Phenolic compounds from Anaphalis aureo-punctata

From the ethanolic extract of the whole plant of Anaphalis aureo-punctata, a new acylated flavonoid glycoside 3-O-kaempferol-3-O-acetyl-6-O-(p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and five known phenolic compounds 3-O-kaempferol-6- O- ( p-coumaroyl )-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ), kaempferol-3- O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3,6-(4′-hydroxystyryl)-4-methoxy-2-pyrone (4), 2H-pyran-2-one, 6-[ 2-( 4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy ) phenyl ) ethenyl ]-4-methoxy-( E ) (5) and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic hexacosyl ester (6) were isolated. Their structures were established by spectral methods (UV, IR, MS, 1D, 2D-NMR). The flavonoid glycosides, 1, 2 and 3 showed markedly inhibited oxidative DNA strand breaks induced by Fenton reaction and NADH/PMS in a concentration-dependent manner.     

STUDIES ON POLYVINYL ALCOHOL CARRIERS Ⅲ. ACTIVE AMIDES AND ESTERS DERIVED FROM POLYVINYL ALCOHOL AND THEIR APPLICATION IN AFFINITY CHROMATOGRAPHY

Polyvinyl alcohol carriers bearing active amide and active ester groups were prepared by acetaliza-tion of granular macro-reticular water-insolub1e PVA with glyoxylic acid or p-formylbenzoic acidand further activation reaction with benzotriazole or N-hydroxysuccinimide using DCCI as con-densation agent. The active amides or active esters obtained were easy to react with amines suchas n-butylamine or proteins under mild condition. Ovomucoid, an inhibitor of trypsin was immo-bilized on the above-obtained reactive PVA carrier to give effective affinity adsorbent for the separa-tion or purification of trypsin.     

CdSe纳米线阵列的制备及其表征(英)

通过在含有SeSO₃^2-和Cd²⁺的室温水溶液中，用模板-电沉积法在纳米孔阵列阳极氧化铝膜(AAM)模板中制备了高有序性的CdSe纳米线阵列，并对其形貌、结构和组分进行了表征。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果表明，纳米线阵列中的CdSe纳米线具有相同的长度和直径，分别对应于使用的AAM模板的厚度和孔径；X-射线衍射(XRD)和X-射线能谱(EDAX)结果表明，CdSe纳米线中Cd和Se的化学组成非常接近于1∶1，其结构为立方CdSe。另外，对模板-电沉积法制备CdSe纳米线的机理进行了讨论。     

A New Asterosaponin from the Starfish Culcita novaeguineae

A new asterosaponin named novaeguinoside A, along with a known saponin, asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate, was isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae. The new compound was identitied to be sodium 6α-O-{β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl}-5α-pregn-9(11)-en-20-one-3β-yl-sulfate by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidence.     

具有生物活性的N-(1-二茂铁亚乙基氨基)-N''-β-D-吡喃糖基硫脲的合成与表征

Several novel N′-[（1-ferrocenylethylidene）amino]-N′-β-D-glycopyranosylthioureas have been efficiently synthesized via a six-step procedure, utilizing three monosaccharides （D-glucose, D-galactose and D-xylose） as starting materials, respectively. They have been preliminarily determined to display biological activity against certain fungi. The target compounds have been unambiguously characterized by spectroscopic method and elemental analysis. An initially alternative synthetic route, which was seemingly reasonable, has been excluded due to its inefficiency.     

哌嗪取代卟啉的合成、表征及其抗癌活性

设计并合成了6个具有抗癌活性的哌嗪取代卟啉化合物,分别为5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(TEPPH2,8a),5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-丁基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(TBPPH2,8b),5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-庚基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(THPPH2,8c),5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-苯基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(TPhPPH2,8d),5-[4-(4'-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉(EPTPPH2,8e)和5-[4-(4'-丁基哌嗪基)苯基]-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉(BPTPPH2,8f).这些卟啉化合物都由取代苯甲醛与吡咯缩合而成,每一个卟啉分子中含有一个或四个具有抗癌活性的取代哌嗪结构,结构经元素分析,MS,1H NMR,IR和UV-vis等表征.初步的生物活性研究表明,这些化合物具有一定的抗癌活性,因而在医学上可能具有潜在应用前景.     

