液晶CPBOB吸附的STM研究

利用STM对吸附在导电基底上的液晶进行研究，能提供近原子分辨的液晶分子图象，这一创新不仅拓宽了STM的研究领域，也使STM成为研究液晶吸附的重要手段之一．根据液晶相变特征不同，样品的制备方法大致分四种情况：直接法，加热法，气相沉积法和溶剂法．无论采用以上哪种方法，     

小功率空气冷却ICP-AES 研究I——小功率空气冷却ICP的特性

本文用顺序等离子体光谱仪研究了27.12MHz他激式R.F.发生器点燃的小功率空气冷却ICP的特性。测量并比较了二十个元素五十七条谱线在空气冷却和氩冷却两种ICP中的检测限。     

Preparation and characterization of nitrogen-doped titanium dioxides

A type of high visible-light active titanium oxinitride(TiO2-xNx) powder was prepared by a simple proc-ess:the calcination of the hydrated titanium dioxide at the atmosphere of ammonia-argon using a tu-bular electric furnace at high temperatures. The hydrated titanium dioxide was synthesized as the precursor of TiO2-xNx using titanic acid as raw material,which came from sulfate technique of produc-ing titanium white. The effects of temperature and reaction time on the nitrogen content,grain size and crystal structure were studied. The visible-light activity and photocatalysis capability of the powder were also investigated.     

离子色谱法测定电镀锡溶液中的SO42-

采用络合反应，消除电镀锡溶液中金属离子对分离柱的污染，应用离子色谱法检测电镀液中SO4^2-的含量，回收率为95％－104％。     

A mathematical model of solvent sublation of some surfactants

Procedures are described for measurement of dissolved copper with long pathlength Teflon AF-2400 liquid core waveguides. Using a 4.4 m waveguide, absorbance versus concentration is linear for copper concentrations between 1 and 160 nM. The molar absorbance of copper complexed with bathocuproine disulfonate is nearly identical for pathlengths between 1 cm and 4.4 m. Our 4.4 m waveguide system provided a 0.4 nM detection limit with no sample preconcentration. The methods developed in this study have been used to determine copper concentrations in natural seawater, river water, and commercial drinking water.     

Selection of Anodic Material Used in Electrolytic Process for Producing Hypophosphorous Acid

Black lead, Ti-Ru and Ti-PbO2 were used as anode and stainless steel was used as cathode The electrolytic process of producing hypophosphorous acid with four-compartment electrodialytic cell was studied. The comparison of some factors, such as anodic voltage, product concentration and current efficiency, of black lead, Ti-Ru, and Ti-PbO2 electrodes was conducted. As a result, theTi-PbO2 electrode is the optimal anode material used, it can be in electrolytic process for producing hypophosphorous acid.     

Love波免疫传感器在免疫分析中的研究

Love波免疫传感器是一种以免疫反应为识别方式的新型声表面波传感器。与其它压电声波免疫传感技术相比,水平剪切型表面波、高的压电晶体基频以及声波导层的存在使Love波免疫传感器在可用于气液两相检测的同时具有更高的灵敏度,从而可以成为免疫分析中的一种重要的工具。本文分别从Love波传感器的构造、原理、发展现状和以抗体作为探针在传感器表面的固定化方法两方面综述了Love波免疫传感器的研究进展。     

氮杂冠醚研究：Ⅸ.双偶氮基开链冠醚的合成及紫外可见光谱研究

用邻硝基苯酚经过先桥接，还原，然后使生成的重氮盐分别与苯酚，取代苯酚和取代苯胺偶联的方法，合成了两类新型的双偶氮基于链有色冠醚，方法简便，产率高，在一定的酸性介质中，这类冠醚存在着铵醌互交异构。测定了它们在不同介质中的紫外可见光谱，并对最大吸收峰进行归属。     

Prototype of immunochromatographic assay strips using colloidal CdTe nanocrystals as biological luminescent label

Colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals have attracted considerable attention as a novel biological luminescent label. The bioinorganic conjugates of luminescent CdTe nanocrystals and protein, including CdTe/BSA (bovine serum albumin) and CdTe/MAB (mouse monoclonal antibody against hepatities B surface antigen), were formed via electrostatic/coordination self-assembly. Pure CdTe nanocrystals, CdTe/BSA and CdTe/MAB were used in the immunochromatographic assay experiments, respectively. And the results indicated that CdTe nanocrystals could be used and developed as a novel label with good stability, high sensitivity and facile determination of several analytes in immunochromatographic assay strips.     

Crystal Structure of Complex Tris（4,4,4—trifluoro—1—pheny1—1,3—butanedione）（1,10—phenanthroline）Europium（Ⅲ）

The complex Eu(btfa)₃ (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P2₁/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm⁵, Z = 4, D_c = 1.639 g/cm³, μ = 1.676 mm^?1, F(000) = 1936, R₁, = 0.0388, wR₂ = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. The coordination polyhedron is an approximate square antiprism.
