基于AFM的微结构加工实验研究

本文建立了微动工作台和原子力显微镜相结合的微加工系统，在该系统上采用金刚石针尖进行微加工实验，与SPI系统本身的刻划软件刻划出的图形进行了比较分析，得出这个系统适合微结构的加工；并给出了采用该方法加工的1111面及多边形面微结构；还分析了金刚石针尖几何角度及SPM和工作台的相关参数对加工的影响。     

Study on the Complexity of the Bullwhip Effect

Recent years have witnessed a rapid growth of interest in the study of the dynamic behavior of replenishment rules of bullwhip effect. We prove that bullwhip effect and butterfly effect share a same the self-oscillation amplifying mechanism that is the ordering decisions the supplier self-oscillation amplify the perturbations brought by the errors in the processing of retailers' demand information. This results as an explicit self-similar structure of the sensitivity of the system to the initial values duty to the nonlinear mechanism. In this paper, the causes process of the bullwhip effect is described as the internal nonlinear mechanism and study on the complexity of bullwhip effect for order-up-to policy under demand signal processing. The methodology is based on fractal and chaotic theory and allows important insights to be gained about the complexity behavior of bullwhip effect.     

异步DS-CDMA系统中基于矩阵点除算法的DOA估计

针对异步DS-CDMA系统中的多用户环境,本文提出了一种低复杂度的DOA估计算法——矩阵点除算法。该算法通过对感兴趣信息的逐次分离,实现了DOA的逐路径估计。算法具有两方面显著优势:(1)克服了传统的DOA估计算法在路径总数大于天线阵元数时不能工作这一缺陷:(2)避免了计算复杂的特征值分解运算,大大降低了算法复杂度。仿真实验验证了算法的有效性。     

二氧化锡溅射工艺研究

SnO2 是最早使用也是目前使用最广泛的一种气敏材料 ,使用该材料设计制作的气敏传感器具有许多优点。在简要介绍溅射镀膜的成膜过程和特点的基础上 ,着重介绍了SnO2 膜的制备流程 ,分析了功率和温度变化对成膜质量的影响     

嵌入式操作系统在HDTV机顶盒中的应用

介绍一个高清晰度电视机顶盒方案中软件系统的系统结构，阐述了机顶盒软件中使用的嵌入式操作系统STLite/OS20的原理及其特点，并举例说明了这个嵌入式操作系统在机顶盒系统中的使用。     

经济实用的DSP电源解决方案

笔者介绍了两种低纹波的DSP电源解决方案:一为采用MAX1793和大电流EMI静噪滤波器NFM41P;二为改进的去耦p型滤波电路和大电流EMI静噪滤波器NFM41P。并对方案的特点及其实现进行了详细的解析。试验结果表明:所述方案的纹波小,仅100 mV左右;成本低,仅几十元;适用范围广,通过改变MAX1793芯片的输出电压,可将本方案移植到TI的C5000,C6000系列,且还可用于其他的脱机工作系统。     

Extended adaptive RBF equaliser for overcoming co-channelinterference

The authors investigate the problem of nonlinear adaptive equalisation in the presence of intersymbol interference, additive white Gaussian noise and co-channel interference. An extended radial basis function (RBF) network is proposed, in which regression weights are used in the output layer and the hidden unit is defined to have the Gaussian formula with the Mahalanobis distance. It is shown by simulation that the proposed structure gives reduced computational complexity without performance degradation, compared to that of the conventional RBF equaliser     

YBa2Cu1-xCox(Cu1-yZny)2Oz体系的Co,Zn共同掺杂效应

本文报道通过对YBa₂Cu_1-xCo_x(Cu_1-yZn_y)₂O_z(0≤x,y≤0.1)体系晶体结构、氧含量、正常态电阻-温度关系、Hall效应以及超导临界温度等的综合测量,发现随着Co和Zn含量的增加,体系经历了从正交结构的超导金属向四方结构的非超导半导体的转变,超导临界温度T_c和载流子浓度n_h均迅速下降,Co 关键词：     

氢化丁苯共聚物结构的核磁共振波谱表征Ⅱ.微观结构的定量计算

在氢化丁苯共聚物¹³C-NMR谱脂肪碳部分谱带归属的基础上,根据各谱带的主要来源,推导出六个二单元浓度的计算公式。计算出二单元、一单元的相对含量,各结构单元的数均序列长度、嵌段含量和其它结构参数。加氢前后的¹H-和¹³C-NMR谱的组成计算结果基本一致。初步探讨了作为粘度指数改进剂的氢化丁苯共聚物微观结构与性能的关系,为合成提供了依据。
