INFLUENCE OF MAGNETIC FIELD INHOMOGENEITY ON OPERATION OF THE THz GYROTRON WITH A PULSE MAGNET

Influence of magnetic field tapering on operation of a gyrotron working in the TE _4,12 mode at the second harmonic frequency 1013.67 GHz is investigated. It is found that the existing inhomogeneity of the magnetic field of the order of 0.25%–0.50% in the cavity allows one to achieve higher efficiencies. It improves also mode competition scenario by suppressing oscillations of the two parasitic TE _3,6⁺ and TE _5,5⁻ modes at the fundamental frequencies 513.35 GHz and 503.64 GHz, respectively.

表面活性剂对均相沉淀法制备单晶Ce2O(CO3)2￠H2O微粉形貌及 形成机理的影响

在尿素及硝酸铈的混合溶液中分别加入表面活性剂CTAB、 PEG19000、OP-10,利用均相沉淀法合成了不同形貌的CeO2超细前驱体Ce2O(COa)2·H2O,采用X射线衍射及透射电子显微镜等测试手段,对产品的物相和形貌进行了表征．实验结果表明,所得产品均为斜方晶系的单晶Ce2O(CO3)2·H2O,且表面活性剂的加入使晶体的晶化程度明显提高;添加不同的表面活性剂得到不同形貌尺寸的产物: 阳离子型表面活性剂CTAB对Ce2O(CO3)2·H2O晶体的形貌影响不大,所得产物尺寸变小,且分散性得到一定的改善;非离子型表面活性剂对所得产物的形貌影响显著．加入PEG19000和OP-10分别得到了形状排列有序的、尺寸较均匀的、较规则无团聚的微米棒及具有紧密结合中心的发散状的花样微粒．不同形貌前驱体的形成与晶粒形成生长机理的改变有关．     

富氧氮氧化硅薄膜退火的研究

利用红外吸收(IR)谱和X射线光电子谱(XPS)对富氧氮氧化硅(oxygen-rich SiOxNy)及其在600、750和900℃下退火后样品的微结构进行了研究.实验中除观察到N、H的释放外,首次发现退火会导致SiOxNy中O的释放,同时还发现退火温度不同,H、O、N元素的释放量以及微结构的变化都不相同,根据这些现象,提出了5个化学反应过程并予以解释.

Monitoring the Aggregation of Dansyl Chloride in Acetone through Fluorescence Measurements

The aggregation of dansyl chloride (DNS-Cl) in acetone has been studied in detail by steady-state fluorescence techniques.It has been demonstrated that DNS-Cl is stable in acetone during purification and aggregation study processes.The aggregates are not solvolyzed in acetone,and do not take part n any chemical reactions either.It has been found that DNS-Cl tends to aggregate even when its concentration is much lower than its solubility in acetone.The aggregation is reversible,and both the aggregation and the deaggregation are very slow processes.Introduction of SDS has a positive effect upon the formation and stabilization of the aggregates.     

2,3-二羟基萘钼多酸有机衍生物的合成及1H NMR和IR谱学研究

本文对二种新合成的2，3－二羟基萘二钼和四钼多酸有机衍生物[n-Bu)4N]2[Mo2O5(OC10H6O)2](Ⅰ）和[n-Bu)4N]2[Mo4O10(OC10H6O)2(OCH3)2](Ⅱ)进行了红外光谱与核磁共振波谱研究，发现[Mo2O5]^2 中钼氧多桥键的红外振动频率较[Mo4O10(OCH3)2]^2 中钼氧多桥键的红外振动频率红移，而在配合物Ⅱ中2，3－二羟基中芳环的^1H化学位移较配合物Ⅰ中向低场移动。同时还发现含二钼配位中心[Mo2O5]^2 的[Mo2O5(OC10H6O)2]^2-与含四钼配位中心[Mo4O10(OCH3)2]^2 的[Mo4O10(OC10H6O)2(OCH3)2]^2-生成条件的差异仅仅只在反应体系的pH值的微小变化，说明钼多酸有机衍生物阴离子是对体系酸碱度极为敏感的物质。
