氢化物发生原子吸收法测定卡托普利

根据卡托普利与醋酸铅反应定量生成沉淀的特点 ,通过用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定沉淀中的铅 ,可间接测定卡托普利的含量。平均回收率 99.8% ,RSD值为 1 .6%     

[Mo(C9H6NO)2O2]的合成和晶体结构

合成了标题化合物[Mo(C9H6NO)2(O)2](C9H6NO=8-羟基喹啉),测定了化合物的晶体结构.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群Cc,a=13.372(3),b=9.421(2),c=13.554(3)A,β=109.71(3)°,V=1607.6(8)A3.结构由直接法解出,最后可靠性因子R=0.0473,Rw=0.062.Mo原子为6配位,位于八面体的中心.两个配体氧相互处于邻位,分别与8-羟基喹啉中的N原子处于对位.     

Electrocatalytic Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Films and Their Applications in Chemical Sensors and Biosensors

In this report, we will present the organic-inorganic hybrid molecular films prepared in our group and their applications in chemical sensors and biosensors.Many types of multi-layered films have been prepared in an alternatively assembled organic-inorganic and layer-by-layer manner. We will focus on the alternatively organized organic surfactant and metal-complex films and their conversion into electrocatalytically active films. Especially, we will demonstrate the preparation of bifunctional films for the detection of two different but correlated species, such as nitric oxide and oxygen, in biomedia.     

Studies on Insoluble Species of Gd(Ⅲ)in Human Blood Plasma by Computer Simulation

The insoluble species of Gd ( Ⅲ ) in human blood plasma were investigated by computer simulation. The distribution of the Gd(Ⅲ ) species was obtained. It was found that most of the Gd( Ⅲ ) ions were bound to phosphate to form precipitate GdPO4 at the concentration of 1. 000 10-7 mol/L and when the concentration of the Gd (Ⅲ ) increased to 3. 750 X 10-4 mol/L, in excess of the concentration of phosphate, the Gd ( Ⅲ ) ions were bound to carbonate to form another kind of precipitate, Gd2(CO3)3.     

Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Oxidative IonsWith Decoloring Reaction Using HCPCF

HCPCF is a color reagent for the determination of vanadium, zinc and magnesium, etc. To the best of our knowledge, no work on the decoloring reaction for analytical use of HCPCF for the determination of oxidative anions has been report. In this work, we found that some oxidative anions can oxidize HCPCF in acid medium, forming a colorless product. In addition, surfactant was used in this work, because of the low solubility of HCPCF in aqueous solutions. The purpose of this work is to establish a new, rapid and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of NO2-, BrO3-,IO3-, IO4-and Cr2O7-based on the reaction between HCPCF and analytes in the presence of emulsion OP.     

质谱在线连续检测系统的建立及应用实例

设计和建立了一种质谱在线连续检测系统。该系统响应迅速,操作灵活。可直接与反应系统或与色谱等联机使用,对所有的气相反应和有可挥发组分的液相反应进行在线检测。在ＺｒＯ２－Ａ１２Ｏ３上进行了ＮＨ３吸脱附和ＣＯ脉冲反应的研究,获得了重现性很好的结果。     

Study on Conformation of Escherichia Coli Alkaline Phosphatase by Intrinsic tryptophan Room Temperature Phosphorescence Probe

Room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) probe is a powerful tool for studying the kinetics and relationship between the conformation change and physiological function of protein because some slow kinetic processes of protein in solution just occur the same time scales as phosphorescence lifetime and it susceptibly indicates microenvironment properties. RTP of Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase(AP) comes mainly from tryptophan residues (Trp-109). It is well known that the deeper Trp-109 is embedded, The stronger phosphorescence emitting is, and the longer its lifetime is. The current work is a preliminary study of the conformation changes of AP, the local microenvironment of Trp-109 and the quenching kinetic natures in the unfolded processes of AP in the presence of different denaturants.     

Mg(IO3)2-H2O体系的一个新物相Mg(IO3)2·2H2O和溶解度-温度相图

在Mg(IO₃)₂-H₂O体系中发现了一个新的物相二水碘酸镁Mg(IO₃)₂·2H₂O.用称重法测定了Mg(IO₃)₂,Mg(IO₃)₂·2H₂O和Mg(IO₂)₂·4H₂O的溶解度随温度变化的曲线。     

94GHz二次谐波回旋管波纹波导模式转换

在耦合波理论的基础上,详细讨论了3mm二次谐波渐变复合腔回旋管内置TE03—TE02—TE01模式转换器,并使模式转换器兼作回旋管的收集极.采用波纹波导结构和不同的相位重匹配技术进行优化分析,得到了可靠的最优几何参量.以此结果设计出了紧凑、高效的94GH z波纹波导模式转换器,并在回旋管的热测实验中测出模式样图.     

芦丁的电化学伏安行为及其应用

芦丁在0.1mol/L Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(pH=8.3)中产生灵敏的线性扫描极谱峰,峰电位EP=-1.10V(vs.Ag/AgCl).峰电流与芦丁浓度在7×10-7~9.8×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.可用于乌拉尔甘草内黄酮含量的测定.线性扫描和循环伏安法测试表明,该体系属具有吸附性的准可逆过程体系.
