绿色荧光粉YAGG∶Tb,Gd用于FED的尝试

FED器件的发展迫切需要具有化学和热稳定性 ,高亮度 ,长寿命的新型荧光材料。本文合成了Gd3 +离子共掺杂的YAGG∶Tb获得了YAGG∶Tb ,Gd ,并将其用于 0～ 30 0 0V低压范围 ,对其在不同电压和电流密度下的发光特性进行了测试。结果表明 ,该种材料特性优于ZnO∶Zn并且不存在电压与电流饱和     

闭排队网络中性能势与无穷小实现因子之间的关系

In this paper,the concept of the infinitesimal realization factor is extended to the parameter-dependent performance functions in closed queueing networks. Then the concepts of realization matrix (its elements are called realization factors) and performance potential are introduced,and the relations between infinitesimal realization factors and these two quantities are discussed. This provides a united framework for both IPA and non IPA approaches. Finally,another physical meaning of the service rate is given.     

水稻花后衰退珠心和胚乳发育初期Ca2+的超微细胞化学定位

应用焦锑酸盐沉淀技术对水稻花后衰退珠心和胚乳发育初期进行了Ca^2 的超微细胞化学定位。结果显示在初始衰退的珠心细胞中Ca^2 主要分布于液泡膜上和核内；在衰退中期的珠心细胞中，Ca^ 主要分布在核膜、液泡膜及质膜上；在严重衰退的珠心细胞，Ca^2 仅存在于液泡中。珠心降解的Ca^2 跨过胚囊壁，通过质外体向胚乳内运输；发育初期的胚乳细胞，Ca^2 主要位于胞间隙，线粒体和液泡中也有少量分布。讨论了Ca^2 与珠心PCD的关系。     

设计IIR数字滤波器的遗传优化算法

提出了ＩＩＲ数字滤波器设计的遗传优化法。这是一种模拟自然遗传和达尔文进化理论的随机并行优化算法。首先，详细描述了遗传算法并给出了计算步骤，然后将遗传算法用于ＩＩＲ数字滤波器的优化设计，最后给出了模拟计算结果。     

流延法制作AlN陶瓷基片工艺

研究出一种用流延法制作ＡＩＮ陶瓷基片的工艺。制备出性能优良的ＡＩＮ基片。经１６５０℃，保温２ｈ无压烧结制得的基片，其热导率达１３０Ｗ／（ｍ·Ｋ）、密度为３．３４ｇ／ｃｍ￣３，表面光滑平整，瓷体结构均匀，性能达到用干压法制备的同类基片的性能。     

旋波媒质基本参数的一种测试方法

本文提出了直接利用旋波材料板的Ｓ参数获得其基本参数的方法。通过自由空间测量旋波材料板的反射场和透射场，可以反演得到媒质的复介电常数、复磁导率、旋波量以及透射场的轴比和旋转角，测试程序简单，结果精度高。     

铜蒸汽激光器双闸流管触发系统的研究

研制成用于钢蒸汽激光器的双间流管触发系统。用两个闸流管并联进行交替触发，总输入电功率达7．8kW。低功率运行时，激光器的效率为0．6％与单间流管激光器的效率一致。     

Analysis of the Coaxial Ridge-Loaded Helical Groove Waveguide

The coaxial ridge-loaded helical groove waveguide is proposed in this paper. As an all-metal slow-wave circuit, it has advantages of good heat dissipation and great size, and thus is suitable for use of millimeter TWT. By means of field theory, the expressions of the dispersion equation and the coupling impedance of the coaxial ridge-loaded helical groove waveguide are obtained. The influence of various circuit dimensions on the dispersion relation and the coupling impedance is investigated by the results of numerical computation.     

Analysis of dispersion characteristics of groove guides with mode-matching method

Groove guide is widely recognized as one of the most promising millimeter wave transmission structures. In this paper, the mode-matching method is used to analyse the dispersion characteristics of single and asymmetrical double groove guides, and the unified formulae of Nth-order approximation dispersion equations are presented. Based on this analysis, a general program for calculating the dispersion characteristrics of single and asymmetrical double groove guides has been completed. Some comparisons between the results obtained by present method and published data show that very good agreement has been seen. The effectiveness and the reliability of the given formulae and program are thus verified.     

特种人造纤维微观结构的扫描电镜观察和研究

本文以吸湿睛纶、双层纤维，中空纤维，酚醛纤维和阻燃纤维等特种人造纤维为研究对象，用扫描电子显微镜观察和研究了它们各自的微观形态，结构特点和性能。提出了一些认识，以便为纺织业和印染业的生产工艺提供可靠的科学依据。
