In the series of 1-(2,4,6-trialkylphenyl-)3-methyl-1H-phospholes (1a–c) that are to a certain extent of aromaticity, only the isopropyl substituted one (1a) entered into reaction with dimeric (pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)rhodium dichloride to afford Rh(III) complex (2a) in a reversible manner. After a careful workup, (2a) could be prepared and characterized whose stereostructure was elucidated by B3LYP/3–21G*, B3LYP/6–31G* and LANL2DZ calculations. Complex (2a) as a preformed catalyst, as well as the Rh(acac)(CO)2 + 2(1a) in situ catalytic system were useful in the hydroformylation of styrene and gave the branched aldehyde in regioselectivities of 65–96%.  相似文献

A study of the viability of three derivatizing reagents for obtaining amino acid profiles in honey through high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is presented. A method using diode array detection based on a reaction with diethyl ethoxymethylene malonate (DEMM) and two other methods using fluorescence detection based on derivatization with fluorenylmethyl chloroformate (FMOC-Cl) and 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl carbamate (AQC) have been developed. The three methods yield detection limits close to the ppb level, but vary in relation to other analytical characteristics. The use of methyl chloroformate derivatives allows the profile to be obtained with the greatest sensitivity within a short time frame. On applying such methods to honey samples of diverse botanical origin, we observe that the proline values obtained are always lower than those found using the official spectrophotometric method, thereby underlining the advisability of using HPLC methods to reduce uncertainty in these results.  相似文献

Adducts of four phosphine chalcogenides with the chiral dirhodium complex ([Rh-Rh]) were investigated by variable-temperature 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy in order to compare their properties as axial ligands. Whereas the selenide (1) and the sulfide (2) are strong ligands with electrostatic attraction and, in addition, a significant orbital (HOMO-LUMO) interaction, the phosphine oxide compounds (P=O) bind primarily via electrostatic attraction and are relatively weak donors. Moreover, the overall bond strength in these adducts depends on steric congestion around the P=O group.  相似文献

Rational intervention in human affairs, if it is to constitute not only action but also research, so that future interventions may be made more effective, needs a well-defined methodological framework. Soft systems methodology (S.S.M.) provides one such framework. S.S.M. is doubly systemic: it is itself a learning system, and within that system it uses systems models, models of human activity systems. It accepts that such models are not models of parts of the real world, only models of ways of perceiving the real world, that is to say, models relevant to debate about ‘reality’ (one man's ‘terrorism’ is another's ‘freedom fighting’).S.S.M. is here illustrated by means of an account of a systems study of change in the information function of a sophisticated science-based company. The study is described from the point of view of a professional analyst who was helping a team of three managers carry out the study. The course of the study is described, and a separate commentary relates its activity to the seven stages of S.S.M. The study involved three cycles round stages 2–3–4–5 of S.S.M., the stages in which models of relevant human activity systems are built and compared with the real world in order to construct a rich debate about changes whose introduction in the problem situation world be both (systemically) desirable and (culturally) feasible.  相似文献

Glucose prevents maltose utilization bySaccharomyces cerevisiae in batch culture, whereas in a mixed carbohydrate-limited chemostat, maltose and glucose were consumed simultaneously. The specific activity of α-glucosidase was dependent on the dilution rate as well as the proportion of maltose in the mixture. Maximum specific activities in the batch and chemostat cultures on mixtures of maltose and glucose were lower than corresponding values observed on maltose alone.  相似文献

A detailed study of the quaternary aqueous H+/H2VO4-/H2O2/picolinate (Pi-) system has been performed at 25 degrees C in 0.150 M Na(Cl) medium using quantitative 51 V NMR (500 MHz) and potentiometric data (glass electrode). In the ternary H+/H2VO4-/Pi- system, six complexes have been found in the pH region 1-10. In the quaternary H+/H2VO4-/H2O2/Pi- system, eight additional complexes have been found. Generally, equilibria are fast in both systems. The rate of peroxide decomposition depends on the species in solution. Chemical shifts, compositions and formation constants for the species are given. Equilibrium conditions and the fit of the model to the experimental data are illustrated in distribution diagrams. Possible formation of mixed ligand species with imidazole, lactic acid and citric acid have been investigated and ruled out under the same experimental conditions. Structural proposals are given, based on 1)C NMR data and available crystal structures.  相似文献

Summary The crystal and molecular structure of salicylaldehyde semicarbazone was obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The O atom of the semicarbazone fragment isanti to the N atom of the hydrazinic group. The distribution of bond lengths in the semicarbazone fragment indicates delocalization of the -electrons. The crystal structure is stabilized by intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.

Das O-Atom des Semicarbazonteils stehtanti zum N-Atom der Hydrazin-Gruppierung. Die Bindungslängen in der Semicarbazoneinheit zeigen eine Delokalisierung der -Elektronen an. Die Geometrie der Verbindung wird durch stabilisierende intra- und intermolekulare Wasserstoffbrückenbindungen bestimmt.

An experimental set-up for the detection of elemental chlorine in chlorinated hydrocarbons (CHCs) is described based on a miniaturized system, which could be used for on-line monitoring of chlorinated compounds. With an optimized time-resolved detection chlorine from CHCs like CCl4 can be determined by Laser-Induced-Breakdown-Spectroscopy (LIBS) with g/g-detection limits in the gas phase. The application of a miniaturized Nd : YAG laser resulted only in a minor loss in performance, hence it could be used for designing a rugged and small on-line sensor. In addition, preliminary results for the detection of chlorine via the formation of CuCl in the plasma formed by focussing the laser on a copper surface are reported. Utilizing the luminescence of the CuCl D-system at 440 nm, a tenfold improvement in the detection limits was obtained. It appears that the formation of ad hoc selected, small molecules in a laser plasma could be a promising alternative for the selective and sensitive analysis of gaseous chlorinated and other species.  相似文献

Summary The novel theoretical scheme IMOMM, integrating ab initio and molecular mechanics contributions in a single geometry optimization process, is applied to the structural determination of different [OsO4(NR3)] (NR3 = bulky chiral alkaloid derivative) species closely related to active catalysts for the asymmetric dihydroxylation of olefins. Computed values compare in a satisfactory way with available X-ray data, the relationship between the Os-N distance and the nature of the NR3, ligand being properly reproduced. The computational scheme allows the separate quantification of electronic and steric effects, as well as the identification of the specific steric repulsions responsible for the difference.  相似文献

The reactions of the 3-methoxy-isoxazole quinones 1 and 9 in a highly polar solution of dimethyl sulfoxide have been studied. Quinones of type 2, 4/11, 5/12, 6 and 7/13 have been isolated; nmr measurements give a detailed insight into the reaction mechanism.  相似文献
