Fifteen organometallic Ir(III) half‐sandwich complexes ( 1A – 5C ) having the general formula [(η5‐Cpx)Ir(N^N)Cl]PF6 (Cpx = Cp*, tetramethyl(phenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxph) or tetramethyl(biphenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxbiph); N^N = diamine) have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular structure of 1A was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The hydrolysis of 1A – 5C was monitored using UV–visible spectra. Complexes 3A – 3C showed catalytic activity for the oxidation of NADH to NAD+, where 3C showed the highest turnover number of 29.9 within 450 min. Cytotoxicity examination by MTT assay was carried out against two human cancer cell lines (HeLa and A549) after 24 or 48 h drug treatment. The complexes showed high potency, where the most potent complex ( 3C ; IC50 = 3.4 μM) was six times more active than cisplatin against A549 cells after 24 h drug exposure. Cytotoxic potency towards A549 cells increased with phenyl substitution on Cp ring: Cpxbiph > Cpxph > Cp*. In addition, the biological studies showed that 3C caused cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at G1 phase in A549 cancer cells. Moreover, 3C increased the level of reactive oxygen species markedly after 24 h, which may provide an important basis for killing cancer cells. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to track 3C in A549 cells. The cellular localization experiment showed that 3C targeted lysosomes and caused lysosomal damage.  相似文献

针对日益严重的砷离子污染问题,本文采用灵敏简便的原子荧光分析法,探究了凹凸棒石粘土吸附剂对砷离子的吸附性能,测定了pH、吸附时间、砷离子的初始浓度等因素对凹凸棒石粘土负载铁氧化物对砷离子吸附能力的影响,并通过SEM、EDX、FTIR对所制得的吸附剂进行了表征研究,同时进行了吸附动力学和吸附等温模型的分析。研究结果表明,改性后的凹凸棒对砷离子的吸附性能有了显著提升,在较低浓度时吸附效率可达98%,该吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程。  相似文献

The octacarbonyl cation and anion complexes of actinide metals [An(CO)8]+/− (An=Th, U) are prepared in the gas phase and are studied by mass-selected infrared photodissociation spectroscopy. Both the octacarbonyl cations and anions have been characterized to be saturated coordinated complexes. Quantum chemical calculations by using density functional theory show that the [Th(CO)8]+ and [Th(CO)8] complexes have a distorted octahedral (D4h) equilibrium geometry and a doublet electronic ground state. Both the [U(CO)8]+ cation and the [U(CO)8] anion exhibit cubic structures (Oh) with a 6A1g ground state for the cation and a 4A1g ground state for the anion. The neutral species [Th(CO)8] (Oh; 1A1g) and [U(CO)8] (D4h; 5B1u) have also been calculated. Analysis of their electronic structures with the help on an energy decomposition method reveals that, along with the dominating 6d valence orbitals, there are significant 5f orbital participation in both the [An]←CO σ donation and [An]→CO π back donation interactions in the cations and anions, for which the electronic reference state of An has both occupied and vacant 5f AOs. The trend of the valence orbital contribution to the metal–CO bonds has the order of 6d≫5f>7s≈7p, with the 5f orbitals of uranium being more important than the 5f orbitals of thorium.  相似文献

Porous carbon nanospheres with moderately oriented microcrystalline structures were prepared via a relatively simple synthetic route in this article. CTAB acted as a structure‐directing agent to induce small sulfonated pitch (SP) pieces to assemble orderly. By this means, the formation of carbon nanospheres was simultaneous with the moderate orientation of carbon microcrystalline without additional process. Owing to the moderately oriented microcrystalline structures, the resultant sample CNS3 possessed a high e‐conductivity of 62.5 S/m. When used as an electrode material for EDLCs, it showed excellent electrochemical properties even without any conductive agent. In an organic electrolyte, the resultant sample CNS3 possessed a high specific capacitance of 155 F/g at 20 A/g and outstanding cycle life with 94.2% capacity retention after 10,000 cycles. This work puts forward a novel design for carbon nanospheres with moderately oriented domains by a simple and energy‐efficient means.  相似文献

