在回顾青少年科学工作室的发展历史,以及对青少年科学工作室的界定和宗旨进行探讨的基础上,本文以对近百个青少年科学工作室的深入调查为依据,力图全面、客观地描绘出我国校外青少年科学工作室的现状和作用,及其未来的发展方向。     

高灵敏度CMOS光电集成接收机设计

设计了一个由调节型级联跨阻抗放大器(TIA)和双光电二极管(DPD)构成的CMOS光电集成(OEIC)接收机.具体分析了这个光电集成接收机的噪声和灵敏度及其相互关系.接收机中的噪声主要是电路中电阻的热噪声和MOS器件的闪烁噪声.提出了优化接收机灵敏度的方法.通过低成本的CSMC 0.6μm CMOS工艺流片并对芯片进行了测试.从测试眼图可知,该CMOS光电集成接收机可工作在1.25GB/s的传输速率下,灵敏度为-12dBm.     

一种新型毫米波频率调制器研究

本文给出一种新型毫米波频率调制电路，是将腔稳Ｇｕｎｎ振荡器与变容管调制电路通过反馈调节电路耦合起来形成的，在确需调制频偏的情况下，通过调整环路反馈系数可减少小变容客调制电路对Ｇｕｎｎ振荡器中心频率稳定度的影响，Ｇｕｎｎ振荡器中加一高Ｑ稳频腔，从而可以获得较高的频率稳定度。调制器调制灵敏度为３．５ＭＨｚ／Ｖ，调频线性度估于２％，中心频率稳定度６．５ｐｐｍ／℃（－２０－５０℃），输出功率大于１７ｄＢｍ     

Temperature Dependent In-Plane Anisotropic Magnetoresistance in HfTe_5 Thin Layers

We report the observation of in-plane anisotropic magnetoresistance and planar Hall effect in non-magnetic HfTe₅ thin layers.The observed anisotropic magnetoresistance as well as its sign is strongly dependent on the critical resistivity anomaly temperature T_p.Below T_p,the anisotropic magnetoresistance is negative with large negative magnetoresistance.When the in-plane magnetic field is perpendicular to the current,the negative longitudinal magnetoresistance reaches its maximum.The negative longitudinal magnetoresistance effect in HfTe₅ thin layers is dramatically different from that induced by the chiral anomaly as observed in Weyl and Dirac semimetals.One potential underlying origin may be attributed to the reduced spin scattering,which arises from the in-plane magnetic field driven coupling between the top and bottom surface states.Our findings provide valuable insights for the anisotropic magnetoresistance effect in topological electronic systems and the device potential of HfTe5 in spintronics and quantum sensing.     

高速公路下伏多层倾斜采空区危害性评价数值模拟

采空区的危害性评价是矿区高速公路建设技术难题之一。应用二维及三维有限单元法对某高速公路下伏一多层倾斜复杂地质条件老采空区的变形与稳定性进行了数值模拟。模拟计算结果表明,研究区多层倾斜采空区对路基的危害性严重,必须对公路路基影响范围内的采空区部位进行处治。     

一种应用二维梯度容差开关方法的12比特电流型数模转换器

本文提出了一款集成于标准数字CMOS工艺的12比特精度电流型数模转换器。它是基于无校准6+6分段译码型结构设计的。本设计通过将高权重的单位电流管分成16个分布于阵列分离区域的小管,平均化线性梯度误差和平方误差,实现对其有效的抑制。本文还提出了一种新型的静态特性测试方法,芯片的测试结果显示：本转换器的DNL和INL分别为0.42LSB和0.39LSB,在100MHz时钟下达到了12比特分辨率。芯片工作电压为1.8V,其核心面积为0.28平方毫米。     

A 1.1 mW 87 dB dynamic range ΔΣ modulator for audio applications

This paper presents a 1.1 mW 87 dB dynamic range third order AS modulator implemented in 0.18 μm CMOS technology for audio applications.By adopting a feed-forward multi-bit topology,the signal swing at the output of the first integrator can be suppressed.A simple current mirror single stage OTA with 34 dB DC gain working under 1 V power supply is used in the first integrator.The prototype modulator achieves 87 dB DR and 83.8 dB peak SNDR across the bandwidth from 100 Hz to 24 kHz with 3 kHz input signal.
