high conductivity of grain boundaries. The particle size of the sintered pellets is about 0.25 μm. The maximum conductivity at 200 °C is 5.40 × 10?3s cm?1 for Li4.4Al0.4 Si0.6O4‐0.3Li2O. 相似文献

The silver complex Ag(PPh3)2(H2TMT) ( 1 )(H3TMT = 2,4,6‐trimercapto‐1,3,5‐triazine) has been synthesized and characterized. The ligand trimercaptotriazine exhibits a novel coordination mode and the complex shows a special hydrogen bonding linkage in the crystal packing. The colorless crystals of 1 exhibit broad emission in the visible region at room temperature. TDDFT calculation indicated that the π–π attraction is crucial for fluorescence of the title complex. 相似文献

With a detailed analysis of the Bloch wave properties of one-dimensional infinite crystal, we find the exact analytical solution of the quantum confinement states in quantum well with infinite barrier. Based on the analytical solution, we calculate the complete electronic structure of quantum well with arbitrary geometries. The calculation results demonstrate that the transitions only occur between specific pairs of sub-bands. It also shows that the band edge state plays an insignificant role in the optical properties, although it is the most distinguishing feature of the quantum well. 相似文献

Based on a biomimetic conception, nano‐hydroxyapatite (n‐HA)/polyamide66 (PA66) composite scaffolds were prepared with anisotropic properties both in morphology and mechanical behavior. A novel improved thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) technique was developed to generate orientation‐structured scaffolds for tissue engineering. The physiochemical, morphological, and mechanical properties of the resultant scaffolds were evaluated. According to the results, the improved TIPS method exhibited good processability and reproducibility and enabled the composite scaffolds to have a high content of inorganic fillers. The morphological study proved that the n‐HA/PA66 scaffolds exhibited unidirectional microtubular architecture with high porosity (ca. 80–85%) and an optimal pore size ranging from 200 to 500 μm. Besides, the effect of n‐HA content on the morphology of the scaffolds was studied, and the results indicated that the obtained scaffolds presented an improvement in anisotropic morphology with increase of n‐HA content. The anisotropy was also evaluated in the mechanical properties of the scaffolds, that is, the longitudinal compressive strength and modulus were ~1.5 times of the transverse ones. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本文概述了长春物理研究所为人民大会堂研制的交流(AC)、直流(DC)电致发光(EL)矩阵大屏幕会务信息显示的结果。其中,ACEL矩阵屏幕尺寸为2.5×3m2,由30块0.46×0.46m2的单元屏拼接而成。平均亮度20尼特,对比度10:1;DCEL矩阵屏幕为:1m2,行列数120×144,平均亮度45尼特,对比度大于10:1。在环境照度60lux条件下,观察距离分别为65m、20m。并从分析EL矩阵的显示特性出发,阐明了显示系统的设计要点,控制、匹配电路和亮度、对比度的关系;还给出了部分驱动电路结构和系统的应用结果。 相似文献

An ensemble, a model-independent technique based on combining several models for classification/regression tasks, allows us to achieve a high accuracy that is often not achievable with single models. Such combinations have gained increasing attention in many fields. This paper proposes the use of random subspace (RS)-based regression ensemble as an alternative method for near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopic calibration of tobacco samples. Because of the considerable reduction of variables in a random subspace, multiple linear regression (MLR) is used as the base algorithm and the method is therefore also referred to as RS-MLR. The overall performance of the proposed RS-MLR method is compared to those of partial least square regression (PLSR), kernel principal component regression (KPCR) and kernel partial least square regression (KPLSR). The results reveal that the RS-MLR method not only has a simple concept but also can produce a more parsimonious and more accurate calibration model than PLSR, KPCR and KPLSR, at a lower computational cost. Besides, we also found that the RS-MLR method is very appropriate for the so-called small sample problems and that the calibration models built by RS-MLR are less sensitive to overfitting. 相似文献
