从课标、概念组织结构、教学资料对新旧人教版选修“反应热”内容进行对比分析,研究发现:(1)新课标在内容上更加强调“反应热”概念的学科理解,渗透变化观与守恒观等基本观念,突出学习素材的重要性;(2)新教材在内容组织上厘清了“反应热”“焓变”“能量转化”等核心概念之间的关系,重视对“反应热”内容的结构化认识;(3)新教材在图片、实验、习题增强了情境性与科学性。建议教师在教学中增进对“反应热”的学科理解,运用概念构图策略促进学生知识结构化,创设真实情境提高学生的问题解决能力,培养化学学科核心素养。  相似文献

利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF MS)建立了猪肉中79种药物残留的非靶向定性筛查方法。猪肉样本采用0.5%(体积分数)甲酸-乙腈溶液先提取,甲醇后提取的组合提取方式,离心后上清液通过FAVEX-NM50兽药残留快速柱净化。以Acquity UPLC BEH HSS-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm × 150 mm,1.7 μm)进行分离,UPLC-Q-TOF MS电喷雾正离子模式电离,全信息串联质谱(MSE)模式检测。79种物质在相应范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均不小于0.99,方法的检出限和定量下限分别为0.05 ~ 10 μg/kg和0.10 ~ 20 μg/kg。基于实验室自建质谱数据库,对模拟阳性样本以及市售猪肉样本进行筛查,同时使用高灵敏度Xevo TQ-S串联四极杆质谱多反应监测模式(MRM)对市售猪肉样本进行验证。结果表明,所建立的方法高效、快速、通量高,适用于猪肉中药物残留的筛查和鉴定。  相似文献

采用微波法快速合成了一种生物相容性好、稳定性高的荧光碳点(CDs),并将该碳点与二氧化锰纳米片(MnO2)混合形成纳米荧光探针用于抗结核药物异烟肼(INH)的检测。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱等手段对碳点和二氧化锰纳米片的形貌、成分、表面基团进行了表征。实验发现,MnO2纳米片通过荧光共振能量转移(FRET)猝灭CDs的荧光,而加入的INH可与MnO2纳米片发生氧化还原反应使后者降解,进而使CDs的荧光得以恢复,基于此构建了一种定量检测INH的纳米荧光探针。该探针对INH表现出良好的灵敏度和选择性,对INH检测的线性范围为0.5 ~ 60 μmol/L,检出限为0.02 μmol/L,并成功地应用于血样、尿样以及片剂中INH的测定,回收率分别为94.8% ~ 116%,99.0% ~ 105%和96.8% ~ 102%,相对标准偏差均小于5%,结果令人满意。该探针为INH的检测提供了新的思路,在生物样品检测方面具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

Cyclic organic amines are emerging as excellent building blocks to assemble organic–inorganic hybrid phase transition materials due to their flexible cyclic structure. Here, we have assembled a 1D organic-inorganic hybrid dielectric material C5H6NOPbBr3 ( 1 ) by alloying the cyclic organic amine 3-hydroxypyridine. 1 displays a remarkable switchable dielectric response induced by an order-disorder transformation of the organic moiety, this transformation behaviour is confirmed by DSC and Hirshfeld surface measurements. More interestingly, 1 has a narrowband emission (FWHM=4.64 nm) at 590 nm; FWHM is a major quality figure for narrowband photodetectors. In addition, 1 exhibits semiconducting properties with an indirect bandgap of 2.78 eV by the analysis of the UV-Vis absorption results.  相似文献

Lithium-sulfur (Li−S) batteries, possessing excellent theoretical capacities, low cost and nontoxicity, are one of the most promising energy storage battery systems. However, poor conductivity of elemental S and the “shuttle effect” of lithium polysulfides hinder the commercialization of Li−S batteries. These problems are closely related to the interface problems between the cathodes, separators/electrolytes and anodes. The review focuses on interface issues for advanced separators/electrolytes based on nanomaterials in Li−S batteries. In the liquid electrolyte systems, electrolytes/separators and electrodes system can be decorated by nano materials coating for separators and electrospinning nanofiber separators. And, interface of anodes and electrolytes/separators can be modified by nano surface coating, nano composite metal lithium and lithium nano alloy, while the interface between cathodes and electrolytes/separators is designed by nano metal sulfide, nanocarbon-based and other nano materials. In all solid-state electrolyte systems, the focus is to increase the ionic conductivity of the solid electrolytes and reduce the resistance in the cathode/polymer electrolyte and Li/electrolyte interfaces through using nanomaterials. The basic mechanism of these interface problems and the corresponding electrochemical performance are discussed. Based on the most critical factors of the interfaces, we provide some insights on nanomaterials in high-performance liquid or state Li−S batteries in the future.  相似文献

A novel, highly sensitive, simple, and rapid strategy was designed and developed for simultaneous determination of cabozantinib (CBZ) as an anticancer agent and its main metabolites including monohydroxy sulfate (EXEL-1646), N-oxide (EXEL-5162(, amide cleavage product (EXEL-5366), and 6-desmethyl amide cleavage product sulfate) EXEL-1644). Measurements were done through a micellar liquid chromatography (MLC) method coupled with fluorescence detection. The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed using a Kinetex C18 100 Å column as well as acetonitrile, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB; 0.2 mol.L?1), and tris buffer (pH 8.5) solutions as the mobile phase at a 40:50:10 (v/v) ratio. The method’s linearity (20 to 700 ng.mL?1), limit of detection (LOD; 2.11 to 3.69 ng.mL?1), limit of quantification (LOQ; 20 to 30 ng.mL?1), intra- and inter-day precisions (RSD < 4.00%), selectivity, recovery, and robustness were fully evaluated. According to the obtained results, the developed method can be used for simple and rapid (~35 min) quantification of CBZ as an anticancer drug and its major metabolites in human serum samples with high sensitivity and low cost.  相似文献

Rutin (R) and quercetin (Q) are two widespread dietary flavonoids. Previous studies regarding the plasma cholesterol-lowering activity of R and Q generated inconsistent results. The present study was therefore carried out to investigate the effects of R and Q on cholesterol metabolism in both HepG2 cells and hypercholesterolemia hamsters. Results from HepG2 cell experiments demonstrate that both R and Q decreased cholesterol at doses of 5 and 10 µM. R and Q up-regulated both the mRNA and protein expression of sterol regulatory element binding protein 2 (SREBP2), low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR), and liver X receptor alpha (LXRα). The immunofluorescence study revealed that R and Q increased the LDLR expression, while only Q improved LDL-C uptake in HepG2 cells. Results from hypercholesterolemia hamsters fed diets containing R (5.5 g/kg diet) and Q (2.5 g/kg diet) for 8 weeks demonstrate that both R and Q had no effect on plasma total cholesterol. In the liver, only Q reduced cholesterol significantly. The discrepancy between the in vitro and in vivo studies was probably due to a poor bioavailability of flavonoids in the intestine. It was therefore concluded that R and Q were effective in reducing cholesterol in HepG2 cells in vitro, whereas in vivo, the oral administration of the two flavonoids had little effect on plasma cholesterol in hamsters.  相似文献
