Magnesium alloys are promising biomaterials as biodegradable implant for orthopedic applications. However, their low corrosion resistance and poor bioactivity have prohibited their implant applications. In order to enhance these two properties, a nano‐grain merwinite coating was prepared on magnesium alloy. Its corrosion and the bioactivity behavior were characterized with electrochemical and immersion tests. The results showed that the nano‐grain merwinite coating can improve both the corrosion resistance and the bioactivity of the magnesium alloy making it an appropriate material for biodegradable bone implants. On a slit tangent bundle endowed with a Riemannian metric of Sasaki–Finsler type, we introduce two vector fields of horizontal Liouville type and prove that these vector fields are Killing if and only if the base Finsler manifold is of positive constant curvature. In the special case of one of them, we show that if it is Killing vector field then the base manifold is Einstein–Finsler manifold.  相似文献

In this paper we consider FRW cosmology in F(R,f){F(R,\phi)} gravity. It is shown that in particular cases the bouncing behavior may appears in the model whereas the equation of state (EoS) parameter may crosses the phantom divider. For the dynamical universe, quantitatively we also find parameters in the model which satisfies two independent tests:the model independent Cosmological Redshift Drift (CRD) test and the type Ia supernova luminosity distances.  相似文献

We classify the almost regular weakly stretch non-Randers-type(α, β)-metrics with vanishing Scurvature. In the class of regular metrics, they reduce to Berwald ones. Here, we demonstrate that when an almost regular weakly stretch non-Randers-type(α, β)-metric with vanishing S-curvature is not Berwaldian, then it is a weakly generalized unicorn. This yields an extension of Zou-Cheng and Chen-Liu's theorems. Finally, we show that any projective non-Randers β-change of a unicorn is a unicorn.  相似文献

Drug-target interaction (DTI) prediction through in vitro methods is expensive and time-consuming. On the other hand, computational methods can save time and money while enhancing drug discovery efficiency. Most of the computational methods frame DTI prediction as a binary classification task. One important challenge is that the number of negative interactions in all DTI-related datasets is far greater than the number of positive interactions, leading to the class imbalance problem. As a result, a classifier is trained biased towards the majority class (negative class), whereas the minority class (interacting pairs) is of interest. This class imbalance problem is not widely taken into account in DTI prediction studies, and the few previous studies considering balancing in DTI do not focus on the imbalance issue itself. Additionally, they do not benefit from deep learning models and experimental validation. In this study, we propose a computational framework along with experimental validations to predict drug-target interaction using an ensemble of deep learning models to address the class imbalance problem in the DTI domain. The objective of this paper is to mitigate the bias in the prediction of DTI by focusing on the impact of balancing and maintaining other involved parameters at a constant value. Our analysis shows that the proposed model outperforms unbalanced models with the same architecture trained on the BindingDB both computationally and experimentally. These findings demonstrate the significance of balancing, which reduces the bias towards the negative class and leads to better performance. It is important to note that leaning on computational results without experimentally validating them and by relying solely on AUROC and AUPRC metrics is not credible, particularly when the testing set remains unbalanced.  相似文献

We study a class of Finsler metrics whose Douglas curvature is constant along any Finslerian geodesics. This class of Finsler metrics is a subclass of the class of generalized Douglas-Weyl metrics and contains the class of Douglas metrics as a special case. We find a condition under which this class of Finsler metrics reduces to the class of Landsberg metrics. Then we show this class of metrics contains the class of R-quadratic metrics.  相似文献