A rapid and highly efficient 1,3‐dipolar [3 + 2] cycloaddition of nonstabilized azomethine ylides generated in situ with benzo[b]thiophene 1,1‐dioxides as the dipolarophiles has been developed. The efficient method affords tricyclic pyrrolidine‐fused benzo[b]thiophene 1,1‐dioxide derivatives in high to excellent yields (up to 99%) with excellent diastereoselectivities (up to >25:1 dr) under mild reaction conditions. The structure of a typical product was confirmed by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Monoester‐diterpenoid alkaloids are the main bioactive components of Sini decoction, which is a well‐known traditional Chinese medicine formula for the treatment of myocardial infarction (MI) and heart failure in China. In this work, an ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry combined with microdialysis method was successfully established and applied for investigating for the first time comparative plasma pharmacokinetics of three monoester‐diterpenoid alkaloids (benzoylmesaconitine, benzoylaconitine and benzoylhypacoitine) in normal and MI rats after oral administration of Sini decoction. The statistical results of pharmacokinetic parameters demonstrated that benzoylmesaconitine, benzoylaconitine and benzoylhypacoitine showed lower peak concentration, longer half‐life, smaller area under the concentration–time curve, slower clearance, time to peak concentration and mean residence time in MI rats than in normal rats (p < 0.05), which indicated that monoester‐diterpenoid alkaloids exhibited lower systemic exposure and slower elimination in the MI rats. The results provided the experimental basis for understanding the metabolic fate and therapeutic effects of Sini decoction.  相似文献

Nanoparticles show great potential for drug delivery. However, suitable nanostructures capable of loading a range of drugs together with the co‐delivery of siRNAs, which avoid the problem of cation‐associated cytotoxicity, are lacking. Herein, we report an small interfering RNA (siRNA)‐based vesicle (siRNAsome), which consists of a hydrophilic siRNA shell, a thermal‐ and intracellular‐reduction‐sensitive hydrophobic median layer, and an empty aqueous interior that meets this need. The siRNAsome can serve as a versatile nanostructure to load drug agents with divergent chemical properties, therapeutic proteins as well as co‐delivering immobilized siRNAs without transfection agents. Importantly, the inherent thermal/reduction‐responsiveness enables controlled drug loading and release. When siRNAsomes are loaded with the hydrophilic drug doxorubicin hydrochloride and anti‐P‐glycoprotein siRNA, synergistic therapeutic activity is achieved in multidrug resistant cancer cells and a tumor model.  相似文献

The aggregation‐induced electrochemiluminescence (AIECL) of carboranyl carbazoles in aqueous media was investigated for the first time. Quantum yields, morphologies, and particle sizes were observed to determine the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) performance of these aggregated organic dots (ODs). All compounds exhibit much higher ECL stability and intensity than the carborane‐free compound, demonstrating the essential role of the carboranyl motif. Moreover, the results of cyclic voltammetry (CV) suggest that oxidation/reduction reactions take place at the carboranyl motif. The excited states of ODs were proposed to be generated by the mechanism of surface state transitions. More importantly, these compounds show a reductive–oxidative mechanism in contrast to other organic materials that show oxidative–reductive mechanisms. Our experiments and data have established the relation between AIE organic structures and ECL properties that has a strong potential for biological and diagnostic applications.  相似文献

Three multinuclear Cu (II), Zn (II) and Cd (II) complexes, [Cu2(L)(μ‐OAc)]·CHCl2 ( 1 ), [Zn2(L)(μ‐OAc)(H2O)]·3CHCl3 ( 2 ) and [{Cd2(L)(OAc)(CH3CH2OH)}2]·2CH3CH2OH ( 3 ) with a single‐armed salamo‐like dioxime ligand H3L have been synthesized, and characterized by FT‐IR, UV–vis, X‐ray crystallography and Hirshfeld surfaces analyses. The ligand H3L has a linear structure and C‐H···π interactions between the two molecules. The complex 1 is a dinuclear Cu (II) complex, Cu1 and Cu2 are all five‐coordinate possessing distorted square pyramidal geometries. The complex 2 also forms a dinuclear Zn (II) structure, and Zn1 and Zn2 are all five‐coordinate bearing distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries. The complex 3 is a symmetrical tetranuclear Cd (II) complex, and Cd1 is a hexa‐coordinate having octahedral configuration and Cd2 is hepta‐coordinate with a pentagonal bipyramidal geometry, and it has π···π interactions inside the molecule. In addition, fluorescence properties of the ligand and its complexes 1 – 3 have also been discussed.  相似文献
