胶束电动毛细管色谱法测定植物中的水杨酸   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
建立了以胶束电动色谱为分离模式测定植物中水杨酸的新方法。在一定范围内,随着硼酸和甲醇浓度的升高,苯甲酸内标和水杨酸的分离度以近似线性关系升高;随缓冲液pH的升高分离度呈非线性升高;随十六烷基三甲基溴化铵浓度的升高分离度呈非线性下降。在优化的条件下,两可在12min内分离。测定了苹果和梨样品,并做了回收率试验,回收率在97.1%-102%之间。  相似文献

以硅胶为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺杂量的Fe3+-TiO2/SiO2光催化剂,并采用SEM,Raman和DRS等手段对其进行了分析和表征.以氙灯为光源,通过对可溶性染料罗丹明B的降解反应,考察了Fe3+-TiO2/SiO2催化剂的光催化活性,探讨了光催化反应中溶液pH值和起始浓度对催化反应的影响.  相似文献

The inhibition of lingninase by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB was studied by kinetic speetrophotometdc technique. Results showed that addition of CTAB enhanced the inhibition by H202, but it did not alter the inhibition pattern and the inhibition constant changed little with theco-ncentration of CTAB. Modification of the enzymic protein by the surfactant monomer may be responsible for the above mentioned results.  相似文献

采用阳极氧化法,制备了二维有序纳米通孔氧化铝模板.研究了工艺参数对通孔有序性、孔径、模板厚度等的影响,测量了通孔氧化铝模板的光透过、光吸收和光发射等光学特性.结果表明,在波长360 nm附近通孔氧化铝模板的光透过谱线和光吸收谱线发生突变,波长大于360 nm时,光透过增强;波长小于360 nm时,光吸收增强.通孔氧化铝模板的光致发光强度和峰位与激发光波长有关,光致发光谱范围在340~600 nm.  相似文献

Owing to their unique broken symmetry, amphiphilic Janus dendrimers and dendons provide fascinating properties for material, biological, pharmaceutical and biomedical applications. The integration of various organometallic moieties into these macromolecules will further offer the opportunity to form complex and intelligent architectures and materials. Here, we report a novel, simple and multifunctional Janus dendron containing redox‐reversible hydrophobic ferrocene (Fc) unit, complexing‐effective 1,2,3‐triazole ligand and biocompatible hydrophilic triethylene glycol termini. Silver and gold nanoparticles were firstly successfully prepared by using the Janus dendron as the reducing agent of Au(III) and Ag(I), and the stabilizer of the corresponding nanoparticles. The redox response of the Fc moiety was then employed to trigger the release of model drug, rhodamine B, encapsulated in supramolecular micelles formed by the self‐assembly of the Janus dendron. Finally, the precise and excellent metal‐complexing ability of the triazole group in this dendron was fully utilized to stabilize a water‐soluble Cu(I) catalyst, forming supramolecular nanoreactors for the catalysis of the copper(I)‐catalyzed azide alkyne cycloaddition click reaction in only water. The multifunctional characteristics of this dendron highlight the potential for organometallic Janus dendrimers and dendrons in the fields of functional materials and nanomedicines.  相似文献

针对静电感应晶体管理论研究迟滞于实践过程,文中利用软件Silvaco Tcad,从器件仿真入手,对影响硅基表面栅静电感应晶体管器件电学性能进行了理论研究。仿真得到了反偏栅压约为0 V、漏电压<20 V时,器件表现类五极管饱和特性曲线,器件电流约为10-5 A,此时沟道状态为预夹断。当反偏栅压为-1.5 V、漏电压逐渐增大到300 V时,器件表现为类三极管不饱和特性曲线,器件电流约为10-6 A,此时沟道状态为完全夹断,研究结果静电感应晶体管工艺实践提供了参考。  相似文献

The enthalpy and conformational volume changes in the photolyses of carboxy-hemoglobin (HbCO) of human, bovine, pig, horse and rabbit are investigated by photoacoustic calorimetry. Considering the time scales of the exciting laser pulse and the receiving ultrasound transducers (PVDF films and PZT ceramics), as well as the reaction lifetimes in the photolysis processes of HbCO, the measured results are related to the geminate recombination and tertiary relaxation in photolyses of HbCO. Moreover, the quantum yields of the five mammals are also measured by laser pump-probe technique. The results show that the dynamic parameters, such as enthalpy and conformational volume changes, differ between the processes of the geminate recombination and tertiary relaxation. Also, the dynamic parameters differ among the five mammals although some of them may be consistent with each other.  相似文献

A large-scale antenna system(LSAS) with digital beamforming is expected to significantly increase energy efficiency(EE) and spectral efficiency(SE) in a wireless communication system. However, there are many challenging issues related to calibration, energy consumption, and cost in implementing a digital beamforming structure in an LSAS. In a practical LSAS deployment, hybrid digital-analog beamforming structures with active antennas can be used. In this paper, we investigate the optimal antenna configuration in an N × M beamforming structure, where N is the number of transceivers, M is the number of active antennas per transceiver, where analog beamforming is introduced for individual transceivers and digital beamforming is introduced across all N transceivers. We analyze the green point, which is the point of maximum EE on the EE-SE curve, and show that the log-scale EE scales linearly with SE along a slope of-lg2/N. We investigate the effect of M on EE for a given SE value in the case of fixed NM and independent N and M. In both cases, there is a unique optimal M that results in optimal EE. In the case of independent N and M, there is no optimal(N, M) combination for optimizing EE. The results of numerical simulations are provided, and these results support our analysis.  相似文献
