This paper presents the results of measurements of137Cs and134Cs content in air sampled during May 1986. Maximum concentrations:137Cs 2.94±0.01 Bq m–3 and134Cs 1.38±0.01 Bq m–3 were registered on May 3. Several other long lived radionuclides having -energies in the region 33 keV to 1365 keV were registered in the same samples two years later. The results of measurements of the total -activity in air for the same period are also presented.  相似文献

The “disappearing polymorph” phenomenon is well established in organic solids, and has had a profound effect in pharmaceutical materials science. The first example of this effect in metal-containing systems in general, and in coordination-network solids in particular, is here reported. Specifically, attempts to mechanochemically synthesize a known interpenetrated diamondoid (dia) mercury(II) imidazolate metal–organic framework (MOF) yielded a novel, more stable polymorph based on square-grid (sql) layers. Simultaneously, the dia-form was found to be highly elusive, observed only as a short-lived intermediate in monitoring solvent-free synthesis and not at all from solution. The destabilization of a dense dia-framework relative to a lower dimensionality one is in contrast to the behavior of other imidazolate MOFs, with periodic density functional theory (DFT) calculations showing that it arises from weak interactions, including structure-stabilizing agostic C−H⋅⋅⋅Hg contacts. While providing a new link between MOFs and crystal engineering of organic solids, these findings highlight a possible role for agostic interactions in directing topology and stability of MOF polymorphs.  相似文献

Heteroleptic ruthenium(II) bioflavonoid complexes of quercetin, morin, chrysin, and 3-hydroxyflavone were prepared and their interaction with CT DNA and BSA along with antioxidant and in vitro anticancer and antimicrobial activities was investigated. The formulation and characterization of complexes were achieved through elemental and thermal analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H NMR spectroscopy along with infrared, electronic absorption, and emission spectroscopy as well as square-wave voltammetry, and magnetic and conductivity measurements. Ruthenium(II) is octahedrally coordinated in cationic complex species to two bidentate diimine ligands (2,2′-bipyridine or 1,10-phenanthroline) and one bidentate monobasic flavonoid ligand through 3,4-site of quercetin, morin, and 3-hydroxyflavone or 4,5-site of chrysin. Complexes bind CT DNA by intercalation and binding constants comparable to ethidium bromide or 10 times higher. Binding constants of complexes to BSA were several times higher compared to ibuprofen and diazepam, and suggest that the complexes have a strong affinity to BSA. Antioxidant activity tests showed that the complexes are more potent in terms of radical inhibition compared to the parent flavonoids. Cytotoxic testing revealed that the Ru(II) complex of quercetin with 2,2′-bipyridine co-ligand has good selectivity to breast adenocarcinoma, while the complex of 3-hydroxyflavone with 2,2′-bipyridine co-ligand showed strong cytotoxicity toward all tested cell lines with IC50 ~ 1 μM. All complexes showed moderate activity toward Acinetobacter baumannii, while the Ru(II) complex of 3-hydroxyflavone with 2,2′-bipyridine showed excellent activity toward MRSA and Candida albicans.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A new method for the extraction and quantitative determination of amygdalin has been proposed. Accelerated solvent extraction was applied for the extraction, and reversed-phase high-performance thin-layer chromatography method was developed, validated, and applied for the determination of amygdalin in the extracts of apricot, plum, almond, and peach kernels. The chromatographic system used was RP-18 silica, as stationary phase and acetonitrile/water (50:50, v/v), as mobile phase. Densitometric scanning was performed at 210 nm. The method was validated with respect to specificity, linearity, precision, and accuracy. The results showed that the peak area responses were linear within the concentration range of 2.5–50.0 µg/spot (R2 = 0.9984). The limit of quantification was 4.28 µg/spot, and the detection limit 1.28 µg/spot. The intra-day and inter-day reproducibility, in terms of %RSD, were in the range of 0.81–1.15 and 1.32–1.89, respectively. The accuracy data were in the range from 99.98 to 100.56%. The method is linear, quantitative and reproducible, and could be used as an efficient and economical green chromatographic procedure for the determination of amygdalin in the fruit kernel.  相似文献

The electrodegradation of azithromycin was studied by its indirect oxidation using dimensionally stable Ti/RuO2 anode as catalyst in the electrolyte containing methanol, 0.05 M NaHCO3, sodium chloride and deionized water. The optimal conditions for galvanostatic electrodegradation for the azithromycin concentration of 0.472 mg cm?3 were found to be NaCl concentration of 7 mg cm?3 and the applied current of 300 mA. The differential pulse voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode was performed for the first time in the above-mentioned content of electrolyte for the nine concentration of azithromycin (0.075–0.675 mg cm?3) giving the limits of azithromycin detection and of quantification as: LOD 0.044 mg cm?3 and LOQ 0.145 mg cm?3. The calibration curve was constructed enabling the electrolyte analysis during its electrodegradation process. The electrolyte was analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography and electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The electrooxidation products were identified and after 180 min there was no azithromycin in the electrolyte while TOC analysis showed that 79% of azithromycin was mineralized. The proposed degradation scheme is presented.  相似文献

The experimental parameters of cathodic stripping chronopotentiometry of chloride at a silver-film electrode are investigated and optimized. The chloride preconcentration is achieved in the form of silver chloride by a controlled potential oxidation of the working electrode under vigorous stirring. Cathodic stripping of the deposit is obtained by the constant current, under the condition of diffusive mass transfer. Deaeration of the solution is not necessary. A detection limit of 35 μ dm−3 (10−6 mol dm−3) is obtained at a deposition time of 180 s, with a reproducibility of 6.7 % (expressed as relative standard deviation, RSD).  相似文献

The distribution of137Cs through soil layers has been investigated by field sampling. The investigation deals with137Cs concentration found after the Chernobyl accident. The relationship between important soil characteristics, total precipitation and cesium distribution are analyzed. Cesium is strongly sorbed in the top soil layer and its migration downward is limited. Measurements performed over a 3-year period revealed that approximately 20–38 per cent of total137Cs is located in the upper soil layer.  相似文献

Coulometric generation of H(+) ions by the oxidation of hydrogen dissolved in palladium, in media such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, acetic anhydride and acetic acid-acetic anhydride mixture, for use in titration of bases, has been investigated. The hydrogen is oxidized at potentials which are much more negative than those of the bases and other components present in the solution. Titrations of numerous bases have established that the oxidation is quantitative and proceeds with 100% current efficiency.  相似文献

The core-valence correlation potential has been derived for Na and K employing atomic calculations which make use of the density functional formula worked out by Lee, Yang and Parr based on Colle-Salvetti approach. The numerical potential is fitted with a small number of Gaussians leading to a very simple expression for an one-electron corevalence correlation operator? cv . The core-valence correlation corrections can be computed by applying? cv on a quite general class of wavefunctions. Applications of the? cv operator within the framework of valence-electron-only calculations using effective Hamiltonians are presented for Na and K atoms, for Na2, K2, NaK and their cations. Almost all the corrections calculated for the physical properties due to the core-valence correlation lead to results which are in good agreement with those obtained from much more sophisticated treatments and experimental data.  相似文献
