A likelihood-based method for haplotype association studies of case-control data with genotyping uncertainty

This paper discusses the associations between traits and haplotypes based on Fl (fluorescent intensity) data sets. We consider a clustering algorithm based on mixtures of t distributions to obtain all possible genotypes of each individual (i.e. "GenoSpec-trum"). We then propose a likelihood-based approach that incorporates the genotyping uncertainty to assessing the associations between traits and haplotypes through a haplotype-based logistic regression model. Simulation studies show that our likelihood-based method can reduce the impact induced by genotyping errors.     

INERTIAL MANIFOLDS FOR NONAUTONOMOUS SEMILINEAR PARABOLIC PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH TIME DELAYS

The present paper deals with the long-time behavior of a class of nonautonomous retarded semilinear parabolic differential equations. When the time delays are small enough and the spectral gap conditions hold, the inertial manifolds of the nonautonomous retard parabolic equations are constructed by using the Lyapunov-Perron method.     

LONG-TIME BEHAVIOR OF A CLASS OF REACTION DIFFUSION EQUATIONS WITH TIME DELAYS

The present paper devotes to the long-time behavior of a class of reaction diffusion equations with delays under Dirichlet boundary conditions. The stability and global attractability for the zero solution are provided, and the existence, stability and attractability for the positive stationary solution are also obtained.     

ANTI-PERIODIC BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR FUNCTIONAL DIFFENERTIAL EQUATION

By using upper and lower solutions coupled with monotone iterative technique, we discuss the anti-periodic boundary value problem for first order functional diffenertial equation. A sufficient condition for the existence of the solution is obtained.     

ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF SOLUTIONS OF NONLINEAR NEUTRAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

The boundedness of the every solution and the asymptotic behavior of all solutions of the nonlinear neutral delay differential equation [x(t) - P(t)x(t - t)]' Q1 (t)f(x{t-σ1))-Q2(t)f(x(t -σ2))=0,t≥t0 are investigated, whereτ,σ1,σ2∈(0,∞), P∈C([t0,∞),R), and Q1,Q2∈C([t0,∞),R), f∈C(R,R). The sufficient conditions obtained improve the existing results in the literatures.     

范畴Ω-Cat的完备性

Ω-范畴具有范畴论和序理论的双重意义,可为计算机程序语言的语义提供量化的模型,本文研究了范畴Ω-Cat中的等值子和乘积,给出了范畴Ω-Cat中乘积的有点式和无点式刻画,证明了范畴Ω-Cat是完备范畴。

This communication gives the corrigendum to the paper “Oscillation criteria for first-order impulsive differential equations with positive and negative coefficients” (JCAM (2007), doi:10.1016/j.cam.2007.06.016).     

基于最佳摄动量法反演浅水海湾水质模型的综合扩散系数

作为浅水海湾水质模型基本参数的综合扩散系数,常通过试算来率定,耗时、经验性强.该文应用渤海湾化学需氧量(COD)的部分监测资料,对污染物的综合扩散系数进行了反演.由于问题的非线性,结合正则化方法对求解过程的不适定性进行处理,应用算子识别摄动法进行求解.利用反演得到的综合扩散系数对渤海湾化学需氧量(COD)、无机氮(IN)、无机磷(IP)的分布进一步模拟,并与监测数据进行对比,结果表明反演的综合扩散系数是合理的.该方法还可用于反演水质模型中的其他参数.     

T- and Hayman T-points of meromorphic functions for small functions in the unit disk

In this article, we consider the singular points of meromorphic functions in the unit disk. We prove the second fundamental theorem for the Ahlfors-Shimizu's characteristic in the unit disk in terms of Nevanlinna theory in the angular domains, and obtain the existence of T-points and Hayman T-points dealing with small functions as target.
