The first Dy(III) tetraphenylimidodiphosphinate complex Dy(Tpip)3 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The aryl-functionalised imidodiphosphinate ligand (Tpip) provides a bidentate anionic site that leads to a hexa-coordinate dysprosium complex [Dy(Tpip)3]. The X-ray single-crystal structural analysis indicates that the structure crystallizes to a trigonal system with a space group $P\bar 3$ a = 23.4638(17), c = 21.3207(18) Å, and Z = 6. It shows excellent thermal stability with no obvious weight loss below 400°C. The luminescence experiment shows that the complex exhibits the typical luminescence of Dy3+ ion in the visible region. The photo stability of Dy(Tpip)3 is very good and the emission intensity remains above 94% as it of before excited upon excitation for 3600 s.  相似文献

建立了五灵脂中原儿茶酸含量的测定方法。利用加速溶剂萃取仪(ASE),以75%乙醇水溶液提取样品中的待测物,用Diamosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)色谱柱在梯度洗脱条件下分离待测物,外标法定量。原儿茶酸的线性范围为0.1~10.0 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9998。方法的回收率为83%~107%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.6%~10.5%,方法的定量限为1.0 mg/kg。该方法操作简便、快速,提取效率高,适用于检测和分析五灵脂中原儿茶酸的含量。  相似文献

Two new neolignans, syripinnalignins A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the stem of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl . var. alashanensis. High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was applied to the semipreparative separation and purification of puerarin and related isoflavones from a crude extract of Pueraria lobata. Analytical HSCCC was used for the preliminary selection of a suitable solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-n-butanol-water (2:1:3, v/v/v). Using the above solvent system the preparative HSCCC was successfully performed yielding six relatively pure isoflavones including puerarin from 80 mg of the crude extract in one-step separation.  相似文献

Cyperus rotundus L. has been extensively used in ancient medication for the treatment of different disorders worldwide, in which sesquiterpenes are the most representative components. In this study, sesquiterpenes were effectively purified by two-dimensional counter-current chromatography in combination with continuous injection and inner-recycling mode with a solvent system of n-hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water (1:0.2:1:0.2, v/v/v/v). For one-dimension separation, continuous injection mode was used with three times injection and the inner-recycling mode was adopted for the separation of two mixtures for two-dimensional separation. Finally, four sesquiterpenoids, including scariodione ( 1 ), cyperenoic acid ( 2 ), scariodione ( 3 ), and α-cyperone ( 4 ), were obtained with purities over 98%. Mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance were applied to identify their structures. The results from the anti-inflammation effect with zebrafish demonstrated that cyperenoic acid exhibited stronger anti-inflammation activity. Molecular docking results suggested that cyperenoic acid possessed lower binding energies –9.4545 kcal/mol with 1CX2 to form formed hydrogen bond interaction with ARG120. In general, all the obtained findings proved that the strong anti-inflammation capacity of cyperenoic acid can have the potential of being adopted for treating diseases resulting from inflammation.  相似文献

Herein, a novel L-arginine (L-Arg)-modified polydopamine (PDA)-coated capillary (PDA/L-Arg@capillary) was firstly fabricated via the basic amino-acid-induced PDA co-deposition strategy and employed to constitute a new chiral ligand exchange capillary electrochromatography (CLE-CEC) method for the high-performance enantioseparation of D,L-amino acids (D,L-AAs) with L-Arg as the immobilized chiral ligand coordinating with the central metal ion Zn(II) as running buffer. Assisted by hydrothermal treatment, the robust immobilization of L-Arg on the capillary inner wall could be facilely achieved within 1 h, prominently improving the synthesis efficiency and simplifying the preparation procedure. The successful preparation of PDA/L-Arg coatings in the capillary was systematically characterized and confirmed using several methods. In comparison with bare and PDA-functionalized capillaries, the enantioseparation capability of the presented CLE-CEC system was significantly enhanced. Eight D,L-AAs were completely separated and three pairs were partially separated under the optimal conditions. The prepared PDA/L-Arg@capillary showed good repeatability and stability. The potential mechanism of the greatly enhanced enantioseparation performance obtained by PDA/L-Arg@capillary was also explored. Moreover, the proposed method was further utilized for studying the enzyme kinetics of L-glutamic dehydrogenase, exhibiting its promising prospects in enzyme assays and other related applications.  相似文献

A rosin-based ester tertiary amine salt (RETAS) cationic surfactant was obtained using natural rosin as raw material. GC-MS of RETAS was detailed analyzed. The pH-responsive mechanism of rosin-based ester tertiary amine (RETA) and RETAS was confirmed by applying theoretical calculations about electrostatic potential maps of RETA and RETAS cation using Gaussian software. Mixed system surfactants were obtained by blending RETAS cationic surfactant with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) anionic surfactant. The binary mixed surfactant systems of RETAS and SDBS had obvious synergistic effect. The γcmc and CMC were 39.40?mN/m and 0.56?mmol/L at the optimum molar fraction of RETAS (α)?=?0.6, respectively. The stability time of emulsion with the optimum mixed system as emulsifier increased to 309?s at α?=?0.6. The emulsifying capacity of RETAS was much better than that of RETA. RETAS had pH-responsive targeted release and the optimum mixed system showed a relatively sustained drug release by using doxorubicin (DOX) as a model drug. These results indicate that RETAS surfactant and mixed system surfactant are both promising for applications in drug delivery and emulsification.  相似文献

A Cu‐catalyzed aerobic oxidative reaction between sulfonyl hydrazides and alcohols has been developed. In this reaction, sulfonyl hydrazides act as the sulfinic acid precursors to react with alcohols, resulting in sulfinic esters with up to 72 % yield. This catalytic system tolerates a wide range of sulfonyl hydrazide substrates, and represents a new strategy for the transformation of readily available sulfonyl hydrazides.  相似文献

The effects of microstructure on diffusion behaviors of Ni in Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8 alloy were investigated by transmission electron microscope and secondary ion mass spectrum. The temperature dependence of Ni diffusivities in Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8 alloy with different states (metallic glass, nanocrystals and coarse crystals) has been measured in the temperature range of 693–723 K. The results show that diffusion behavior is microstructure dependence, and the relations between the microstructure and diffusion are discussed. The activity energy of the grain boundary diffusion in nanocrystals calculated by the Suzuoka solution is about 1.433 eV/atom. It is equivalent with that of metallic glass, which is attributed to the similar microstructure between the two. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
