Syntheses, structures, and reactivities of homometallic rare-earth-metal multimethyl methylidene and oxo complexes

Unsolvated, trinuclear, homometallic, rare-earth-metal multimethyl methylidene complexes [{(NCN)Ln(μ(2)-CH(3))}(3)(μ(3)-CH(3))(μ(3)-CH(2))] (NCN = L = [PhC{NC(6)H(4)(iPr-2,6)(2)}(2)](-); Ln = Sc (2a), Lu (2b)) have been synthesized by treatment of [(L)Ln{CH(2)C(6)H(4)N(CH(3))(2)-o}(2)] (Ln = Sc (1a), Lu (1b)) with two equivalents of AlMe(3) in toluene at ambient temperature in good yields. Treatment of 1 with three equivalents of AlMe(3) gives the heterometallic trinuclear complexes [(L)Ln(AlMe(4))(2)] (Ln = Sc (3a), Lu (3b)) in good yields. Interestingly, 2 can also be generated by recrystallization of 3 in THF/toluene, thereby indicating that the THF molecule can also induce C-H bond activation of 2. Reaction of 2 with one equivalent of ketones affords the trinuclear homometallic oxo-trimethyl complexes [{(L)Ln(μ(2) -CH(3))}(3) (μ(3)-CH(3))(μ(3)-O)] (Ln = Sc(4a), Lu(4b)) in high yields. Complex 4b reacts with one equivalent of cyclohexanone to give the methyl abstraction product [{(L)Lu(μ(2) -CH(3) )}(3) (μ(3) -OC(6)H(9))(μ(3)-O)] (5b), whereas reaction of 4b with acetophenone forms the insertion product [{(L)Lu(μ(2)-CH(3))}(3){μ(3)-OCPh(CH(3))(2)}(μ(3)-O)] (6b). Complex 4a is inert to ketone under the same conditions. All these new complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, NMR spectroscopy, and confirmed by X-ray diffraction determination.

一种基于序贯估计的直达声区水面舰船被动测距方法

该文利用基于射线的盲解卷积方法,从直达声区的水面舰船噪声中提取出船和锚系于海底的垂直接收阵之间的时域信道响应,并利用直达波在不同阵元相对于参考阵元的到达时间差,通过序贯方法,利用射线模型和声速剖面信息,对水面舰船距接收阵的距离进行了估计。通过处理海深约为580 m的2016年美国圣巴巴拉海峡的实验数据,对1.6～3.5 km直达声区范围内Anna Maersk商船与垂直阵之间的距离进行了估计,验证了测距方法的有效性,并将结果与系统测量值和几何方法的估计值进行了比较。由于该方法不需要对海底参数进行估计,所以在海底参数未知时要优于传统匹配场方法;在声速剖面存在跃层且海底为多层分布的复杂信道条件下,该方法仍能对距离进行有效估计,且与测量值的相对误差在6%以内,小于几何方法的估计误差,测距结果精度较高。     

用于双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机

建立了一台基于新研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机的双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像系统,重点介绍所研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机。为了在高时间分辨力的同时扩大时间测量范围,实现大面积两维空间高时间分辨取样测量,从而提高采样速率和更有效地发挥扫描相机的作用,设计和研制了一种大面积、高时间分辨力扫描变像管和一种重复频率高达1MHz的斜坡电压扫描电路。基于上述关键部件所研制的扫描相机具有重复频率高、扫描速度可调、时间分辨力高、工作面积大、非线性低、触发晃动小等优点。用钛宝石飞秒激光器作为激光脉冲源,通过脉冲提取器将76MHz的高重复频率降低为1MHz,采用可调延时器和标准具对扫描相机的时间分辨力、扫描速度和非线性进行标定。该系统的时间分辨力达到6.5ps,非线性为2.60%,可测量的时间范围从十几皮秒到几十纳秒。测量了若丹明6G和香豆素314两种标准荧光染料的荧光寿命,取得了与参考文献一致的实验结果。

Liquid‐Crystalline Mesogens Based on Cyclo[6]aramides: Distinctive Phase Transitions in Response to Macrocyclic Host–Guest Interactions

Producing macrocyclic mesogens that are responsive to guest encapsulation presents a significant challenge. Cyclo[6]aramides, a type of macrocycle with a hydrogen‐bond‐constrained backbone, exhibit thermotropic lamellar, discotic nematic, hexagonal, and rectangular columnar mesophases over a considerably wide temperature range, including at room temperature. Additionally, cyclo[6]aramides show unusual mesophase transitions from lamellar to hexagonal columnar phase mediated by macrocyclic host–guest (H–G) interactions between the macrocycles and alkylammonium salts. The phase transition, triggered by an organic guest engaging in H–G interactions with a macrocyclic cavity, provides a novel strategy for manipulating the properties of liquid‐crystalline materials. The crystal structure of a homologous cyclo[6]aramide reveals a disk‐shaped, near‐planar molecular backbone that facilitates intermolecular π–π stacking and leads to columnar assembly.     

热空穴应力下LDD nMOSFET中GIDL电流退化特性研究*

本文通过GIDL电流参数IDIFF对空穴应力下LDD nMOSFET中的GIDL电流退化进行了深入研究。IDIFF是在相同VDG下漏电压VD=1.4V和栅电压VG=-1.4V两种情形下的GIDL电流之差。空穴陷落在栅漏交叠区的氧化层中导致GIDL电流退化。这些陷落的空穴减小了上述两种对称的测试情形下的横向电场差ΔEX从而使得IDIFF表小。从GIDL电流中提取的IDIFF随着应力时间t的增加而减小。IDIFF的退化量ΔIDIFF,MAX与应力时间成幂指数关系：ΔIDIFF,MAX∝tm, m=0.3. 并用热电子应力实验验证了HHS实验中的相关物理机理。     

光波长计量标准的建立

通过对光波长测量原理及企业实际需求进行分析，建立光波长标准，确定测试项目及方法，并对光波长标准的不确定度进行评定和验证。     

An ab initio study on the vibrational and electronic spectra of the molybdenum–sulfur clusters with Mo2OnS4−n(n=0–4) core

Using the ab initio method, the vibrational and electronic spectra of binuclear molybdenum clusters which contain Mo₂O_nS_4−n(n=0–4) core were investigated. The main absorption bands in the IR spectra of these clusters are assigned and compared with each other, especially for the case of the trans isomers. The electronic spectra were studied by performing the CIS calculations. The ground state and the first excited state of the clusters were discussed by using the natural bond orbital method. It is shown that the band corresponding to the longest wavelength can be assigned to three kinds of transition types. Two transitions, σ(Mo–Mo)→π*(Mo–X_t)(X=S,O) and σ(Mo–Mo)→σ*(Mo–Mo), can be seen in most cases.     

All-optical add-drop node for optical packet-switched networks

We have demonstrated all-optical packet add-drop for all-optical packet-switched networks. Intelligent all-optical add-drop of packets is performed, based on all-optical processing of packet headers. The header and payload rates are 5 and 10 Gbits/s, respectively.
