Construction and Analysis of N-phosphoryl Peptide Libraries

N-Phosphoryl peptide libraries were constructed by transformation from homo-oligopeptide libraries, which was synthesized by self-assembly of amino acids with the assistance of phosphorus oxychloride. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to monitor the reaction.     

Promotion of Ionic Liquid to Dimethyl Carbonate Synthesis from Methanol and Carbcn Dioxide

Promotion of ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (emimBr), to the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from methanol and carbon dioxide in the presence of potassium carbonate and less amount of methyl iodide under mild conditions was investigated. The results showed that the high selectivity and raised yield of DMC was achieved due to the addition of emimBr in the reaction system. And effect of several reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure and amount of emimBr was discussed.     

咪唑-金属配合物的合成、性质及其与DNA的作用机理

Three hexakis（imidazole）metallo complexes of Co, Cd and Ni were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography analysis. The metal ions have an octahedral geometry with the MN6 chromophore. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that both [Co（Im）6]C12·2HCl·2H2O （1） and [Ni（Im）6]C12·4H2O （3） [Im=imidazole] could interact with DNA mainly by intercalation.

稀土元素对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响

用MTT法研究了14种稀土元素(La，Ce，Pr，Nd，Sm，Eu，Gd，Tb，Dy，Ho，Er，Tm，Yb和Lu)对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响。他们对肝癌细胞的生长作用可分为3类。其中La^3 、Ce^3 和Eu^3 对肝癌细胞的增殖有剂量依赖性正效应，能够在一定浓度范围内刺激细胞生长；Sm^3 ，Gd^3 ，Ho^3 ，Er^3 ，Yb^3 对肝癌细胞生长的刺激作用没有剂量依赖性特征；而Pr^3 ，Nd^3 ，Tb^3 ，Dy^3 ，Tm^3 和Lu^3 则表现出对肝癌细胞的增殖具有不用程度的抑制。推测14种稀土元素作用方式的不同与他们的原子结构有一定的关系，它们对肝癌细胞的相对增殖率随着原子序数的增加呈现出一定的规律性。     

Structure and properties of (1−x)(0.6Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.4Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3)-xPbTiO3 thin films with perovskite phase promoted by polyethylene glycol

The preferential formation of a pyrochlore structure is a knotty problem in the preparation of Pb(Zn_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃ (PZN)-based thin film materials and its presence is significantly detrimental to the dielectric and piezoelectric properties. In this study, 40 mol% of PZN was replaced with Pb(Mg_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃ (PMN) for obtaining a perovskite composition around a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB), (1−x)(0.6PZN-0.4PMN)-xPT ((1−x)PZMN-xPT, PT: PbTiO₃) where x = 0.23. The thin films with this composition were prepared with a polyethylene glycol (PEG) modi-fied sol-gel method on LaAlO₃ substrates. The microstructural evolution of the films on heat treatment was examined with X-ray diffraction. With the aid of PEG, the formation of the pyrochlore phase was suppressed and the perovskite phase formed directly from the amorphous gel film. The multilayer films with a thickness around 0.25 μm showed a single perovskite phase without any detectable pyrochlore structure. Microscopic images showed uniform grain size of a few tens of nanometers. The role of the polymer dramatically promoting the perovskite phase was investigated with the aid of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The dielectric constant of the obtained film was 4160 at 1 kHz. The film demonstrated typical ferroelectric hysteresis loops and exhibited excellent piezoelectric performance.     

Self－assembly of Novel Hetero[3]rotaxane, [2]Rotaxanes and [2]Catenane

One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4‐dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor‐acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotazane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF₆ was assembled by using donor‐acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.     

Effect of ligand structure of stationary phase of high performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography on renaturation efficiency of GuHCl-denaturedα-chymotrypsin

The renaturation of the denaturedα-chymotrypsin (α-Chy) with 1.7 mol·L-1 gua-nidine hydrochloride (GuHCI) by three kinds of stationary phase of high performance hydropho-bic interaction chromatography (STHIC) with a comparable hydrophobicity but different ligand structures was investigated. The obtained result indicates that the ligand structures of the three STHIC contribute to the renaturation efficiency ofα-Chy in the order of the end ligands PEG-600< phenyl group < tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA).     

环氧化橡胶及其合金的研究与应用

综述了国内外环氧化橡胶及其合金的研究现状和应用趋势,重点介绍了环氧化天然橡胶、环氧化聚丁二烯、环氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物及其合金的优点,以及影响其物理机械性能的因素和环氧化橡胶的发展方向。     

EDMA在实时图像处理系统中的应用

增强型直接内存存取(EDMA)是数字信号处理器(DSP)中用于快速数据交换的重要技术,具有独立于CPU的后台批量数据传输的能力,能够满足实时图像处理中高速数据传输的要求.以TI公司的TMS320DM642型DSP为例,介绍EDMA控制器的特点.结合实例给出EDMA在图像数据实时传输中的具体控制和实现方法.实验结果表明,通过灵活控制EDMA不仅能够提高图像数据的传输效率,而且能够充分发挥DSP的高速性能.
