On the pitch of dialogue in Chinese Putonghua

In order to improve the naturalness of TTS speech so as to represent the cadence of natural speech, it is necessary to have a study on the pitch of spontaneous speech. Based on the 973 telephone corpus, the pitch ranges and pitch registers of 1084 intonation phrases are analyzed. It is found that intonation phrases can be classified according to their ranges and registers, and this is related to their positions in dialogue exchange. Compared with read speech, the pitch patterns in dialogue are more variable.

Influence of Selective Edge Removal and Refractory Period in a Self-Organized Critical Neuron Model

A simple model for a set of integrate-and-fire neurons based on the weighted network is introduced. By considering the neurobiological phenomenon in brain development and the difference of the synaptic strength, we construct weighted networks develop with link additions and followed by selective edge removal. The network exhibits the small-world and scale-free properties with high network efficiency. The model displays an avalanche activity on a power-law distribution. We investigate the effect of selective edge removal and the neuron refractory period on the self-organized criticality of the system.     

110警车配置及巡逻方案

针对110警车调度问题,引入了图论中的最短路算法以及计算几何的相关理论,建立了车辆调配模型、巡逻路线模型以及基于模糊数学的评价指标模型.另外,用C++编写了一个可视化的软件,不仅实现了手动描点,自动求出覆盖线段集合的功能,同时利用计算机模拟警车的巡逻路线,最后通过计算机检验得到结果,其合理性和实用性都令人满意.针对问题一,通过人机结合,配置17辆警车就能实现D1的目标,很好地兼顾了警车巡逻的运行成本,减少公安部门车辆和人员等的投入.针对问题二,采用模糊数学相关理论使评价指标实现了从定性到定量的转变.针对问题三和六,在D1的基础上,兼顾了巡逻效果的显著性,采用最少被巡逻道路优先的贪心算法建立了动态巡逻模型,得到了合理的巡逻方案.在此方案中,我们动用了30辆警车完成了问题一的目标.另外还额外考虑了案发事件概率不均匀分布的情况,建立了改进模型.针对问题四,在完成问题三指标的基础上,为了尽可能提高巡逻车辆的隐蔽性和增强巡逻效果,采用轮盘赌算法来引入随机性.针对问题五,采用最远距离道路优先贪心策略,使模型尽可能满足条件D1,D2.针对问题七,提出了一些额外因素及其解决方案,进一步完善了模型,使模型更贴近现实.     

Purification and Characterization of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase MEG1 and Preparation of Anti-PTPMEG1 Antibody

<正>PTPMEG1 is an intracellular protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP),which contains FERM and PDZ domains. This study focuses our attention on the expression,purification and characterization of catalytic domain of PTPMEG1(△MEG1) and preparation of its polyclonal antibody.A cDNA fragment encoding△MEG1 protein(amino acid residues 643—926) was amplified by PCR and then cloned into the pT7-7 vector.Both soluble and insoluble recombinant△MEG1 proteins were observed after induction by IPTG.Soluble△MEG1 was purified via two chromatographic steps,and the purified enzyme was characterized.With para-nitrophenylphosphate(pNPP) as a substrate,△MEG1 exhibited typical enzymatic characteristics of classic PTPs and classical Michaelis-Menten kinetics.Insoluble△MEG1,which was mainly distributed in the inclusion body of E.coli cells extracts,was purified by preparative electrophoresis gel for the preparation of the polyclonal antibody.A rabbit was immunized with△MEG1 purified by preparative electrophoresis to generate anti-△MEG1 antibody.Anti-serum was collected on 28th day after initial injection and purified via affinity chromatography.The purified polyconal antibody displayed a satisfactory titer and sensitivity.     

Bovine Serum Albumin Loaded Solid Lipid Nanoparticles Prepared by Double Emulsion Method

Solid lipid nanoparticles loaded with bovine serum albumin(BSA) were prepared by a double emulsion method. As the mass fraction of the model drug BSA increased from 0 to 15%, the particle size gradually increased. The physical stability of the nanoparticles was investigated by zeta potential measurement and they were shown to be quite stable. Studies of synthesizing behaviors and superconductivity of sol-gel YBa2Cu3O7-x samples in flowing oxygen atmosphere

Systematic studies of synthesizing behaviors of sol-gel YBa₂Cu₃O_7−x samples in flowing oxygen atmosphere and their superconductivity have been performed. A set of high temperature ρ-T curves has been obtained for the whole synthesizing process. After four rounds of synthesizing, the resistivity of the sample was around ρ=1.00×10⁻³Ω · cm at room temperature. The ρ-T curve of the fourth round shows that the orthorhombic to tetragonal phase transformation of the sample occurs around 600 °C, which is lower than that of the YBa₂Cu₃O_7−x sample prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. Other measurements, such as X-ray diffraction, SEM measurement and low temperature R-T and M-T measurement, were also performed. And the R-T and M-T measurement results suggest that during the synthesizing process, there exist some state at which the sample has better superconductivity than the other states. Moreover, we found screw dislocations presenting on the sample broken surface from the SEM images. This will change the concept that the screw dislocations can only grow on the surface of the YBCO thin films and single crystals.
