Paroxetine, a potent and selective inhibitor of 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) uptake, was prepared through a piperidine derivative, which was reported to be one of the paroxetine metabolites in humans. Thus, the piperidine derivative was converted to its N-tert-butoxycarbonyl (N-Boc) derivative, which was then converted to N-Boc paroxetine. Paroxetine hydrochloride propan-2-ol (isopropyl alcohol (IPA)) solvate crystals were directly obtained from the N-Boc paroxetine by adding hydrogen chloride to the N-Boc paroxetine IPA solution. The amount of IPA content in the crystals was reduced by drying with a continuous change of powder X-ray diffraction patterns. Other characterizations of the solvate crystals were also conducted.  相似文献

The coordination of small molecules and ions at the sixth position of ferric myoglobins (Mb) from the heart muscle of two species of shark,Lamna ditropis (LD) andPrionace glauca (PG), was studied in frozen solution by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and electron-nuclear double resonance (ENDOR) spectroscopy. The results were compared with those of horse heart Mb (EQMb). From our preliminary studies of the absorption spectra and partial amino acid sequences of PGMb and LDMb, we expected PGMb to have glutamine (Gln E7) in place of the distal His E7 that is highly conserved in most animals and present in LDMb. Here, we have used proton ENDOR to show that a water molecule coordinates to the ferric ion in both LDMb and PGMb at pH 6.3. The observed proton hyperfine coupling constant of the coordinating water molecule of PGMb is smaller than those of LDMb and EQMb, which suggests weaker coordination of the water molecule in PGMb, consistent with the absent distal His (E7). Coordination of several exogenous ligands at the distal site was examined by EPR. PGMb showed a coordination behavior different from that of LDMb and EQMb for 1-methylimidazole, 4-methylimidazole and SCN?, suggesting that its distal site is less sterically hindered. On the basis of the ENDOR and EPR results, we assigned the distal residues of PGMb and LDMb as Gln and His, respectively.  相似文献

Current-induced magnetic domain wall (DW) displacement in a Co/Ni nano-wire with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy was investigated in real space by photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM) for the first time. DW velocity determined from the PEEM observation was 40?m?s(-1) for the current density of 2.5?×?10(12)?A?m(-2), which was consistent with the result obtained by the electrical measurement used in our previous reports.  相似文献

The internal behavior of fast ions interacting with magnetohydrodynamic bursts excited by energetic ions has been experimentally investigated in the compact helical system. The resonant convective oscillation of fast ions was identified inside the last closed-flux surface during an energetic-particle mode (EPM) burst. The phase difference between the fast-ion oscillation and the EPM, indicating the coupling strength between them, remains a certain value during the EPM burst and drives an anomalous transport of fast ions.  相似文献

We have experimentally determined the amplitudes and phases of a rotational wave packet in an adiabatically cooled benzene molecule, created by a nonresonant intense femtosecond laser field. In this wave-packet reconstruction, the initial wave packet is further interfered by a replica of the first laser pulse, and the resultant modulation in population is observed in a state-resolved manner. Though several states with different nuclear-spin modifications are populated in the initial condition, a single wave packet created from one of them (with J=0) is specifically reconstructed. Phase shifts characteristic of stepwise Raman excitation beyond the perturbative regime are experimentally identified.  相似文献

High-spin states in the beam energies. A new and 72 γ transitions odd-odd nucleus ^128I are investigated via the ^124 Sn(^7 Li,3n)^128 I reaction at 28 and 32 Me V level scheme of 12sI is established up to high-spin states at I^π = 16, including 48 levels The present level scheme is largely different from the one in a recent publication due to identification of several doublet and triplet γ transitions and their proper placements in the level scheme. The high-spin level structure exhibits no obvious collective properties and is possibly associated with two and multi-quasiparticle configurations.  相似文献
