Nanoporous gold (NPG) has recently received considerable attention in analytical electrochemistry because of its good conductivity and large specific surface area. A facile layer-by-layer assembly technique fabricated NPG was used to construct an electrochemical immunosensor for carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). NPG was fabricated on glassy carbon (GC) electrode by alternatively assembling gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using 1,4-benzenedimethanethiol as a cross-linker, and then AgNPs were dissolved with HNO3. The thionine was absorbed into the NPG and then gold nanostructure was electrodeposited on the surface through the electrochemical reduction of gold chloride tetrahydrate (HAuCl4). The anti-CEA was directly adsorbed on gold nanostructure fixed on the GC electrode. The linear range of the immunosensor was from 10 pg mL−1 to 100 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 3 pg mL−1 (S/N = 3). The proposed immunosensor has high sensitivity, wide linear range, low detection limit, and good selectivity. The present method could be widely applied to construct other immunosensors.  相似文献

Solution‐processable polymers consisting of perylene diimide (PDI) acceptor moieties alternating with dithienothiophene (DTT), N‐dodecyl‐dithienopyrrole (DTP), or oligomers of these donor groups have been synthesized. We have, in addition to varying the donor, varied the N,N′ substituents of the PDIs. The thermal, optical, electrochemical, and charge‐transport properties of the polymers have been investigated. The polymers show broad absorption extending from 300 to 1000 nm with optical band gaps as low as 1.2 eV; the band gap decreases with increasing the conjugation length of donor block, or by replacement of DTT by DTP. The electron affinities of the polymers, estimated from electrochemical data, range from ?3.87 to ?4.01 eV and are slightly affected by the specific choice of donor moiety, while the estimated ionization potentials (?5.31 to ?5.92 eV) are more sensitive to the choice of donor. Bottom‐gate top‐contact organic field‐effect transistors based on the polymers generally exhibit n‐channel behavior with electron mobilities as high as 1.7 × 10–2 cm2/V/s and on/off ratios as high as 106; one PDI‐DTP polymer is an ambipolar transport material with electron mobility of 4 × 10–4 cm2/V/s and hole mobility of 4 × 10–5 cm2/V/s in air. A novel converse dealloying method was developed to fabricate free-standing nanoporous silver (np-Ag). One remarkable characteristic of the new dealloying method is that inert component (Au) is selectively removed from Au–Ag alloys while active component (Ag) is left undissolved. Thiourea plays a key role in the formation of a free-standing porous Ag framework since it not only leads to anodic dissolution of Au component but also causes the surface passivation of Ag component. Because of the excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), the as-prepared np-Ag materials can be directly used as working electrodes to detect TCA in the concentration range from 2.50 to 25.0 mM.  相似文献

Electrochemical-coupling layer-by-layer (ECC-LbL) assembly is introduced as a novel fabrication methodology for preparing layered thin films. This method allows us to covalently immobilize functional units (e.g., porphyrin, fullerene, and fluorene) into thin films having desired thicknesses and designable sequences for both homo- and heteroassemblies while ensuring efficient layer-to-layer electronic interactions. Films were prepared using a conventional electrochemical setup by a simple and inexpensive process from which various layering sequences can be obtained, and the photovoltaic functions of a prototype p/n heterojunction device were demonstrated.  相似文献

In this paper a post-crosslinked polymeric adsorbent PDHT-2 with high specific surface area was prepared by Friedel-Crafts reaction of the pendant vinyl groups without an externally added crosslinking agent. It was obvious that both the specific surface area and the pore volume of starting copolymer PDHT-1 increased significantly after post-crosslinking. Batch adsorption runs of phenol from aqueous solution onto adsorbent PDHT-1 and PDHT-2 were researched, and commercial macroporous resin XAD-4 was chosen for comparison purpose. Experimental results showed that the adsorption isotherms could be fitted by Langmuir model and Freundlich model and the adsorption capacity onto PDHT-2 was much larger than that onto PDHT-1 and XAD-4 with respect to phenol and phenolic compound, which possibly resulted from its larger specific surface area. The adsorption process for phenol onto the three adsorbents was proved to be exothermic and spontaneous in nature. The thermodynamic parameters such as Gibb's free energy (ΔG), change in enthalpy (ΔH) and change in entropy (ΔS) had been calculated. The adsorption kinetic curves obeyed the pseudo-second order model and the intraparticle diffusion process was the rate-controlling step.  相似文献
