The Dawson-type polyanion [α-Mo(18)O(54)(SO(3))(2)](4-), with two SO(3)(2-) templates embedded inside a polyoxomolybdate(vi) cage, exhibits thermochromism over an exceptionally wide temperature range (~500 K). The temperature dependence of the cluster structure, established from X-ray crystallography, IR and Raman spectroscopy and DFT calculations, is related to a decreasing HOMO-LUMO gap in the near UV with increasing temperature. We postulate this is due to geometrical changes that affect both the occupied and unoccupied frontier molecular orbitals of this cluster anion.  相似文献

In this paper we report that single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) can protect surface adsorbed Rhodamine B (RhB) molecules from permanent photo-oxidation via a reversible reaction. Upon strong light irradiation at 514 nm, the SWNT-adsorbed RhB molecules were switched to a non-fluorescent form, which looked like ordinary bleaching behavior. However, after staying without light for several hours the non-fluorescent dye species turned back to the original fluorescent form. This on/off switching can be considered as a reversible photobleaching process of the dye molecules. Other irreversible photochemical pathways of RhB were strongly prohibited due to the presence of SWNTs, providing the dye molecules with a high resistance against permanent photodegradation. By determining the maximum number of reconvertable RhB molecules per unit length of the nanotubes, we have further proved that this effect only works for the first layer of adsorbed dye molecules on the SWNT surfaces.  相似文献

In this scanning‐tunneling‐microscopy/spectroscopy study (STM/STS), samples of isolated and close‐packed dibenzo[g,p]chrysene (DBC), a nonplanar polyaromatic compound, are used as model systems to demonstrate the effect of intermolecular interactions on the electronic structures. For dropcast films, DBC molecules adopt an edge‐on orientation in a close‐packed structure on graphite. Isolated DBC molecules are prepared on graphite from a DBC‐coated STM tip by a ca. 7 V/10 μs pulse. STS spectra for both isolated‐ and close‐packed DBC molecules exhibit diode‐like IV curves in which the latter shows a turn‐on voltage (0.47 V) smaller than that of the former (0.91 V). The diode‐like behaviors are attributed to the more‐facile tunneling of electrons through the HOMO of DBC than through the LUMO. The reduced turn‐on voltage for the films is ascribed to the diminished HOMO–LUMO gap based on the results of DFT (density functional theory) simulations for the energy‐level couplings of π‐stacked DBC molecules.  相似文献

获取真实准确的蛋白质糖基化信息是全面了解糖基化修饰生物学功能的前提.针对简单蛋白质的糖基化分析通常采用反相高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术在肽的水平上对糖基化信息进行采集和解析.本文以人血清Alpha-1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)酶解液为对象,发展了一套简单有效的蛋白质糖基化分析方法.本方法分为三个步骤,第一步是建立糖肽的理论m/z值表;第二步是获取糖蛋白酶解液的LC-MS谱图,并将每一个色谱峰中所包含糖肽的实际m/z值与理论m/z值进行人工匹配;第三步是对每个色谱峰的糖肽结构归属进行LC-MS/MS验证.采用本方法,我们从AGP酶解液中共鉴定出172条糖肽.与单独采用Survey模式的方法相比,本方法能够显著提高糖肽的覆盖率.  相似文献

We demonstrated ultrafast femtosecond nonlinear optical (NLO) absorption characteristics of bilayered fullerosome vesicle nanostructures derived from molecular self-assembly of amphiphilic oligo(ethylene glycolated) C(60)-(light-harvesting diphenylaminofluorene antenna). Fullerene conjugates were designed to enhance photoresponse in a femtosecond time scale by applying an isomerizable periconjugation linker between the C(60) cage and diphenylaminofluorene antenna subunit in an intramolecular contact distance of only < 3.0 ?. Morphology of C(60)(>DPAF-EG(12)C(1))-based fullerosome nanovesicles in H(2)O was characterized to consist of a bilayered shell with a sphere diameter of 20-70 nm and a chromophore shell-width of 9.0-10 nm, fitting well with a head-to-head packing configuration of the molecular length. At the estimated effective nanovesicle concentration as low as 5.5 × 10(-8) MV (molecular molar concentration of 5.0 × 10(-4) M) in H(2)O, two-photon absorption (2PA) phenomena were found to be the dominating photophysical events showing a large molar concentration-insensitive 2PA cross-section value equivalent to 8500 GM in a form of nanovesicles, on average. The observed NLO characteristics led to a sharp trend of efficient light-transmittance intensity reduction at the input laser intensity above 100 GW/cm(2).  相似文献

The structures of orthorhombic (E)‐4‐(2‐{[amino(iminio)methyl]amino}vinyl)‐3,5‐dichlorophenolate dihydrate, C8H8Cl2N4O·2H2O, (I), triclinic (E)‐4‐(2‐{[amino(iminio)methyl]amino}vinyl)‐3,5‐dichlorophenolate methanol disolvate, C8H8Cl2N4O·2CH4O, (II), and orthorhombic (E)‐amino[(2,6‐dichloro‐4‐hydroxystyryl)amino]methaniminium acetate, C8H9Cl2N4O+·C2H3O2, (III), all crystallize with one formula unit in the asymmetric unit, with the molecule in an E configuration and the phenol H atom transferred to the guanidine N atom. Although the molecules of the title compounds form extended chains via hydrogen bonding in all three forms, owing to the presence of different solvent molecules, those chains are connected differently in the individual forms. In (II), the molecules are all coplanar, while in (I) and (III), adjacent molecules are tilted relative to one another to varying degrees. Also, because of the variation in hydrogen‐bond‐formation ability of the solvents, the hydrogen‐bonding arrangements vary in the three forms.  相似文献

The onset of convection in a horizontal layer of a porous medium saturated with a viscoelastic nanofluid was studied in this article. The modified Darcy model was applied to simulate the momentum equation in porous media. An Oldroyd-B type constitutive equation was used to describe the rheological behavior of viscoelastic nanofluids. The model used for the viscoelastic nanofluid incorporates the effects of Brownian motion and thermophoresis. The onset criterion for stationary and oscillatory convection was analytically derived. The effects of the concentration Rayleigh number, Prandtl number, Lewis number, capacity ratio, relaxation, and retardation parameters on the stability of the system were investigated. Oscillatory instability is possible in both bottom- and top-heavy nanoparticle distributions. Results indicated that there is competition among the processes of thermophoresis, Brownian diffusion, and viscoelasticity that causes the convection to set in through oscillatory rather than stationary modes. Regimes of stationary and oscillatory convection for various parameters were derived and are discussed in detail.  相似文献

研究了一种紧耦合INS/视觉相对位姿测量方法在无人机自主空中加油中的应用。该方法直接将特征点的图像坐标作为滤波器输入,避免了求解复杂的非线性位姿方程,尤其是特征点提取不全时,该方法具有较强的鲁棒性。引入相对惯导误差建立了增广状态模型,根据杆臂效应详细推导了紧、松两种耦合模式的量测方程。采用扩展卡尔曼滤波算法估计误差状态,并校正惯导输出获取精确的相对位姿信息。仿真结果表明,与松耦合模式相比,紧耦合在提高系统实时性的同时可获得更高的测量精度,位置误差小于0.1 m,姿态角误差小于3'。  相似文献
