High throughput VLSI DSP using replicated finite rings

This paper discusses strategies for implementing DSP systems using residue replication. The theory, recently introduced by two of the authors, uses formal polynomial ring mappings, from binary representations, to direct product ring implementation of integer processing arrays. The mapping produces completely independent computational arrays each computing over the same ring. This paper describes an architecture and processing array to implement, and take advantage of, the special computational ring structures that result from the mapping. A brief review of the theory and mapping techniques, is followed by the discussion of the architecture and VLSI design of an efficient inner product processing array using Fermat Primes.     

Deep levels,electrical and optical characteristics in SnTe-Doped GaSb Schottky Diodes

The GaSb layers investigated were grown directly on GaAs substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) using SnTe source as the n-type dopant. By using admittance spectroscopy, a dominant deep level with the activation energy of 0.23-0.26 eV was observed and its concentration was affected by the Sb₄/Ga flux ratio in the MBE growth. A lowest deep-level concentration together with a highest mobility was obtained for GaSb grown at 550°C under a Sb₄/Ga beam equivalent pressure (BEP) ratio around 7, which should correspond to the lowest ratio to maintain a Sb-stabilized surface reconstruction. In the Hall measurement, an analysis of the temperature-dependent mobility shows that the ionized impurity concentration increases proportionally with the sample’s donor concentration, suggesting that the ionized impurity was introduced by an SnTe source. In addition, optical properties of an undoped p-, a lightly and heavily SnTe-doped GaSb layers were studied by comparing their photoluminescence spectra at 4.5K.     

Dynamic programming implementation on array processor architectures

Dynamic Programming (DP) applies to many signal and image processing applications including boundary following, the Viterbi algorithm, dynamic time warping, etc. This paper presents an array processor implementation of generic dynamic programming. Our architecture is a SIMD array attached to a host computer. The processing element of the architecture is based on an ASIC design opting for maximum speed-up. By adopting a torus interconnection network, a dual buffer structure, and a multilevel pipeline, the performance of the DP chip is expected to reach the order of several GOPS. Generalized exponents of primitive simple graphs

The exponent of a primitive digraph has been generalized in [2]. In this paper we obtain new parameters on generalized exponent of primitive simple graphs (symmetric primitive (0,1) matrices with zero trace) completely.     

耦合腔行波管慢波结构的工作模式及其特性

耦合腔行波管慢波结构可工作于三种不同模式：正常模、简并模和反向模。应用改进的等效电路法计算了正常模腔通带和槽通带。求得的简并模耦合槽张角与实验值相符。最后讨论了反向模耦合腔行波管诱人的特点。     

红外加热胶接技术

提出了红外加热胶接的思想，并对红外加热胶接技术作了简单阐述。介绍了一种红外加热胶接矿用阻燃、防腐、橡塑风筒布的装置。     

Flow-injection determination of 3-hdroxybutyrate in serum with an immobilized 3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase reactor and chemiluminescence detection

A flow-injection system for the determination of 3-hydroxybutyrate in serum is described. 3-Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase is immobilized on poly(vinyl alcohol) beads and incorporated in a flow-injection system. 1-Methoxy-5-methylphenazinium methylsulphate reacts with enzymatically generated NADH to give H₂O₂, which is detected chemiluminometrically with the reaction of luminol and hexacynoferrate(III). Serum is diluted and filtered through an ultrafiltration membrane. The system responds linearly to injected samples (80 μl) in the concentration range 0.5–300 μM; the detection limit is 0.1 μM. The within-day relative standard deviation (n = 90) for 58 μM 3-hydroxybutyrate in serum is 0.8%. The maximum throughout is 20 samples per hour. The immobilized enzyme is stable for at least 1 month.     

H2S·HOH or H2O·HSH, which is more stable in the water-hydrogen sulfide complex?

High-level ab initio calculations are carried out to study the relative stability of the two hydrogen bonded structures of water-hydrogen sulfide complex, one with water as the proton donor (A) and the other with hydrogen sulfide as the proton donor (B). The results show that structure A is considerably more stable than B at the correlated level, which is in contrast with previous results obtained from Hartree-Fock calculations.     

Si1－xGex/Si量子阱发光材料的分子束外延生长及其结构研究

采用固源Si分子束外延,在较高的生长温度于Si(100)衬底上制备出Si1－xGex/Si量子阱发光材料。发光样品的质量和特性通过卢瑟福背散射、X射线双晶衍射及光致发光评估。背散射实验中观察到应变超晶格的反常沟道效应;X射线分析表明材料的生长是共度的、无应力释放的,结晶完整性好。低温光致发光主要是外延合金量子阱中带边激子的无声发射和横光学声子参与的激子复合。并讨论了生长温度对量于阱发光的影响。     

三维紧束缚电子气的等离激元理论

本文采用紧束缚近似方法计算了三维电子气系统的集体激发行为。在简单立方、体心立方、面心立方三种结构情形下,提出了一种矩阵表述方法,通过引入矩阵密度关联函数,在无规周相近似(RPA)下有效地处理了系统的等离激元问题。 关键词：
