Gear-like array of (H_2O)_(12) as building blocks in one-dimensional supramolecular assembly

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co(Hsae)_2·2H_2O (1,H_2sae=N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol) are reported.X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co(Hsae)_2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster.Acting as building blocks,the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain.Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.     

Indium (III) Tribromide : An Excellent Catalyst for Biginelli Reaction

A highly efficient catalyst indium (III) tribromide is used to synthesize 5-alkoxy- carbonyl-4-hydrocarbyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones by a three-component coupling of β-keto ester, aldehydes and urea through improved Biginelli reaction.     

12-钼磷酸中水的存在状态及其热稳定性的质谱法研究

本文运用程序升温脱水-质谱计检测(TPD MS)和红外光谱测定(IR)法研究了12-钼磷酸(PMA)中水的存在状态及其热稳定性. 解迭了PMA的TPD MS谱, 发现PMA中存在有结合能量各异的7种水峰. 讨论了PMA中各种水的结合强度及其对Keggin结构稳定性的影响。     

飞行时间型质量分析器(TOFMS)的研制及应用

自行研制了电子碰撞离子化的飞行时间型质量分析器（ＴＯＦＭＳ），用于物质的化学分析。用研制的ＴＯＦＭＳ测量了Ａｒ离子化的飞行时间谱和离子的部分电离截面积比与碰撞电子能量的依赖关系，将它与Ｓｔｅｐｓｈａｎ等人的实验结果进行了比较。

Black fungus aerogel (BFA) exhibited interesting double-faced properties. Weexplored the diverse properties of each side of the black fungus in three aspects:water contact angle measurements, liquid selective absorption capacity and air pollutant adsorption abilities.     

First total synthesis of leucamide A

The first total synthesis of marine bioactive cyclic heptapeptide Leucamide A has been accomplished, including a simple method for construction of the 4,2-bisheterocycle tandem pair substructure that employs a DAST-mediated cyclization of beta-hydroxy amide and final HBTU-promoted ring closing.     

溶剂和酰基受体对α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇乙醇的酶促对映体选择性转酯化反应的影响

研究了在有机溶剂中固定化Alcaligenes sp.脂肪酶催化α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇乙酯的对映体选择性转酯化反应，考察了不同性质的溶剂和酰基受体对酶的催化活性和选择性以及对产物稳定性的影响．结果发现在弱极性溶剂如正己烷中酶具有较高的催化活性但产物e．e．％值低，而且容易分解；在四氢呋喃等溶剂中酶催化活性相对低，但产物e．e．％值高，也较为稳定；但反应时间太长，会导致产物分解及纯度下降；不同酰基受体对酶反应无显著影响，甲醇为最佳酰基受体，太多醇会导致反应速率下降；溶剂水含量大于2．0％时对酶活性和产物稳定性产生明显不利影响．在优化条件下，酶反应可得到（S）-α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇产率＞48％，纯度＞99％e．e．     

Theoretical Study of Ethanethiol Adsorption on HZSM-5 Zeolite

The density functional theory and the cluster model methods have been employed to investigate the interactions between ethanethiol and HZSM-5 zeolites. Molecular complexes formed by the adsorption of ethanethiol on silanol H3SiOH with two coordination forms, model Bronsted acid sites of zeolite cluster H3Si(OH)Al(OH)2SiH3 interaction with ethanethiol, aluminum species adsorbed ethanethiol have been comparatively studied. Full optimization and frequency analysis of all cluster models have been carried out using B3LYP hybrid method at 3-21G basis level for hydrogen atoms and 6-31G(d) basis set level for silicon, aluminum, oxygen, carbon, and sulfur atoms. The structures and energy changes of different coordination forms of H3Si(OH)Al(OH)2SiH3-ethanethiol, silanol-ethanethiol and Al(OH)3-ethanethiol have been studied. The calculated results showed the nature of interactions was van der Waals force as exhibited by not much change in geometric structures and properties. The preference order of ethanethiol adsorbed on HZSM-5 zeolite may be residual aluminum species, bridging hydroxyl groups and silanol OH groups from the adsorption heat. The adsorbed models of protonized ethanethiol on bridging hydroxyl OH groups and linear hydrogen bonded ethanethiol on bridging OH groups suggested in literature might not exist as revealed by this theoretical calculation. Possible adsorption models were obtained for the first time.     

Fabrication of a novel Li<Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">x</Emphasis></Subscript>MoO<Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">y</Emphasis></Subscript> film modified electrode and its application as an electrochemical sensor of iodate

A novel organic gel film modified electrode was simply and conveniently fabricated by casting Li_xMoO_y and polypropylene carbonate (PPC) onto the surface of a gold electrode. The cyclic voltammetry and amperometry studies demonstrated that the Li_xMoO_y film modified electrode has a high stability and a good electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodate. In amperometry, a good linear relationship between the steady current and the concentration of iodate was obtained in the range from 3×10^–7 to 1×10^–4 mol L^–1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and a detection limit of 1×10^–7 mol L^–1.     

Dynamic coating of a capillary with room-temperature ionic liquids for the separation of amino acids and acid drugs by capillary electrophoresis

A room-temperature ionic liquid (IL), 1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (1E-3MI-TFB), used for the coating of a silica capillary enables one to reduce or invert the electroosmotic flow (EOF) in capillary zone electrophoresis. Excellent separations of amino acids and ary lalkanoic acids were obtained. Such separations could not be obtained in a naked capillary in the presence of the cationic surfactants cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) or polycationic polymer hexadimethrine bromide (HDB). The results indicate that 1E-3MI-TFB not only modulates the EOF but also acts as a discriminator. Further experiments indicate that the interaction between hydrogen at C-2 carbon of IL and acid drugs plays an important role in the separation. The text was submitted by the authors in English.
