PTFE nanospheres have been obtained with the assistant of different multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) by means of a simple preparation method. The results show that the PTFE nanospheres possess the best dispersion stability using the fluorocarbon-modified MWNTs as the assistant. The products are characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively.  相似文献

Two mild and general protocols for the high-yielding deprotection of indoles and related fused heterocyclic systems are described, involving either hydride transfer from LDA or hydrolysis by the DBU–water system. Both methods were shown to tolerate a wide variety of substituents and functional groups, but the hydrolytic one proved to be particularly general, being compatible with 2-alkyl substituents, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids, halogens, ethers, amides and esters. Yields were normally excellent in both cases, but were usually slightly higher for the reductive method. Taken together, these two protocols provide a general solution to the problem of pivaloyindole deprotection.  相似文献

In field structures affected by fire, the temperature progress through the material. The progression of temperature in the concrete material can be determined by simultaneous differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry. Also, the analysis of the behaviour of concrete in real concrete, by different techniques, permits the corroboration of the hypothesis of cover calculation. In this study, the analysis of concrete exposed to a very severe fire is studied in order to corroborate the calculus hypothesis and to determine the progression of the temperature inside the affected structure. In this study, the potentiality of the thermal instrumental techniques is studied to determine the situation of the concrete exposed to fire. These results can be used to calculate the residual strength of the concrete structural elements. Also, other auxiliary techniques are used to have some supplementary information about the situation of the concrete exposed to fire. The results are based in concrete samples from a real fire in the Windsor Building in Madrid. The Windsor Building in Madrid was project in 1974 and built between 1975 and 1979. This building was severely damaged by a serious fire on the 12th of February 2005, which lasted approximately 12?h.  相似文献

制备了硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面修饰的SnO2纳米微晶,通过FT-IR、XPS、TEM和TG-DTA对其结构和表面特性进行表征和研究. FT-IR和XPS分析结果确证了KH-570与SnO2表面是以化学键合或物理吸附方式相结合,粒子表面存在酯基等有机官能团的红外吸收特征;观测到KH-570中Si原子的Si2s和Si2p谱线. TEM分析表明,表面修饰反应增强了SnO2纳米微晶的疏水性和分散性.由XPS和TG的实测数据探讨了纳米粒子具有较低包覆量的可能原因.  相似文献

Volatile sulphur compounds (VSCs) and particularly hydrogen sulphide are considered as the predominant gases causing oral malodour. In this paper, a simple alarm sensor has been developed for VSCs determination in mouth air. The device consists of a glass tube packed with a solid sensing phase. The VSCs react with the sensing phase to produce a change in the colour of the sensor visible with a naked eye.Different “reagents” were investigated to develop the sensing phase (neocuproine + Cu(II), bathocuproine + Cu(II), resazurin, 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol and lead acetate), finding the neocuproine + Cu(II) as the best for our purposes. Also, different substrates such as Amberlite XAD-4 and XAD-7 and different trademarks of silica gel were tested as solid supports, being selected the silica gel.A device consisting of a glass tube packed with the sensing phase was optimized and tested with halitosis patients as a rapid illness test and the results compared with those obtained with a commercially available instrument, the Halimeter™, used for the determination of VSCs in mouth air. The results exhibited acceptable agreement between the proposed “qualitative” alarm sensor and a commercially available technique selected as reference, showing the possibility of using this “visual sensor” to control the halitosis and its evolution with an eventual treatment, by the own patient.  相似文献

Carbon xerogels (CX) can be synthesized by microwave-assisted heating. The transfer of this technology to an industrial scale passes through the optimization of the variables that affect the process. The effect of the main operational variables, i.e., initial volume of the precursor, gelation and ageing time and temperature of the synthesis, on the final porous properties of CX has been evaluated. It was found that the development of porosity in the CX synthesised in the microwave oven is hardly influenced by the increase in the initial volume of the precursor solution. This suggests that it is feasible to scale up the production of these materials by means of microwave heating. Furthermore, the consumption of energy does not increase in proportion to the volume of xerogel synthesized. Thus, the process is energy efficient, saves a considerable amount of time and requires only a single device to carry it out. These advantages, along with the fact that a temperature variation of 10 °C is not determinative in the xerogels’ final properties, indicate that CX could be produced on a large scale in a cost effective way .  相似文献

Background: Element-tagged immunoassay coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection has the potential to revolutionize immunoassay analysis for multiplex detection. However, a further study referring to the standard evaluation and clinical sample verification is needed to ensure its reliability for simultaneous analysis in clinical laboratories. Methods: Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and α-fetoprotein (AFP) were chosen for the duplex immunoassay. The performance of the assay was evaluated according to guidelines from the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). Moreover, reference intervals (RIs) of CEA and AFP were established. At last, 329 clinical samples were analyzed by the proposed method and results were compared with those obtained with electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA) method. Results: The measurement range of the assay was 2–940 ng/mL for CEA and 1.5–1000 ng/mL for AFP, with a detection limit of 0.94 ng/mL and 0.34 ng/mL, respectively. The inter-assay and intra-assay imprecision were all less than 6.58% and 10.62%, respectively. The RI of CEA and AFP was 0–3.84 ng/mL and 0–9.94 ng/mL, respectively. Regarding to clinical sample detection, no significant difference was observed between the proposed duplex assay and the ECLIA method. Conclusions: The ICP-MS-based duplex immunoassay was successfully developed and the analytical performance fully proved clinical applicability. Different solid/liquid "exchange" reactions involving divalent cations, protons, or ammonium ions have been performed at low/moderate temperatures (between 80 and 500 degrees C) on alpha-NaFeO2 dipped in molten salts (or acid) media. Several ferrites have been obtained which are nonstoichiometric with partially inverse spinel structures. When sodium is replaced by divalent cations (Mg2+, Co2+, Ni2+, and Zn2+), the obtained ferrites are hyperstoichiometric (cation/oxygen ratio higher than 3/4) whereas proton or ammonium reactions result in hypostoichiometric materials (cation/oxygen lower than 3/4). All these ferrites present a platelet-like morphology and show ferrimagnetic, soft magnet behavior.  相似文献
