在P2P应用中,通过Kademlia搜索资源往往需要比web搜索耗费更长时间。为了解决该问题,提出了采用退出时主动通知附近节点与共享搜索中发现的失效节点的方法,通过确定查找平均跳数,来确定通知节点范围。这种方法能够及时更新路由表,减少对失效节点的访问,从而缩短搜索时间。经软件仿真可知,改进后的方案在不明显提高网络带宽占用率的前提下,提高了网络搜索的性能。 相似文献

利用100 MeV/u C离子束对高产酒精酵母菌株进行了辐照诱变的研究。 采用红四氮唑作为筛选指示剂, 得到了5株产酒能力有所提高的突变酵母菌。 利用甜高粱汁的发酵结果表明, T4突变菌株的产酒精能力比原始出发菌株提高了18.6%, 且发酵液中的残糖含量也有所降低。 随后对T4菌株在甜高粱汁中的最适宜发酵条件做了初步探索, 结果表明: 最适发酵温度和pH值分别为30 ℃和4.5。 通过10 l发酵罐的验证试验表明: 在同样发酵条件下, T4菌株的发酵率和产酒精能力都比原始出发菌株提高了12%。 Five mutants with high ability of producing alcohol were selected out by using TTC as an indicator after irradiation of the alcohol yeast with 100 MeV/u carbon ions. The fermentation experiment in sweet sorghum juice showed that the alcohol production ability of mutant T4 strain increased 18.6% compared to the control strain. The residual sugar content in the juice was decreased too. After that, the optimum fermentation conditions of the T4 strain in sweet sorghum juice were investigated. The results showed that the optimum temperature and pH value for fermentation were 30 ℃ and 4.5, respectively. The verification experiment was fermented in a 10 l bio reactor and the obtained data indicated that the fermentative rate and the ability of producing alcohol in T4 strain was higher than that in the control strain under the same fermentation condition. 相似文献

To perform a kinematically complete measurement of the dissociation reaction for neutron-rich nuclei, a multi-neutron correlation spectrometer is proposed at Peking University.A Monte Carlo simulation code based on GEANT4 is developed for a single scintillation bar which processes not only the energy deposition but also the light propagation in the scintillator and the light collection and conversion to signal at the end of the bar in a realistic way. The simulating method is described in detail in this paper, and the timing and position resolutions and detector efficiency are studied based on the simulation and compared with the experimental results.A new method of crosstalk rejection has been demonstrated to be important for the design of the whole spectrometer. 相似文献

Coloured conical emission (CCE) is investigated experimentally in a β-barium borate crystal excited by intense second harmonic femtosecond pulses. Contrary sequences of green and red conical emission with variable diameters are observed at different incidence angles, which is consistent with the calculation results based on the phase matching condition. As its broad range spectrum, CCE offers an alternative means to produce an ultrafast broadband light source. It is found that the spectrum of green CE shifts toward longer wavelengths as the length of BBO crystal increased. 相似文献

We report the stimulated emission from a dye doped polymer plane waveguide with TiO2 particles. This waveguide consists of a poly (methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) film containing laser dye DCM as a gain medium. The emission spectrum of the film pumped by the Nd:YAG laser is different from the amplified spontaneous emission of the dye-doped film without particles. It is shown that when the excitation intensity reaches the threshold 9.6 μJ, the broad band emission spectrum narrows into multiple separate peaks with central wavelength of 608 nm. The linewidth of the sharp peak is 0.5 nm. According to our analyses, this phenomenon is due to the multiscattering of the disordered TiO2 particles inside the gain polymer film. 相似文献

The multiple-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method (MRT-LBM) is implemented to numerically simulate the cross flow over a longitudinal vibrating circular cylinder. This research is carried out on a three-dimensional (3D) finite cantilevered cylinder to investigate the effect of forced vibration on the wake characteristics and the 3D effect of a cantilevered cylinder. To meet the accuracy of this method, the present calculation is carried out at a low Reynolds number Re =100, as well as to make the vibration obvious, we make the vibration strong enough. The calculation results indicate that the vibration has significant influence on the wake characteristics. When the vibrating is big enough, our early works show that the 2D vortex shedding would be locked up by vibration. Contrarily, this phenomenon would not appear in the present 3D case because of the end effect of the cantilevered cylinder. 相似文献
