The size of an ionistor capacitor structure is found to change during its charging and discharging. Technological features of the commercial production of detonation-synthesis nanodiamonds at the SINTA Joint-Stock Company and the characteristics of the nanodiamonds and diamond-containing mixtures produced are considered. Nanodiamond applications in the production of composite electrolytic coatings that are based on chromium, nickel, gold, and silver, exhibit good service properties, and save on the use of noble metals and electric power are exemplified. Nanodiamond applications for the modification of plastics, antifriction lubricants, and oxide coatings grown by microarc oxidation of aluminum alloys are also considered. The prospective application of nanodiamonds as a raw material in the synthesis of diamond powders and superhard composites by static and shock-wave loading is demonstrated. 相似文献

Unstable form changing (click) of an arched TiNi strip annealed at 773 K is investigated. After the annealing, the strip is
placed into the grips of a deforming machine and is transferred to the martensitic state by bending in the direction opposite
to its initial bend. Subsequent heating of the strip, which carries it to the austenitic state, is accompanied by a click
under the conditions of constrained form changing. Analysis of the martensitic deformation in terms of the theory of diffuse

The phenomenon of spatial deterministic chaos is described. A transition from an ordinary differential equation to a discrete map is justified for modeling of the chaos. Methods of studying the chaos dynamics in this model are suggested. It is established how the physical properties of a nonlinear ring interferometer influence the structure of charts of the Lyapunov exponents. Computer models belonging to the class of models of growth controlled by a gradient are investigated. A theoretical approach to the construction of model algorithms of this class allows us to obtain a wide variety of clusters with different structures, including fractal ones. A physical model of the development of turbulence in free shear flows is proposed. The model is based on the results of numerical simulations of turbulent flow development. The main ideas of the proposed theory of turbulence are stated as follows: the onset of turbulence begins with the formation of large vortices; spectral energy transfer involves both direct and inverse cascades; and the inertial range of the energy spectrum develops as a result of concurrent direct and inverse cascades. The double photoionization of helium at high photon energies is considered using a nonrelativistic approach. The central region of the energy spectrum and its contribution to the total process cross section and to the ratio between the double and single ionization cross sections are studied. Interelectronic interaction in the initial state is included exactly, whereas the interaction between the fast outgoing electrons is calculated by perturbation theory. A detailed derivation of the expression for the cross section ratio between double and single ionizations is given. The effect of the lattice deformation on the electronic spectra of TlGaS2, TlGaSe2, and TlInS2 layered semiconductor crystals is analyzed. It is shown that changes in the band gap of these semiconductors due to thermal expansion and a change in the composition under hydrostatic or uniaxial pressure can be described within a unified model of the deformation potential. The main feature of this model is the inclusion of deformation potentials with different signs, which is characteristic of other semiconductors with a layered structure. An analysis of the lattice deformation of the studied semiconductors in terms of the proposed model of the deformation potential has revealed that, in the immediate vicinity of the phase transitions, the crystal lattice under pressure undergo an unusual deformation. 相似文献
