We report herein a highly efficient palladium-catalyzed carbene insertion into strained Si−C bonds of benzosilacyclobutanes, which provides an efficient method to access α-chiral silanes. With a sterically hindered ligand, carbene insertion into the C(sp3)−Si bond of benzosilacyclobutanes occurred in excellent site- and enantioselectivity, while C(sp2)−Si bond insertion occurred selectively with less sterically hindered ligands. Reaction mechanism, in particular the roles of the chiral ligands in controlling the site-selectivity of the insertion reactions, are elucidated by using hybrid density functional theory. 相似文献

Transparent, flexible electronic skin holds a wide range of applications in robotics, humanmachine interfaces, artificial intelligence, prosthetics, and health monitoring. Silver nanowire are mechanically flexible and robust, which exhibit great potential in transparent and electricconducting thin film. Herein, we report on a silver-nanowire spray-coating and electrodemicrostructure replicating strategy to construct a transparent, flexible, and sensitive electronic skin device. The electronic skin device shows highly sensitive piezo-capacitance response to pressure. It is found that micropatterning the surface of dielectric layer polyurethane elastomer by replicating from microstructures of natural-existing surfaces such as lotus leaf, silk, and frosted glass can greatly enhance the piezo-capacitance performance of the device. The microstructured pressure sensors based on silver nanowire exhibit good transparency, excellent flexibility, wide pressure detection range (0-150 kPa), and high sensitivity (1.28 kPa-1). 相似文献

Acetes chinensis (belonging to the Decapoda Sergestidae genus) is widely distributed in East Asian waters and is extremely widespread and present in the shallow coastal areas of China. Polyphenol oxidase (PPO), which was extracted from Acetes chinensis, was purified in a four-step procedure involving phosphate-buffered saline treatment, ammonium sulphate precipitation, DEAE-Cellulose chromatography, and Phenyl-Sepharose HP chromatography, and then, its biochemical characterization was measured. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was increased to 643.4 U/mg, which is a 30.35 times increase in purification, and the recovery rate was 17.9%. L-dopa was used as the substrate, the enzymatic reactions catalyzed by PPO conformed to the Michaelis equation, the maximum reaction velocity was 769.23 U/mL, and the Michaelis constant Km was 0.846 mmol/L. The optimal pH of PPO from Acetes chinensis was 7.5, and the optimal temperature was 35 °C. The metal ions experiment showed that Mn2+ and K+ could enhance the activity of PPO; that Ba2+ and Ca2+ could inhibit the activity of PPO; and that Cu2+ had a double effect on PPO, increasing the PPO activity at low concentrations and inhibiting the PPO activity at high concentrations. The inhibitor experiment showed that the inhibitory effects of EDTA and kojic acid were weak and that ascorbic acid and sodium pyrophosphate had good inhibitory effects. The purification and characterization of Acetes chinensis serve as guidelines for the prediction of enzyme behavior, leading to effective prevention of enzymatic browning during processing. 相似文献

A technique far measuring the thickness of liquid films was developed and successfully tested. The feasibility of this technique was demonstrated in stagnant liquid films as well as in liquid jets. A procedure for in-situ calibration of the thickness probe was developed, allowing the adaptation of the probe to measurements of wavy liquid films. The thickness probe was constructed from a platinum-rhodium wire that was stretched across the film. A constant DC current was supplied through the probe wire, and film thickness was determined from variations in the probe voltage drop resulting from the large differences in the electrical resistances of the wetted and unwetted segments of the wire. Unlike electrical admittance thickness probes, the new probe did not require dissolving an electrolyte in the liquid, making the new probe well suited to studies involving sensible heating of a film of pure dielectric liquid that is in duvet contact with a current-carrying wall. Also presented is a composite probe that facilitated simultaneous measurements of temperature profile across a wavy liquid film and film thickness. Experimental results demonstrate a strong influence of wariness on liquid temperature in a film of deionized water falling freely on the outside wall of a vertical, electrically heated tube for film Reynolds numbers smaller than 10,000. 相似文献

This paper reviews the recent trends on super-patterned vertical alignment (S-PVA) and fringe-field switching (FFS) technologies for liquid crystal display (LCD)-television (TV) applications. For PVA mode, Samsung originally announced S-PVA technology in 2004 to enhance off-axis viewing quality of conventional PVA mode. S-PVA is a new technology which enables screen quality advantages over super-in plane switching (S-IPS) and multi-domain VA (MVA), including high transmittance, >2300:1 contrast ratio, and wide viewing angle with no off-axis image inversion. This paper explores and updates Samsung's latest developments toward its goal of ultimate LCD-TV performance. For FFS mode, the technology appeared in 1998 by HYDIS and now it has been commercialized in all kinds of display applications, implying its technical importance. While there is promising achievement in terms of the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), long-term stability has been considered the main obstacle for their practical application. In this work, the authors demonstrate the small monomer 2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) with unsaturated carboxylic acid ester bond in the antisolvent for perovskite formation to improve the PCE and stability. The results show that DMAEMA is self-polymerized and uniformly distributed in the film, contributing to the improved crystallinity of the perovskites. Equally important, it is found that there are newly established interactions of Pb2+ and DMAEMA, and iodine and ternary amine between DMAEMA and perovskites, which improves the uniformity of the lead (II) iodide vertical distribution along with the films and thus phase stability, as well as largely decreases defects density in the film. Overall, the inverted PSCs with DMAEMA exhibit a open-circuit voltage of 1.10 V, short-circuit current of 23.86 mA cm?2, fill factor of 0.82, and finally PCE reaches 21.52%. Meanwhile, the PSC stability is significantly improved due to the inhibition of the formation of iodine, reduction of the uncoordinated Pb2+, and suppression of phase segregation. 相似文献
