A series of functionalized porphyrin molecules containing electron‐rich alkynes, synthesized by means of the Sonogashira coupling reaction were further modified by reacting the ethynyl groups with click reagent through a formal [2+2] click reaction. The photophysical and electrochemical properties of the porphyrin derivatives were studied by UV/Vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. We show that the optoelectronic properties are affected by the click reagent groups and central metal ions. The functionalized porphyrin molecules show strong charge‐transfer (CT) bands in the visible region (near‐IR region) and potent redox activities. Through a phase‐exchange self‐assembly method, the highly organized morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The functionalized porphyrin molecules represent an interesting set of candidates for optoelectronic device components. The effect of the metal ions or click reagent groups on the self‐assembly properties were also studied by the UV/Vis spectroscopic titration experiments.  相似文献

A new method employing HPLC, LC–MS, and hepatocyte membranes for the screening of bioactive compounds in traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) has been proposed. We hypothesized that exposure of the TCM extracts to hepatocyte membranes should decrease the concentration of membrane‐permeable compounds in the solution. Using this approach, the permeability of the compounds in Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati was investigated. By comparing chromatograms of samples prepared both before and after interaction with hepatocyte membranes, seven permeable compounds of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati were identified. Additionally, it was found that piceid, resveratrol, emodin‐8‐β‐d‐glucoside, physcion‐8‐β‐d‐glucoside, aloe‐emodin, emodin, and physcion combined specifically with hepatocyte membranes, which might indicate a useful approach for revealing the antiatherosclerotic effects of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati. Therefore, the proposed method could be a good approach to predict the potential bioactivities of multiple compounds in TCMs simultaneously. Based on the significance of these results, this method could be a novel approach for identifying potentially bioactive components in other TCMs.  相似文献

HPLC with diode array detection and ESI‐TOF‐MS was used for the study of the constituents in Apocynum venetum L. extracts and the metabolites in rat urine after oral administration of A. venetum L. extracts. A formula database of the known constituents in A. venetum L. was established, and 21 constituents were rapidly identified by accurately matching their molecular masses with the formulae of the compounds in the database. Furthermore, 34 metabolites were detected and elucidated in the rat urine. The scientific and plausible biotransformation pathways of the flavonoid components in A. venetum L. were also proposed together with the presentation of clues for potential mechanisms of bioactivity. This specific and sensitive HPLC–ESI‐TOF‐MS method can be used to identify the chemical components in the extracts of A. venetum L. and their metabolites in rat urine. This method can also be used to reveal the possible metabolic mechanisms of action of the extract components in vivo.  相似文献

SPE using a cross‐linked starch‐based polymer (CSMDI) as an adsorbent for the determination of four nitrophenols at trace levels from aqueous solution was investigated. The CSMDI was synthesized from native starch using 4,4′‐methylenebisphenyldiisocyanate as a cross‐linking agent in dry DMF. Parameters affecting the extraction efficiency including the pH of the water sample, type of eluent and its volume, flow rate, sample volume, and methanol content were investigated and optimized. The optimized results exhibited excellent linear relationships (R2 > 0.995) for all the nitrophenols over the range of 2.0–200 ng/mL, with the RSD values in the range of 2.9–5.7% (n = 5). The LODs ranged from 0.08–0.34 ng/mL (S/N = 3) for the four nitrophenols tested under optimum conditions. The developed method has been successfully applied for the analysis of several real environmental water samples including tap, river, and reservoir water. These results indicated that the CSMDI had a tremendous potential for the enrichment and determination of nitrophenols at trace levels in environmental water samples.  相似文献

