对用于MOCVD法生长铁电氧化物薄膜的金属β－二酮化合物的制备、结构及性质进行了评述，对它们在生长铁电薄膜中的应用现状进行了介绍，并对它们的应用前景作了展望。     

A FUNDAMENTAL SOLUTION FOR THE LAPLACE OPERATOR ON THE QUATERNIONIC HEISENBERG GROUP

In this paper, the author studies the Laplace operator on the quaternionic Heisenberg group, construct a fundamental solution for it and use this solution to prove the Lp-boundedness and the weak (1-1) boundedness of certain singular convolution operators on the quaternionic Heisenberg group.

本文研究半线性椭圆方程Dirichlet问题-△u=α（x）f(u），x∈Ω， u（x）=0，x∈ЭΩ，正解的存在性，其中Ω为R^n中有界的带光滑边界的区域，α(x)可以变号。     

Proton conductivity of phosphoric acid derivative of fullerene

The proton conductive property of methano [60] fullerene diphosphoric acid has been investigated under various humidity conditions at the temperature range between 15 and 45 °C. It shows proton conductivity as high as 10⁻² S cm⁻¹ at 25 °C under relative humidity of 95%. Thermal analyses including TG–DTA and thermal desorption mass spectroscopy (TDS) confirm that the compound is thermally stable up to 200 °C. Proton conduction of the compound depends very much on humidity or water content. The logarithmic conductivity at 25 °C is increased linearly with increasing relative humidity. The activation energy (E_a) estimated from the slope of log(σT) vs. 1/T is decreased from 1.08 to 0.52 eV, as the relative humidity is increased from 40% to 75%. The humidity dependence of conductivity is discussed in the light of the observed hydration isotherm.     

PVK∶DBVP掺杂体系的能量转移及发光性质的研究

研究了不同比例的PVK与齐聚PPV衍生物DBVP掺杂体系的能量转移和发光特性.通过对PVK,DBVP及PVK:DBVP掺杂体系的UV-vis,PL和PLE光谱的研究,分析了PVK与DBVP之间的能量转移过程.利用PVK在体系中类似于溶剂的分散作用,制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT/PVK:DBVP/LiF/Al的电致发光器件,研究了掺杂体系的电致发光性能.结果表明,在掺杂体系的光致发光和电致发光中,PVK的发射被有效地抑制,PVK与DBVP之间发生了非常有效的能量转移,通过调节PVK与DBVP的比例,可以获得蓝色和绿色发光,同时可以改善器件的发光性能,当PVK与DBVP的重量比为1∶2时,器件的绿色发光效率达到1·06cd/A,此时发光亮度为52cd/m2.     

On the interaction impedance of the coupled cavity structure

The formula and program for calculating the total and negative first harmonic interaction impedance from the data of “large perturbation measurement” are given. This program is a part of the programs for CCTWT design.     

Spectral line suppression and sideband narrowing via quantum interference

We reveal that for a realistic system, interference effects are obtained such as the suppression of central line and inner sidebands and the narrowing of the outer fluorescence sidebands. For this purpose, we consider a spontaneous decay from an excited state to a metastable state when the excited and metastable states are resonantly coupled to an auxiliary metastable state by a laser field and a microwave field, respectively. The fluorescence spectrum evolves from a five-peaked structure into a doublet of ultrasharp lines as the ratio of the laser field Rabi frequency to the microwave Rabi frequency is decreased. The physical origin is presented in terms of dressed states.

股指的波动具有持续性、集聚性 ,如何进行判别 ?本文用 Garch模型理论探讨沪深股指的这种条件异方差特征 ,进一步分析波动是否影响股指未来变化 ,以及股市对利好、利空的消息是否存在不对称的反映。同时 ,比较不同类型的股指的共性及差异 ,并对上述现象作了解释和说明。     

Multiuser detection for DS-CDMA UWB in the home environment

We demonstrate the effectiveness of multiuser detection for an ultra-wideband (UWB) pulse based direct sequence spread spectrum system using code division multiple access. Extensive simulations were run using channel soundings of the 2-8 GHz band collected in a residential setting and characterized by a high level of multipath fragmentation. We show that the adaptive minimum mean square error (MMSE) multiuser detection (MUD) receivers are able to gather multipath energy and reject intersymbol and interchip interference for these channels to a much greater extent than RAKE receivers with 4 and 8 arms. We also demonstrate the adaptive MMSE is able to reject a narrowband IEEE 802.11a OFDM interferer, even for signal-to-interference ratio as severe as -30 dB. We show the adaptive MMSE exhibits only a 6 dB penalty relative to the single user case for the heavy multi-access interference (number of asynchronous users equal to spreading code length). The practical RAKE receivers were incapable of effectively rejecting either the strong narrowband interference or the heavily loaded wideband interference. Even more moderate levels of interference caused significant degradation in the performance of the practical RAKE receivers.