脂肪酶催化水解反应纯化α-生育酚琥珀酸酯

α-生育酚琥珀酸酯（α-tocopherol succinate）是天然维生素E的衍生物，它是由琥珀酸与α-生育酚的β-色酮环的6位羟基成酯而形成的化合物（图1），由于丧失了自由的羟基而不具有维生素E的抗氧化活性，在空气中较为稳定，因其可保护α-生育酚的6位羟基，使α-生育酚在储存和运输中稳定性增加，而广泛用于α-生育酚的运输和储存。     

杂多阴离子[GeMo12O40]4-α/β异构体的密度泛函研究

采用密度泛函方法，在DND基组水平上，对[GeMo12O40]^4-杂多阴离子最常见的α和β异构体进行了几何构型优化，得到了与X射线晶体衍射实验结果相一致的结构参数，并在此基础上进行了振动频率分析，得到了杂多阴离子的电子结构、热力学特性和振动光谱，通过定义α，β异构体异构化反应的Gibbs函变△Gα-β与温度的关系，研究了这两种异构体的相对稳定性．结果表明：低温时α异构体更稳定，高温时β异构体更稳定些，550K左右为转变点．振动频率分析得到2种异构体的最强峰位于4个频率位置，分别指认为vax(Mo-Od)，vas(Mo-Od)，vas(Mo-Oc-Mo)，vas(Ge-Oa)，vas(Mo-Ob-Mo)振动，与红外光谱(IR)的特征振动峰相对应，观察到了特征频率的振动模式，从理论计算角度说明了Rocchiccioli—Deltcheff关于振动模式的设想是合理的．     

Preparation of Micron-size Functional Fluorescent Microspheres

As a kind of special functional microspheres, fluorescent polymer microspheres could be used in cell label and separation, blood flow assay, flow cytometer marking, chemical reaction assay,and in analyst of the transform and diffusion of particles in soil 1. However, one of the most important applications of fluorescent microspheres is in the high-throughput screening of drugs (HTS) 2. Through affinity interaction, radioactive ligands (latent drugs) are bound to fluorescent microspheres covered by receptor, and luminescence is produced by radioactivity, so ligands can be assayed and screened.In this study, we developed a technique for preparing micron-size fluorescent microspheres with different functional groups. The methods included the synthesis of micron-size polystyrene microspheres through the dispersion polymerization of styrene in different media such as ethanol,ethanol-water, and isopropanol; the functional polystyrene microspheres were prepared by introduction of functional monomers into the reaction system of styrene; the functional fluorescent microspheres were obtained by the way of dying functional microspheres in the fluorescent material's ethanol solvent.The average diameter of microspheres was in the range of 1～10 μm, and the distribution was normal distribution. The functional groups included -OH, -CHO, -COOH, -CONH2, and SO3H. The absorbing spectrum and exciting spectrum were tested, the results showed that the maximal absorbance of fluorescent microsphere was near 306.5 nm, and its maximal excitation was near 362 nm. The excitation spectrum of fluorescent material (DPO) and fluorescent microspheres were shown in figure 1, and it indicated that the developed fluorescent microspheres showed the same excitation behavior like DPO, which related to the fluorescent microspheres had stable luminescence property.     

四氯化锡催化合成癸二酸二丁酯

在五水四氯化锡作用下,用癸二酸和正丁醇合成了癸二酸二丁酯。当癸二酸、正丁醇和四氯化锡的物质的量之比为1∶8∶0.114,回流分水60 min,酯收率达96.2%。并比较了几种Lewis酸合成癸二酸二丁酯的催化活性。
