试论电信企业激励机制的改革与创新

本文分析了电信企业面临的社会经济新形势，揭示了在计划经济条件下电信企业内部激励机制存在的弊端，论述了电信企业进行激励机制改革与创新的必要性和必然性，提出了电信企业在生存和发展中改革与创新激励机制的指导思想及原则，提出了如何建立一套科学、合理的激励机制，以便更有效地发挥员工的积极性、主动性和创造性，最大程度地提高激励的效用。     

Crystallographic report: Bis{[diacetyl‐bis(2,6‐isopropylphenylimine)]nickel(I)(µ‐chloro)}

The first α‐diimine nickel(I) complex having a chloro bridge is reported. The centrosymmetric dinuclear structure of {[ArN?C(Me)C(Me)?NAr]NiCl}₂[Ar?2,6?C₆H₃(i‐Pr)₂] features two chelating α‐diimine ligands and two bridged chlorine atoms, so that a distorted tetrahedral N₂Cl₂ coordination geometry for nickel results. 安培(1775-1836)，法国物理学家，对数学和化学也有贡献．1775年1月22日生于里昂一个富商家庭．少年时就显出数学才能．他的父亲信奉卢梭的教育思想，供给他大量图书，令其走自学道路，于是他博览群书，吸取营养．卢梭关于植物学的著作燃起他对科学的热情，1802年他在布尔让——布雷斯中央学校任物理学和化学教授；1814年被选为帝国学院教学部成员；1819年主持巴黎大学哲学讲座；1824年担任法兰西学院实验物理学教授．1836年6月10日在巡视法国各大学途经马赛时逝世．终年61岁．     

模糊关系矩阵传递闭包的Warshall算法

通过对照关系的传递闭包和模糊关系的传递闭包，把求关系矩阵的传递闭包的算法完整地推广到模糊关系矩阵上。     

基于USB的155 Mb/s码型发生器的研制

介绍了一种带USB接口的光的155Mb／s码型发生器。伪随机码和其他格式的码型由PC产生通过USB接口进入双口RAM，再经串并变换后由光发射模块发射。该系统可方便地设定各种格式的码型，并同时具备光接口和电接口，可广泛应用于光通信各种实验中，具有重要的实用价值。     

Controlled Synthesis of Ag2S,Ag2Se,and Ag Nanofibers by Using a General Sacrificial Template and Their Application in Electronic Device Fabrication

Nanofiber bundles of Ag₂S, Ag₂Se, and Ag have been successfully synthesized by making use of Ag₂C₂O₄ template nanofiber bundles, utilizing both anion‐exchange and redox reactions. The obtained bundles were polycrystalline nanofibers composed of nanoparticles in which the precursor morphology was well‐preserved, indicating that Ag₂C₂O₄ nanofiber bundles acted as a general sacrificial template for the synthesis of silver‐based semiconductor and metal nanofibers. Dispersing media and transforming reactants were found to be key factors influencing the chemical transformation in the system. In particular, separate single‐crystalline Ag nanofibers were obtained via a nontemplate route when ascorbic acid was used as a relatively weak reductant. An electrical transfer and switching device was built with the obtained Ag₂S and Ag nanofiber bundles, utilizing the unique ion‐conductor nature of Ag₂S and revealing their potential applications in electronics.     

Structural hierarchy of rock masses and the mechanisms of its formation

The formation mechanisms for the structural hierarchy in geological media are discussed. It is shown that the formation of such a hierarchy is caused by certain external and internal circumstances. The first ones consist in the fact that, because of external actions, the Earth’s poles continuously execute the translational and rotational motions responsible for a regular structure of rock fracture and for the appearance of the scale factor √2. The second ones consist in the fact that, under the action of many random factors and because of external actions, during the formation of geological media there appear dissipative structures and, hence, some self-similar fractal structures are formed.     

基于进化人工神经网络的组合系统滤波技术

在组合系统运用Kalman滤波器技术时,准确的系统模型和可靠的观测数据是保证其性能的重要因素,否则将大大降低Kalman滤波器的估计精度,甚至导致滤波器发散.为解决上述Kalman应用中的实际问题,提出了一种新颖的基于进化人工神经网络技术的自适应Kalman滤波器.仿真试验表明该算法可以在系统模型不准确时、甚至外部观测数据短暂中断时,仍能保证Kalman滤波器的性能.
