离子源辅助电子枪蒸发制备Ge1-xCx薄膜

应用电子枪蒸发纯Ge,考夫曼离子源辅助的方法在Ge基底上沉积了Ge1－xCx薄膜.制备过程中,Ge作为蒸发材料,CH4作为反应气体.通过改变CH4/(CH4+Ar)的气体流量比（G）,制备了G从40％到85％的Ge1－xCx薄膜.应用X射线衍射仪（XRD）测量了Ge1－xCx薄膜的晶体结构,使用傅里叶红外光谱仪（FTIR）测量了2～22 μm的光学透过率,X射线光电子能谱测试（XPS）计算得到C的含量随G的变化关系,用纳米压痕硬度测试计测量了Ge1－xCx薄膜的硬度,原子力显微镜（AFM）测量了G为60％,85％时Ge1－xCx薄膜的表面粗糙度.测试结果表明：制备的Ge1－xCx薄膜在不同的G值下均为无定形结构.折射率随着G值的增加而减小,在3.14～3.89之间可变,并具有良好的均匀性以及极高的硬度.     

大孔径静态干涉成像光谱仪的信噪比分析

根据大孔径静态干涉成像光谱仪的原理和特点,分析了光辐射能在光学系统内的传输情况,对探测器上接收到的光辐射能信号和噪音信号做了详细的推导,得到了仪器理论信噪比的表达式.在实验上以大口径积分球为辐射源,采集仪器输出的干涉图像,计算得到仪器的实际信噪比曲线,对大孔径静态干涉成像光谱仪的理论信噪比曲线与实际的信噪比曲线做分析比较,结果验证了用推导的论信噪比的表达式来预估仪器信噪比的可行性.     

基于标准黑体的物体表面发射率计算方法研究

红外测温仪器的精度和被测物体表面的发射率对测量物体红外辐射特性的准确性影响很大。为了提高物体表面发射率的计算精度,先通过标准黑体对红外热像仪进行标定。然后,利用标定好的红外热像仪测量温度,计算出被测物体表面的发射率。将基于神经网络的红外热像仪标定方法应用到目标发射率的求解方法中,有效地消除了热像仪的系统误差。测试装置简单,测试结果准确。同时,温度和发射率的精确测量为红外隐身材料的研制奠定了基础。

Inhibitory Effect and Mechanism of Chitosan–Ag Complex Hydrogel on Fungal Disease in Grape

Hydrogel antibacterial agent is an ideal antibacterial material because of its ability to diffuse antibacterial molecules into the decayed area by providing a suitable microenvironment and acting as a protective barrier on the decay interface. The biocompatibility and biodegradation make the removal process easy and it is already widely used in medical fields. However, there have been few reports on its application for controlling postharvest diseases in fruit. In this study, the Chitosan–silver (CS–Ag) complex hydrogels were prepared using the physical crosslinking method, which is used for controlling postharvest diseases in grape. The prepared hydrogels were stable for a long period at room temperature. The structure and surface morphology of CS–Ag composite hydrogels were characterized by UV-Vis, FTIR, SEM, and XRD. The inhibitory effects of CS–Ag hydrogel on disease in grape caused by P. expansum, A. niger, and B. cinerea were investigated both in vivo and in vitro. The remarkable antibacterial activity of CS–Ag hydrogels was mainly due to the combined antibacterial and antioxidant effects of CS and Ag. Preservation tests showed that the CS–Ag hydrogel had positive fresh-keeping effect. This revealed that CS–Ag hydrogels can play a critical role in controlling fungal disease in grapes.     

A large class of binary ZCZ sequence families constructed by period doubling

In an Approximately Synchronized Code Division Multiple Access （AS-CDMA） communication system, a family with large number of Zero Correlation Zone （ZCZ） sequences is desired, which can satisfy the rapid increase of users. This paper presents a method to generate a （2L,2M, ZCZ＇）-ZCZ sequence family from an original （L,M,ZCZ）-ZCZ sequence family, where ZCZ＇ = ZCZ if ZCZ is even and ZCZ＇ =ZCZ - 1 if ZCZ is odd. This method can also recursively act on a ZCZ sequence family to construct a series of ZCZ sequence families with large sequence number and zero correlation zone length identical to or one less than that of original ZCZ sequences.     

Improvement of nonrepudiable threshold multi-proxy threshold multi-signature scheme with shared verification

In 2005, Bao, et al. [Appl. Math. and Comput., vol.169, No.2, 2005] showed that Tzeng, et al.’s nonrepudiable threshold multi-proxy multi-signature scheme with shared verification was insecure, and proposed an improved scheme with no Share Distribution Center (SDC). This paper shows that Bao, et al.’s scheme suffers from the proxy relationship inversion attack and forgery attack, and pro- poses an improvement of Bao, et al.’s scheme.     

A 4th order fully integrated active RC complex filter with novel automatic tuning systems

This letter introduces a 4th order active RC complex filter with 1.5MHz center frequency and 1MHz bandwidth. The total harmonic distortion of the filter is less than –60dB and the image rejection ratio is greater than 60dB. A novel technique is also proposed in this letter to automatically adjust the variation of the time constant. The advantages of the proposed method are its high precision and simplicity. Using 5bits control words, the tuning error is less than ±1.6%.