将Alq3[tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminium]和Eu(TTA)3phen(TTA=thenoyltrifluoroacetone,phen=1,10-phenanthroline)共掺杂进入主体材料CBP(4,4′-N,N′-dicarbazole-biphenyl)中,我们制作并研究了一系列电致发光器件。经过优化Alq3的掺杂浓度,在不改变色纯度的情况下,器件的效率滚降被大幅降低并获得了近乎加倍的最大亮度。发光层中的Alq3分子不仅促进了电子的注入和传输,还延缓了空穴的传输。借助电致发光光谱,我们证实Alq3分子作为阶梯加速空穴从CBP分子到Eu(TTA)3phen分子的迁移,从而促进了电子和空穴在Eu(TTA)3phen分子上的平衡。因此,我们认为器件的效率滚降受到抑制的原因有两点:一是复合区间的加宽,二是Eu(TTA)3phen分子上空穴和电子的分布更加平衡。  相似文献

在pH 10.0的氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液中半胱氨酸与钴(Ⅱ)或镍(Ⅱ)能生成金属络合物,其吸收峰分别位于284,274nm处;当钴(Ⅱ)的浓度为2×10-4 mol·L-1时,与之反应的半胱氨酸浓度在2.5×10-5~2.0×10-4 mol·L-1范围内与相应的吸光度之间呈线性关系,而当加入镍(Ⅱ)的浓度为1×10-4 mol·L-1时,则与之反应的半胱氨酸浓度在1.0×10-5~2.0×10-4 mol·L-1范围内与其吸光度之间呈线性关系。据此,提出可分别用钴(Ⅱ)或镍(Ⅱ)作为探针,以分光光度法测定半胱氨酸的含量。该方法可用于尿液中半胱氨酸的测定,加标回收率在95.7%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.9%~3.3%之间。  相似文献

水热条件下采用Tb(NO3)3·6(H2O),4-氯苯氧乙酸和1,10-邻菲啰呤作为反应物合成出1个双核铽配合物[Tb2(4-Hcpoa)5(phen)2(NO3)](1)(4-Hcpoa=4-氯苯氧乙酸,phen=1,10-邻菲啰呤),并分别用元素分析、红外光谱、差热分析、X-射线粉末衍射和X-射线单晶衍射等表征了该结构。晶体结构分析结果表明:2个双齿和2个三齿4-氯苯氧乙酸配体将2个铽金属离子连接成二聚体结构。荧光分析表明常温固态下配合物1发射绿色荧光,且在544 nm处的荧光寿命为0.920 ms。以除草剂精喹禾灵为对照品,研究了配体4-氯苯氧乙酸及其配合物1对甘蓝型油菜和钝芒稗的抑制作用。  相似文献

The present study reports a sensitive electro-analytical method for the simultaneous determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers by using a thiadiazole film electrode, which was readily prepared by electropolymerization of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole on a glassy carbon electrode with cyclic voltammetry. The functionalized electrode has a distinguishable and sensitive response to dihydroxybenzene isomers. Under the optimized conditions, the linear stripping peak currents showed good linear relationships with hydroquinone, catechol and resorcinol at concentration ranges 0.50-120, 0.50-110 and 1.00-110 μmol/L, and the detection limits are 0.1, 0.1 and 0.3 μmol/L, respectively. The proposed method is applicable to the simultaneous determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers in real samples with the relative standard deviations of less than 5.7% and the recovery rates of 95.6%-106%. The constructed electrode is characterized by simple preparation, good selectivity, and high sensitivity advantages.  相似文献

A well-ordered and spherical LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode material was successfully synthesized from Ni and Mn concentration-gradient precursors via co-precipitation. The crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, and charge-discharge tests. The material delivered an initial discharge capacity of 174.3 mAh/g at 180 mA/g (1 C rate) between 2.8 and 4.3 V and more than 93.1% of that was retained after 100 cycles. In addition, it also exhibited excellent rate capability, high cut-off voltage and temperature performance.  相似文献

Some novel cycloaddition reactions based on benzyne and olefins have been developed.These reactions were performed in the absence of a transition metal catalyst,and they displayed good yields.These cycloaddition reactions of benzyne with olefins provide effective routes for synthesizing benzocyclobutenes,biaryl compounds and 9,10-dihydrophenanthrene derivatives.  相似文献
