This paper presents an investigation into the dynamic stability of skew plates acted upon simultaneously by an aerodynamic force in the chordwise direction and a random in-plane force in the spanwise direction. Due to this random in-plane force, the plate may become unstable before the aerodynamic force reaches its critical value. In this work, the finite element formulation is applied to obtain the discretized system equations. The system equations are then partially uncoupled and reduced in size by the modal truncation method. Finally, the unsmoothed and the smoothed versions of the stochastic averaging are used to calculate the system response, and the second-moment stability criterion is utilized to determine the stability boundary of the system. Numerical results show that the stability boundary obtained by the smoothed stochastic averaging is less conservative than that obtained by the unsmoothed version, and the former is the tangent of the latter at zero spectral density of the random in-plane force. 相似文献

A rigorous finite element analysis procedure is developed to study the effect of the inner structures on the acoustic absorption of multi-layer absorbers. To do this, four types of basic inner structure compartments adopted in the multi-layer absorbers are selected for analysis. These compartments are composed of porous materials inlaid with perforated plates of various shapes, say, triangle, semicircle, convex rectangle and plate shapes. As it is different from the conventional finite element analysis for the acoustic system in the literature, the perforated plates are simulated by appropriate equivalent boundary conditions, depending on their thickness, hole radius, hole pitch and porosity and the air contained in the holes. A large number of total degrees of freedom generated from meshing the air in the holes of perforated plates are thus avoided. The results reveal that the inner structures of the multi-layer absorbers will influence the acoustic absorption at some frequency bands significantly. Based on those features, the multi-layer absorber with a novel inner structure is then designed and manufactured. 选择代表性住宅,在其室内、外同步开展大气羰基化合物的监测分析,准确评价大气羰基化合物的污染状况,揭示其来源。用涂覆2,4-硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶采样管收集羰基化合物,借助高效液相色谱完成样品分析,共检测了13种羰基化合物,其中甲醛、乙醛两种物质的平均浓度最高,占被测物质总浓度的30%~67%。甲醛、乙醛的浓度,夏季室内平均为53.47μg/m3、17.81μg/m3,室外平均为15.00μg/m3、10.97μg/m3;冬季室内平均为37.97μg/m3、11.49μg/m3,室外平均为10.44μg/m3、8.15μg/m3。大气羰基化合物呈现夏季高于冬季、室内大于室外的浓度变化规律。甲醛/乙醛和乙醛/丙醛比值结果反映城市大气羰基化合物的人为污染。 相似文献

Enediynes are a novel class of naturally occurring antitumor antibiotics capable of causing DNA strand cleavage by hydrogen atom abstraction from the deoxyribose backbone. During the past decade, numerous synthetic methods have been developed to synthesize the naturally occurring and the "designed" enediynes for biomedical studies. A porous monolithic sol-gel column with the solution of methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane in toluene with an acid catalyst was prepared in the presence and absence of sodium dodecyl sulfate. In situ polymerization was carried out byγ-ray irradiation within the capillary. Theγ-radiation-initiated synthesis could generate radicals directly on the monomer avoiding use of any initiator. The chromatographic behavior of the capillary monolithic columns were studied in the modes of CEC, p-CEC and low pressure-driven separation, all the tests exhibited reversed-phase character. A method for quantitative measurement of the photochemical decomposition of the anti-inflammatory agent, indoprofen (INP) is descriped. An RPLC-based assay that could determine the extent of degradation of INP in a rapid, sensitive, and accurate manner was developed. The method was validated under photoirradiation. Quantitation was monitored with an Inertsil ODS-3V column using a mobile phase of acetonitril and 1% HOAc solution in deionized H2O. Statistics relevant to the system criteria, peak integrity and resolution among the parent drug and its degradation products were performed. From the intra- and inter-day tests, the coefficients of variation were found to range from 0.59% to 4.25% for the former and from 0.71% to 4.86% for the latter. The good selectivity and specificity of this RPLC-based procedure render it suitable for measurements of INP stability. 相似文献
