As one of the backup measures of intrusion prevention techniques, intrusion detection plays a paramount role in the second defense line of computer networks. Intrusion detection in wireless mesh networks (WMNs) is especially challenging and requires particular design concerns due to their special infrastructure and communication mode. In this paper, we propose a novel anomaly detection system, termed RADAR, to detect and handle anomalous mesh nodes in wireless mesh networks. Specifically, reputation is introduced to characterize and quantify a node’s behavior in terms of fine-grained performance metrics of interest. The dual-core detection engine of RADAR then explores spatio-temporal property of such behavior to manifest the deviation between that of normal and anomalous nodes. Although the current RADAR prototype is only implemented with routing protocols, the design architecture allows it to be easily extended to cross-layer anomaly detection where anomalous events occur at different layers and can be resulted by either intentional intrusion or accidental network failure. The simulation results demonstrate that RADAR can achieve high detection accuracy, low computational complexity, and low false positive rate.  相似文献

The delafossite CuAlO2 single crystal, prepared by the flux method, is a low mobility p-type semiconductor with a hole mobility of 1.2 × 10−5 cm−2 V−1 s−1. The chronoamperometry showed an electrochemical O2− insertion with a diffusion coefficient D 303K of 3.3 × 10−18 cm2 s−1. The thermal variation of D in the range 293–353 K gave an enthalpy of diffusion (ΔH) of 44.7 kJ mol−1. CuAlO2 is photoactive, and the Mott–Schottky plot indicates a flat band potential of +0.42 V vs saturated calomel electrode and a holes density (N A) of 1016 cm−3. The photocurrent spectra have been analyzed by using the Gartner model from which the absorption coefficients and diffusion lengths were determined. An optical transition at 1.66 eV, indirectly allowed, has been obtained. The spectral photoresponse provides a high absorption at 480 nm. The low quantum yield (η) is attributed to a small depletion length (440 nm) and a hole diffusion width (271 nm) compared to a very large penetration depth (12 μm).  相似文献

In this paper, we report the effects of the substitution of Sr by Eu on the properties of Bi-2201 ceramics. Samples with nominal compositions of Bi2Sr2?xEuxCuOy (x = 0–0.4) are elaborated in air by solid state reaction. They are characterized by means of X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), magnetic and resistivity measurements. The undoped sample (x = 0) is monophasic and its structure belongs to phase A. No trace of superconductivity is observed down to 2 K for this sample and the variation of resistivity with temperature shows a semiconducting behaviour. As Eu is added and for x  0.2, the samples convert totally to B or Raveau phase and become superconducting. The highest Tc, obtained from both magnetic and resistivity measurements, is observed for x = 0.3. In the normal state, all the samples exhibit a semiconducting character which decreases as well as resistivity when the Eu content increases. The refinement of cell parameters is done with considering the structural modulation. The study shows that the substitution of Sr2+ by Eu3+ leads to an increase of a and b parameters, while c decreases similarly to those of the La doped phases. The a axis component of the modulation is observed to be independent of Eu content, while the c axis one increases slightly as this content increases. The XRD analysis has also revealed that the limit solubility of the used Eu2O3 oxide is situated between x = 0.3 and 0.4 of Eu content. The SEM micrographs show that the undoped sample consists of poorly connected grains with a random distribution. A quite different microstructure is obtained for the doped samples. The grains are more connected and have a flat shape which is characteristic of the Bi-based superconductors.  相似文献

A linear array of closely spaced sound transducers is presented that can produce a subwavelength-focused intensity profile at a distance of a quarter wavelength. This work is related to research on super-resolution using metamaterials in both the acoustic and optical domains. It is designed using the principle of shifted beams, a near-field antenna array theory developed for the subwavelength focusing of electromagnetic waves. Once the spatial sound pattern is characterized for each source, the optimal weights for a minimum beam width can be calculated. An experiment operating at 4 kHz was able to successfully construct a super-focused beam.  相似文献

Cortical bone is a viscoelastic heterogeneous medium which may be assessed with axial transmission. This work aims at evaluating the average depth investigated by the lateral wave for radial variations of material properties in relatively thick cortical bone. The equivalent contributing depth (ECD) is derived from the finite element simulation results for spatial variations of a viscoelastic coefficient (η(11)) and of porosity. A value of ECD equal to around 1.6 mm is obtained for a spatial variation of η(11). The method fails to predict accurate values of the ECD for a spatial variation of porosity, because all parameters vary simultaneously.  相似文献

The hydrolysis of ethyl threo‐2‐(1‐adamantyl)‐3‐hydroxybutyrate ( 1 ) and the parent ester ethyl 3‐hydroxybutyrate ( 4 ) has been studied experimentally and computationally. In the hydrolysis of threo‐ester 1 with 2 M NaOH, predominantly retro‐aldol product was observed, whereas the hydrolyzed product was present in a minor amount. When the reaction is carried out under the same conditions with the parent ester ethyl 3‐hydroxybutyrate ( 4 ), hydrolyzed product is exclusively observed. The competitive pathways, namely hydrolysis and the retro‐aldol reaction for 1 and 4 were investigated using DFT calculations in the both gas and solvent phase. The calculated results in the solvent phase at B3LYP/6–31 + G* level revealed that the formation of retro‐aldol products is kinetically preferred over the hydrolysis of threo‐ester 1 in the presence of a base. However, the parent ester 4 showed that the retro‐aldol process is less favored than the hydrolysis process under similar conditions. The steric effect imposed by the bulky adamantyl group to enhance the activation barriers for the hydrolysis of the ethyl threo‐2‐(1‐adamantyl)‐3‐hydroxybutyrate ( 1 ) was further supported by the calculations performed with tert‐butyl group at the α‐carbon atom of ethyl 3‐hydroxybutyrate ( 7 ).
