Nonalkaloid Constituents from Stemona japonica

Five new nonalkaloid constituents, a neolignan, japonin A ( 1 ), a macrocyclic lactone, japonin B ( 2 ), a (phenylethyl)benzoquinone, japonin C ( 3 ), a phenanthraquinone, japonin D ( 4 ), as well as a dihydrostilbene, stilbostemin M ( 5 ), were isolated from the roots of Stemona japonica, together with eight known compounds. Their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses.     

Bis[bis­(methoxy­carbimido)amine‐κ2N,N′]bis­(perchlorato‐κO)copper(II) bis­[bis­(methoxy­carbimido)amine‐κ2N,N′]bis­(methanol‐κO)copper(II) bis­(perchlorate) methanol disolvate

The title compound, [Cu(ClO₄)₂(C₄H₉N₃O₂)₂][Cu(C₄H₉N₃O₂)₂(CH₄O)₂](ClO₄)₂·2CH₃OH, comprises two independent Cu^II species lying on different inversion sites. In the Cu complexes, a distorted octa­hedral geometry arises (from basic square‐planar N₄ coordination) from the weak coordination of two perchlorate ions (as Cu—O) in one species and two methanol mol­ecules in the other (also as Cu—O). Inter­actions between the O atoms of the perchlorate anions or methanol groups and the imide or amine NH groups afford an extensive inter­molecular hydrogen‐bonding network.     

Two salts of 5‐sulfosalicylic acid and 3‐aminopyridine

5‐Sulfosalicylic acid (5‐SSA) and 3‐aminopyridine (3‐APy) crystallize in the same solvent system, resulting in two kinds of 1:1 proton‐transfer organic adduct, namely 3‐aminopyridinium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, C₅H₇N₂⁺·C₇H₅O₆S⁻·H₂O or 3‐APy·5‐SSA·H₂O, (I), and the anhydrous adduct, C₅H₇N₂⁺·C₇H₅O₆S⁻ or 3‐APy·5‐SSA, (II). Both compounds have extensively hydrogen‐bonded three‐dimensional layered polymer structures, with interlayer homo‐ and heterogeneous π–π interactions in (I) and (II), respectively.     

熔融碳酸盐燃料电池阳极材料表面改性

选择铌作为合金化元素，通过氟化物熔盐电化学表面合金化的方法对熔融碳酸盐燃料电池阳极材料镍进行表面改性，改性后的阳极材料的耐蚀性能与电催化性能均得到明显的改善。

1,4-二乙氧基苯的相转移催化合成

采用大孔型交联聚苯乙烯为载体研究制得新型季Lin盐型相转移催化剂Y98B，并将其于1，4－二乙氧基苯的催化合成反应，进行了产品的红外光谱分析和熔点测定，探讨了催化剂用量、对苯二酚与溴乙烷物的质量比、反应温度和反应时间等动力学条件对产品收率的影响。确定了在反应温度为70℃,mol对苯二酚：mol溴乙烷＝1：3．5，反应时间4h，催化剂用量3．0g的条件下产品收率可达84.3%。     

Linear alkyl benzene sulphonate (LAS) degradation by immobilized Pseudomonas aeruginosa under low intensity ultrasound

We studied the LAS degradation of immobilized Pseudomonas aeruginosa with low-intensity ultrasonic and the influence of original LAS concentration, pH, rotary velocity and different conditions of low-intensity ultrasonic irradiation on the degradation of LAS. In our experiment, the degradation rate of LAS was the main index. We found that low-intensity ultrasonic irradiation could improve the metabolism of microorganism cells and promote the LAS biodegradation of immobilized cells. In the experiment, 50 mg/l LAS were used to simulate wastewater, and low-intensity ultrasonic was considered. We found the influence was obvious, and the optimal degradation rate was acquired when the conditions of ultrasonic were frequency 24 kHz, power 8 W, stimulation time 5 s, intermissive time 30 s, and total time 10 min. The LAS degradation rate of immobilized cells with ultrasonic were respectively 40% and 9.5% higher than that of the suspending cells and immobilized cells without irradiation.     

Effect of photothermal therapy on breast tumor vascular contents: noninvasive monitoring by near-infrared spectroscopy

The goal of this study was to investigate the effect of photothermal laser irradiation on rat breast tumor (DMBA-4) vascular contents. An 805-nm diode laser was used in our experiment with a power density ranging from 0.32 to 1.27 W/cm2. The dynamic changes of oxygenated hemoglobin and total hemoglobin concentrations, delta[HbO2] and delta[Hb]total, in rat tumors during photothermal irradiation were noninvasively monitored by a near-infrared spectroscopy system. A multichannel thermal detection system was also used simultaneously to record temperatures at different locations within the tumors. Our experimental results showed that: (1) photoirradiation did have the ability to induce hyperthermic effects inside the rat breast tumors in a single exponential trend; (2) the significant changes (P < 0.005) of delta[HbO2] and delta[Hb]total in response to a low dosage of laser irradiation (0.32 W/cm2) have a single exponential increasing trend, similar to that seen in the tumor interior temperature; and (3) the increase in magnitude of delta[HbO2] is nearly two times greater than that of delta[Hb]total, suggesting that photoirradiation may enhance tumor vascular oxygenation. The last observation may be important to reveal the hidden mechanism of photoirradiation on tumors, leading to improvement of tumor treatment efficiency.     

等压试验中平衡过程的理论研究

本文分析了等压实验中温度因素的影响和各种单独过程的平衡方程,理论研究得到了实验设备中的温度差和测定的平衡浓度误差的关系以及平衡方程,平衡方程也表明了各单独过程的平衡速度大小顺序为气相中的水蒸气扩散过程＜气相中的水蒸气循环流动过程＜试样溶液中热传导过程＜热传导体中的热传导过程和试样溶液中由搅拌产生的热传递过程＜溶质在溶液中的扩散过程＜气液相之间的平衡过程和由压强差产生的气相的水蒸气对流过程.同时,研究表明总的平衡方程可以近似由dln|△me,b/m0|/dt=-k·mb2/(ma·wa)描述.此外研究也表明排除等压实验设备中的空气成分可以有效的加快总的平衡速度.并且实验容器与热传导体之间的接触也非常重要.
