A new rhodamine-derived Schiff base (RS) was synthesized and its sensing property to metal ions was investigated by UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopies. Addition of Hg2+ ions to the aqueous solution of RS gave a visual color change as well as significantly fluorescent enhancement, while other ions including Pb2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Co3+, Ni2+, Ca2+, Mg2+, K+ and Na+ ions did not induce any distinct color/spectral changes, which constituted a Hg2+-selective fluorescent OFF-ON chemosensor. The Hg2+-induced ring-opening of spirolactam of rhodamine in RS resulted in the dual chromo- and fluorogenic observation.  相似文献

The scope of 1,3,5-triazine inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IDA) reactions was expanded to include aminothiophenecarboxylic acids as latent dienophiles. A series of 2-amino-3-thiophenecarboxylic acids (1a-d) and a 3-amino-2-thiophenecarboxylic acid (5) were introduced as productive dienophiles in IDA reactions with various 1,3,5-triazines (2a-e). This method is useful for the one-step synthesis of both thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidines and thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidines, which should complement existing methods.  相似文献

大分子单体通过两种可控聚合方法, 即开环易位聚合(ROMP)和原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)的联用, 合成一种新型两亲性接枝聚合物刷. 具有高环张力的降冰片烯单侧链大分子单体norbornene-graft-poly(ε-caprolactone)/Br (PCL- NBE-Br)首先进行ROMP反应, 生成聚合物主链, 每个单体单元上含有一条PCL链和一个溴官能团; 然后用含溴的ROMP聚合物poly(norbornene)-graft-poly(ε-caprolactone)/Br (PCL-PNBE-Br)作为大分子引发剂引发单体2-(dimethyl- amino)ethyl methacrylate)的ATRP反应, 生成结构明确的高密度两亲性接枝聚合物刷poly(norbornene)-graft-poly(ε- caprolactone)/poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PCL-PNBE-PDMAEMA), 其主链每个单体单元上均含有一条疏水性PCL接枝链和一条亲水性PDMAEMA接枝链. 最后, 研究此类高密度两亲性接枝聚合物刷的自组装行为, 用动态激光光散射(DLS)研究其在混合溶剂(THF/H2O)中的胶束行为, 考察胶束溶液的浓度以及不同长度的亲水性接枝链对胶束尺寸的影响; 利用透射电镜(TEM)观察胶束为球形, 具有类似线团或草莓状的形态.  相似文献

为建立简便、灵敏的测定血清总铁结合力(TIBC)自动化分析法,在表面活性剂存在下,用2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)为显色剂测定血清TIBC。该法线性范围0~180μmol/L,平均回收率为99.71%,批内变异系数(CV)和批间变异系数分别为0.024、0.041,与临床检验操作规程推荐的方法比较具有良好的相关性,线性回归方程和相关系数分别为y=0.994 3x 1.220 6,r=0.996 8。血清TIBC含量测定结果(-x±2s):105例健康男性48.0~76.0μmol/L,98例健康女性血清52.0~76.0μmol/L。可见用5-Br-PADAP三试剂自动化分析法测定血清TIBC方法简便、灵敏可靠,适合临床应用。  相似文献

鱼腥草等七种中草药中铁元素的测定分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在pH为4~6条件下,用盐酸羟胺将三价铁还原为二价铁,二价铁再与邻二氮菲生成桔红色配合物,用分光光度法测定了鱼腥草、石菖蒲、茯苓、葛根、柴胡、甘草、银杏叶七种中草药中的铁含量。测定结果显示,药物中铁含量丰富,其中铁含量由高到低顺序为:石菖蒲,鱼腥草,葛根,柴胡(新疆),茯苓,甘草,银杏叶。测定结果为临床治疗呼吸系统疾病用药提供有用数据,为中草药中铁含量与中药的药效关系研究提供了科学的依据。  相似文献

报道了基于边缘加固的PDMS-玻璃芯片制作新方法。在给定条件下,测得芯片的剪切强度为20.4N/cm2,电渗流为2.9×10-4cm2/Vs(RSD5.6%,n=5),方向指向阴极。研制了一套新型高压非接触式电导(HV-CCD)检测系统,详尽地介绍了检测器的接口和信号屏蔽技术。在优化条件下,30s内实现了对K 、Na 、Li 的分离检测,检出限(3×S/N)分别为2.0μmol/L、3.0μmol/L、5.0μmol/L。  相似文献

To understand the detailed mechanism of a recently reported tandem iminium cyclization and Smiles rearrangement, the reaction processes of a chiral substrate were investigated by monitoring its stereochemical courses. Under the tandem reaction conditions, chiral aldehyde 1 derived from l-prolinol led to two surprising results. First, the iminium cyclization gave a diastereomeric mixture with the cis-configured product as the predominant one. Second, Smiles rearrangement of both cis- and trans-2 led to the same product 3a directly derived from the trans isomer. The former was rationalized by the postulation of a Cram's chelate transition state leading to the cis product as kinetically favored. The latter was due to the equilibration between the trans/cis pair involving a carbocation intermediate and the steric hindrance, which prevented the cis isomer from undergoing the intramolecular nucleophilic substitution. This hypothesis was further supported by the results of a competition experiment in which the addition of 1 equiv of p-methoxyaniline in the rearrangement step led to a significant amount of anilinyl-exchanged rearrangement product.  相似文献

As degradation product of Antineoplaston A10 in vivo, phenylacetyl glutamine showed antitumor activities. According to literatures, we designed and radiosynthesized a phenylacetyl glutamine derivative, which was achieved under a mild reaction condition. Evaluations in vitro and in vivo were performed on tumor bearing mice. Excitingly, the radiochemical purity of (S)-2-((S)-2-(4-(3-fluoropropyl)benzamido)-3-phenylpropanamido)pentanedioic acid ([18F]FBPPA) was 98%, and besides the best radiochemical yield was up to 46%. T/Bl (Tumor/Blood) and T/M (Tumor/Muscle) ratios of [18F]FBPPA at 60 min post injection were 2.33 and 3.51. Meanwhile, it showed satisfied stability in vitro and in vivo, compared with 2-[18F]fluorodeoxyglucose ([18F]FDG). Although [18F]FBPPA deserved further studies to make optimizations on its structure, the results revealed it might become a potential PET imaging agent for detecting tumors.  相似文献

Protein–protein interactions play pivotal roles in life, and the protein interaction affinity confers specific protein interaction events in physiology or pathology. Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) has been widely used in biological and biomedical research to detect molecular interactions in vitro and in vivo. The FRET assay provides very high sensitivity and efficiency. Several attempts have been made to develop the FRET assay into a quantitative measurement for protein–protein interaction affinity in the past. However, the progress has been slow due to complicated procedures or because of challenges in differentiating the FRET signal from other direct emission signals from donor and receptor. This review focuses on recent developments of the quantitative FRET analysis and its application in the determination of protein–protein interaction affinity (KD), either through FRET acceptor emission or donor quenching methods. This paper mainly reviews novel theatrical developments and experimental procedures rather than specific experimental results. The FRET-based approach for protein interaction affinity determination provides several advantages, including high sensitivity, high accuracy, low cost, and high-throughput assay. The FRET-based methodology holds excellent potential for those difficult-to-be expressed proteins and for protein interactions in living cells.  相似文献
