Mushroom tyrosinase inhibition activity of some chromones

Currently, aloesin is used in the cosmetic industry as a whitening agent because it inhibits tyrosinase activity. Aloesin is a C-glycosylated chromone compound isolated from aloe, and it is difficult to synthesize because of C-glycosyl moiety in the molecule. The purpose of this study is to search for a new chromone compound which is easy to synthesize and which posesses stronger tyrosinase inhibitory activity than aloesin. Fourteen chromone derivatives were synthesized and screened for their mushroom-tyrosinase inhibitory activity. 5-Methyl-7-methoxy-2-(2'-benzyl-3'-oxobutyl)chromone (15) showed the strongest activity among tested compounds. Its activity was not only stronger than aloesin, but also stronger than arbutin and kojic acid. The kinetic analysis revealed a competitive inhibition of 15 with tyrosinase for the L-tyrosine binding site.     

Remarks on Centers of Rings

It is proved that for matrices A,B in the n by n upper triangular matrix ring Tn(R) over a domain R,if AB is nonzero and central in Tn(R) then AB =BA.The n by n full matrix rings over right Noetherian domains are also shown to have this property.In this article we treat a ring property that is a generalization of this result,and a ring with such a property is said to be weakly reversible-over-center.The class of weakly reversible-over-center rings contains both full matrix rings over right Noetherian domains and upper triangular matrix rings over domains.The structure of various sorts of weakly reversible-over-center rings is studied in relation to the questions raised in the process naturally.We also consider the connection between the property of being weakly reversible-over-center and the related ring properties.     

一种基于单水听器的浅海水下声源被动测距方法

针对浅海波导中宽带脉冲声源的被动测距问题,本文在群延迟理论的基础上,与warping变换处理相结合,提出了一种适用于浅海波导中宽带声源的单水听器被动测距方法.利用warping变换可以实现对脉冲声源接收信号各阶简正波的分离提取,对分离后的简正波进行时频分析处理可以得到各阶简正波到达时刻和频率之间的关系,即各阶简正波的频散曲线,从而得到任意两阶简正波到达接收水听器的时延差.海底相移参数P是描述海底地声参数的一个重要参量,包含了海底地声参数信息,在海底环境参数未知而P已知的情况下,利用P和简正波水平波数之间的关系可以求得任意两阶简正波的?S_(g,mn)(群慢差).根据群延迟理论,利用得到的任意两阶简正波的时延和?S_(g,mn)可实现利用单水听器对水下声源进行被动测距.本文提出的测距方法测量简单、计算方便,具有较强的实用意义.数值仿真和海上实验数据处理结果的测距误差都在10%以内,证明了该方法的有效性.     

非等同双原子与双模腔场相互作用模型中原子布居的时间演化

研究了两个非等同二能级原子与双模腔场耦合系统中原子能级布居的时间演化规律. 并详细讨论了两个原子与双模腔场的相对耦合常数(R=g₁/g₂)和腔场的初态对原子能级布居数反转的影响. 关键词： 双模腔场 双原子体系 原子布居     

线性和环体有机硅化合物的29Si NMR研究

本文研究了聚二甲基硅氧烷(Ⅰ)(X=Cl,NEt₂;n=0,1,2,3,4,5,6)及环硅氧烷(R₂SiO)_n(Ⅱ)、环硅氨烷(R₂SiNH)_n(Ⅲ)(R=Me,Ph,n=3,4)的²⁹Si NMR谱,分别讨论了Ⅰ中n及X(X=Cl、OH、NEt₂,Me)对其末端基和中间基的δSi的影响和Ⅱ、Ⅲ、中环大小及R对其δSi的影响。     

CDMA移动通信用高温超导滤波器的研制

本文提出了一种新型H型环带谐振器,具有结构紧凑,尺寸小,Q值高,非相邻耦合弱等优点.该谐振器在一侧设置了一个开口,改变开口位置,可以在较大范围内改变谐振器谐振频率,并且能够改变基频和二倍谐频之间的频率间隔.对于直连型馈线引入方式,H型环带谐振器容易实现外部Q值的匹配,同时对输入/输出端谐振器的谐振频率影响很小.本文还基于H型环带谐振器,采用2英寸双面YBCO高温超导薄膜设计并制作了用于CDMA移动通信系统的12节高温超导滤波器.该滤波器的中心频率为832MHz,相对带宽为1.6%.在70K温度下的测试结果显示滤波器的带内插入损耗低于0.28dB,反射损耗优于-15.5dB,带外抑制约为75dB,通带低频端带边陡峭度超过30dB/MHz,高频端带边陡峭度超过20dB/MHz.     

Formations and morphological stabilities of ultrathin CoSi₂ films

In this paper we investigate the formations and morphological stabilities of Co-silicide films using 1-8-nm thick Co layers sputter-deposited on silicon(100) substrates.These ultrathin Co-silicide films are formed via solid-state reaction of the deposited Co films with Si substrate at annealing temperatures from 450℃ to 850℃.For a Co layer with a thickness no larger than 1 nm,epitaxially aligned CoSi2 films readily grow on silicon(100) substrate and exhibit good morphological stabilities up to 600℃.For a Co layer thicker than 1 nm,polycrystalline CoSi and CoSi2 films are observed.The critical thickness below which epitaxially aligned CoSi2 film prevails is smaller than the reported critical thickness of the Ni layer for epitaxial alignment of NiSi2 on silicon(100) substrate.The larger lattice mismatch between the CoSi2 film and the silicon substrate is the root cause for the smaller critical thickness of the Co layer.     

加权复杂网络社团的评价指标及其发现算法分析

节点的聚集现象是复杂网络的重要特性.以往研究主要发现无权复杂网络中的社团,较少涉及加权网络的社团发现.由于加权网络的复杂性远高于无权网络,一般认为加权网络的社团发现是一个较难的问题.本文基于统一的数据基础,从社团评价指标的有效性和现有算法的效果两个角度开展研究.首先,总结了加权网络三种常见的社团评估指标,并在社团大小、密度和局域特点均不同的模拟数据集上分析指标的有效性;其次,针对5个数据集,分析现有的3种加权复杂网络社团发现算法的效果.研究表明:上述指标无论在评价最基本的社团结构,还是在分析结构复杂的社团时都有较大缺欠;现有的加权网络社团发现算法的泛化能力不强.     

基于信道传播理论的多基地远程海底混响研究

针对浅海多基地远程海底混响, 以声传播的线性信道近似理论为基础, 通过确定海底界面的不均匀起伏特性, 对入射声波的远距离异地混响脉冲响应函数进行求解. 对非水平分层介质的浅海波导, 利用绝热简正波求解信道的传输函数, 得出了小角度斜坡海底的远程海底混响强度, 以下坡海底为例, 分析对比了不同海底倾角斜坡海底对远程异地混响强度及其衰减规律的影响. 理论仿真表明, 波导的传输效应对多基地远程海底混响强度的影响不可忽略.     

声呐员听音移频操作客观规律研究*

声呐员在听音过程中,可以对收听到的声音进行移频操作,通过这一操作,声呐员可以将信号调制到自己认为合适的频段以便检测识别信号,而移频的具体频段没有定量的参考依据,这使声呐员移频操作较为盲目。本文从心理声学的角度对声呐员的移频操作进行研究,给出了移频前后信号的响度差值的变化规律和信号尖锐度的变化规律。研究结果表明,经过移频操作,响度移频前后在2000-5000 Hz左右存在最大值,而尖锐度随着移频频率和信号的频率的升高而升高,本文所得出的结论可为声呐员对舰船辐射噪声被动听音移频操作提供参考依据。
