MOSFET亚阈特性分析与低温按比例缩小理论的研究

器件尺寸按比例缩小是实现超大规模集成电路的有效途径，但寄生和二级效应却将器件限在一定的水平，本文在对比分析常温与低温下小尺寸器件效应的基础上，重点研究了ＭＯＳ器件亚阈特性对器件性能及按比例缩小的影响，并根据低温工作的特点，提出了ＭＯＳ器件一种低温按比例缩小规则，该原则对低温器的优化设计，从而更大程度在提高电路与系统性能具有重要的指导意义。     

锁相技术在电子束曝光机工件台稳速控制中的应用

采用锁相技术，对电子束曝光机工件台运动实现速度环的全数字控制。设计了数字差频积分回路和数字差频比例控制器，能有效消除速度的静态误差和改善系统的动态特性。     

关于Imamura猜想1的一个结果

本文证明了GF(q)的特征为2且n为奇数时GF(q~n)在GF(q)上有自对偶正规基。     

Scattering parameters of a waveguide cross junction loaded with a metallic post in the center

In this paper, the scattering parameters of a waveguide cross junction loaded with a metallic post in the center are analyzed for the first time by using the Method of Lines. The homogeneous boundary condition of the third kind and curved boundary are introduced in the formulation. Numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The scattering parameters at Ka-band and W-band of the cross junctions loaded with metallic posts of different radii are presented. It is shown from the numerical results that loaded with metallic posts is an effective means for adjusting the network parameters of the waveguide cross junction to satisfy some special requirements in the design of millimeter wave components.     

General Information

In this paper, we propose and analyze an SQP-type method for solving linearly constrained convex minimization problems where the objective functions are too complex to be evaluated exactly. Some basic results for global convergence and local superlinear convergence are obtained according to the properties of the approximation sequence. We illustrate the applicability of our approach by proposing a new method for solving two-stage stochastic programs with fixed recourse.     

Novel aromatic polyamides bearing pendent diphenylamino or carbazolyl groups

Two new diamines, 2,4‐diaminotriphenylamine ( 3 ) and N‐(2,4‐diaminophenyl)carbazole ( 4 ), were synthesized via the cesium fluoride‐mediated aromatic substitution reactions of 1‐fluoro‐2,4‐dinitrobenzene with diphenylamine and carbazole, followed by palladium‐catalyzed hydrazine reduction. Amorphous and soluble aramids having pendent diphenylamino and carbazolyl groups were prepared by the phosphorylation polycondensation of aromatic dicarboxylic acids with diamines 3 and 4 , respectively. The aramids derived from diamine 3 had sufficiently high molecular weights to permit the casting of flexible and tough films. They exhibited excellent mechanical properties and moderately high softening temperatures in the 221–298 °C range. However, the reactions of diamine 4 with aromatic diacids gave relatively lower molecular weights products that could not afford flexible films. For a comparative purpose, the parent aramids derived from m‐phenylenediamine and aromatic diacids were also prepared and characterized. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. CdZnTe核探测器的蒙特卡罗模拟的初步研究

以CdZnTe核探测器的工作原理为依据,探测器内反应的随机性和反应产生的电子空穴对数目的统计规律为物理模型,应用Visual C + + 自行编制了蒙特卡罗模拟软件.模拟了γ射线在CdZnTe探测器中的响应能谱,并将模拟结果与实际器件的测试结果进行了比较讨论.模拟能谱与实际测得的能谱的主峰符合较好.此外,通过分析⁵⁷Co源辐照下探测效率与器件厚度的关系,可以推测探测效率达到最大时所对应CdZnTe探测器的理想厚度     

GLOBAL WEAK SOLUTIONS OF THE RELATIVISTIC VLASOV-KLEIN-GORDON SYSTEM IN TWO DIMENSIONS

In this paper we consider the system of classical particles coupled with a Klein-Gordon field in two dimensions.We establish a-priori-bounds on the solutions of this system with initial data satisfying a size restriction derived from conservation of energy.This result,together with the smoothing of"velocity averaging",yields the existence of global weak solutions to the corresponding restricted initial value problem.The size restriction is necessary since energy of the system is indefinite.Finally,we show that the weak solutions preserve the total mass.

边数等于顶点个数的连通图称为单圈图.本文修正了文献[1]中关于奇异单圈图的充要条件,并且利用该条件证明了文献[2]中一个关于非奇异单圈图的猜想.     

Solution bundle for a class of impulsive differential inclusions on Banach spaces

In this paper a class of impulsive differential inclusions is investigated. The existence of solution bundle is proved. And we also construct a nonlinear semigroup of operators on cb(E) (closed-bounded subset of E) to describe the set of attainable states.
