Signature analyzers are very efficient output response compactors for BIST design. The only limitation of signature analysis is the fault coverage reduction (aliasing) due to the information loss inherent to any data compaction. In this article, in order to increase the effectiveness of ROM BIST, we take advantage from the simplicity of the error patterns generated by ROMs and we show that aliasing free signature analysis can be achieved in ROM BIST.This work was performed when the author was on leave from Minsk Radio Engineering Institute, Computer Department, Belorus.  相似文献

On the basis of a complex null-polarimetric method, the natural birefringence and the rotation of the optical indicatrix in crystals of deuterated triglycinesulfate are measured in the temperature range of 300–340 K. The temperature-dependent behavior of the optical parameters is shown to be close to that observed previously in triglycinesulfate crystals. Changes in them upon the ferroelectric phase transition can be accounted for by the spontaneous quadratic electro-optic effect, with the values of the electro-optic coefficients being larger by a factor of 1.4 than in triglycinesulfate crystals.  相似文献

The measured equation of invariance (MEI) has been previously introduced to efficiently and accurately handle the boundary truncation for finite methods. The present authors give a theoretical analysis that provides several important insights into the capabilities of the MEI. From the numerical study, they can explain why the MEI works better than one would expect. Both the theoretical and the numerical analyses demonstrate that the accuracy of the solution is dependent on the electrical size of the geometry as well as the distance between the mesh boundary and the geometry. From the analysis, the authors propose a new set of metrons that is less sensitive to the excitation than the previously proposed sinusoidal metrons  相似文献

A new physical model of determining the static I-V curve of the light amplifying optical switch (LAOS) is derived. The model is based on deriving the currents of the HPT and the feedback current of the LAOS. The feedback currents for optical and/or electrical feedback are determined by solving the continuity equation in the collector and the base of the HPT. A negative resistance region in the I-V curve is obtained and controlled by varying the feedback coefficient of the device and the Early effect coefficient. The main factors affecting the negative resistance region are the feedback coefficient, Early effect, the recombination currents in the emitter-base space-charge region, and the ratio of the collector to base doping. The switching voltage of the device is also calculated for different parameters  相似文献
