智能听障助理系统的设计与实现

为了听障人士家居安全和减少其家人的精神负担,设计了一款基于STC89C52RC单片机控制的智能听障助理系统。该系统具有门铃感应,烟雾、火灾报警等功能,价格低廉。实验证明,该系统操作简单,运行稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强。     

Collaborative spectrum sensing in the presence of secondary user interferences for lognormal shadowing

The performance of collaborative spectrum sensing is examined for lognormal shadowing channels when secondary user interferences (SUIs) occur. Both soft decision rule and hard decision rule are considered. Computer simulation shows that the SUIs can be ignored in some cases, depending on the signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR), the signal‐to‐interference ratio, the number of secondary users, the sample correlation, and the decision rule. Thus, by choosing appropriate system parameters, one may conduct collaborative spectrum sensing at the same time as secondary data transmission to save overheads. 基于HyperLynx的断路器状态监测无线节点PCB设计

断路器状态监测无线节点PCB设计中遇到的高频高速信号产生的信号完整性问题越来越突出.使用IBIS模型和Hyperlynx仿真软件对该节点PCB板布线进行仿真,仿真结果表明经过手工调整布线后PCB板的信号传输产生的近端串扰约为400 mV,而自动生成PCB布线设计产生的近端串扰约为1 000 mV,满足不了高速PCB设计...     

偏压条件对光耦合器总剂量辐照效应的影响

通过对不同偏压条件对光耦合器总剂量辐照效应的影响进行研究,结果发现随着总剂量的增加,光耦合器电流转换率CTR会降低60％ ～ 80％,且输入低电流时光耦合器总剂量辐照损伤更严重,其原因可能是输入低电流时光耦合器内部发光二极管辐照过程中更容易产生非发光陷阱所致.     

基于GPRS的土壤温湿度采集系统

设计了一种基于GPRS的土壤温湿度实时采集系统,给出了一种基于无线传感器网络的环境监测方案。无线传感器网络是由大量随机分布的传感器节点,通过无线通信技术自组织构成的网络,传感器节点具有数据采集处理、无线通信和自动组网能力。文中利用Telosb节点平台设计了传感器节点的硬件结构,并在TinyOS操作系统的基础上,完成了节点的软件设计。该系统可以对目标监测区内多点的温湿度进行实时采集,实现单跳和多跳的数据传输,同时利用GPRS进行高效可靠的远程传输,实现长期动态监测。     

聚氨酯类反应型高分子表面活性剂的研究进展

反应型高分子表面活性剂兼有反应型表面活性剂可以以牢固的共价键键合到聚合物粒子上,有效避免了表面活性剂在聚合物膜中迁移的优点和高分子表面活性剂性质稳定、耐水性好、低毒或无毒的优点,是一种备受关注的新型表面活性剂,其中含有双键的聚氨酯类可聚合型高分子表面活性剂因其软硬度可调、反应活性高等优点而成为此类研究的一个新热点。本文综述了国内外聚氨酯类反应型高分子表面活性剂最新研究概况,简述了其合成路线和应用性能,并对未来的研究方向进行了预测。     

粤航一号稻米及其亲本抗性淀粉含量的测定与比较

为确定航天品种功能稻米——粤航一号抗性淀粉含量,给临床观察膳食干预后果判断提供实验参考数据,并了解航天育种对该品种大米抗性淀粉含量的影响,用Goni测定方法测定了粤航一号、富硒粤航一号、长丝占、粳籼89 4种稻米的抗性淀粉含量。结果表明,粤航一号、富硒粤航一号、长丝占、粳籼89 4种稻米的抗性淀粉含量分别是(0.30±0.11)%、(0.47±0.37)%、(0.31±0.66)%、(0.36±0.62)%。可见粤航一号与亲本长丝占,及与富硒品种富硒粤航一号,和非航天品种优质大米粳籼89在抗性淀粉含量上无差异,航天育种对该品种稻米抗性淀粉生成遗传特征无影响。     

Infrared and Raman spectroscopic characterization of the phosphate mineral kosnarite KZr2(PO4)3 in comparison with other pegmatitic phosphates

In this research, we have used vibrational spectroscopy to study the phosphate mineral kosnarite KZr₂(PO₄)₃. Interest in this mineral rests with the ability of zirconium phosphates (ZP) to lock in radioactive elements. ZP have the capacity to concentrate and immobilize the actinide fraction of radioactive phases in homogeneous zirconium phosphate phases. The Raman spectrum of kosnarite is characterized by a very intense band at 1,026?cm^?1 assigned to the symmetric stretching vibration of the PO₄ ^3? ??₁ symmetric stretching vibration. The series of bands at 561, 595 and 638?cm^?1 are assigned to the ??₄ out-of-plane bending modes of the PO₄ ^3? units. The intense band at 437?cm^?1 with other bands of lower wavenumber at 387, 405 and 421?cm^?1 is assigned to the ??₂ in-plane bending modes of the PO₄ ^3? units. The number of bands in the antisymmetric stretching region supports the concept that the symmetry of the phosphate anion in the kosnarite structure is preserved. The width of the infrared spectral profile and its complexity in contrast to the well-resolved Raman spectrum show that the pegmatitic phosphates are better studied with Raman spectroscopy.
