Zinc oxide films of optical quality are obtained on single-crystal ZnSe substrates by the developed method of photoelectrothermal
oxidation. Comparative analysis of the structure and mechanical and electrical characteristics of the films, obtained by the
methods of photothermal and photoelectrothermal oxidation, is performed. It is shown that photoelectrothermal oxidation makes
it possible to fabricate highly textured ZnO films of large thickness at much lower temperatures. Such films are characterized
by high adhesion with the surface of the crystalline substrate and a high mechanical strength. On the basis of the thermostable
ZnO films and oxide-semiconductor heterostructures prepared by photoelectrothermal and photothermal oxidation, varistors,

The paper reports results obtained in numerical simulation of the formation of a magnetic dipole moment by displacement of the geomagnetic field in an underground camouflet. The effect of polarization of the 6Li and 3H clusters on the parameters of states of the 7Li nucleus and on the cross section for the reaction 6Li(n,3H)4He was studied. The 4He + d + n three-cluster configuration was invoked for this purpose, and cluster dynamics was determined within a microscopic model
where the relative motion of the clusters was described in terms of Faddeev amplitudes. The 4He + d + n three-cluster configuration made it possible to consider the 4He + 3H and 6Li + n binary channels, which are dominant in 7Li, and to take simultaneously into account the cluster polarization of 6Li as a two-cluster subsystemin the 4He + d representation and the cluster polarization of 3Has a two-cluster subsystem in the d + n representation. 相似文献

New experimental results on the ratio Rdp of the quasi-elastic charge-exchange yield at the outgoing proton angle $ \theta_{{p,{\rm Lab}}}^{}$ = 0° for the nd $ \rightarrow$ p(nn) reaction to the elastic np $ \rightarrow$ pn charge-exchange yield are presented. The measurements were carried out at the Nuclotron of the Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of High Energies of the JINR (Dubna) at the neutron beam kinetic energies of 0.55, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.8 and 2.0GeV. The intense neutron beam with small momentum spread was produced by break-up of deuterons which were accelerated and extracted to the experimental hall. In both reactions mentioned above the outgoing protons with the momenta p p approximately equal to the neutron beam momentum p n, beam were detected in the directions close to the direction of incident neutrons, i.e. in the vicinity of the scattering angle $ \theta_{{p,{\rm Lab}}}^{}$ = 0° . Measured in the same data taking runs, the angular distributions of the charge-exchange reaction products were corrected for the well-known instrumental effects and averaged in the vicinity of the incident neutron beam direction. These corrected angular distributions for every of nd $ \rightarrow$ p(nn) and np $ \rightarrow$ pn charge-exchange processes were proportional to the differential cross-sections of the corresponding reactions. The data were accumulated by the Delta-Sigma set-up magnetic spectrometer with two sets of multiwire proportional chambers located upstream and downstream of the momentum analyzing magnet. Inelastic processes were considerably reduced by the additional detectors surrounding the hydrogen and deuterium targets. The time-of-flight system was applied to identify the detected particles. The new Rdp data are compared with the existing ones, which were obtained below 1GeV, and with the calculations which were made using the phenomenological NN amplitude sets. 相似文献

A program of polarization studies is presented; this program can enhance our understanding of the constituents from which the spin of hadrons and lightest nuclei is constructed. Beams of polarized lightest nuclei at Nuclotron are required to complete this program. Calculations of linear resonance strengths at Nuclotron, which may result in depolarization effects, are presented. Deflection due to planar channeling and volume reflection in short bent silicon crystals was observed for the first time for 150 GeV/c negative particles, π− mesons, at one of the secondary beams of the CERN SPS. The deflection efficiency was about 30% for channeling and higher than 80% for volume reflection. Volume reflection occurs, in spite of the attractive character of the forces acting between the particles and the crystal planes, in a wide angular range of the crystal orientations determined by the crystal bend angle. 相似文献

Multiple volume reflection by different planes in a bent silicon crystal with its 〈111〉 axis orientation close to the beam direction was observed for the first time for 400 GeV/c protons at the CERN SPS. The proton beam was deflected to the side opposite to the crystal bend by an angle of about 67 μrad, which is five times larger than in a single volume reflection by the (110) bent planes. The registered efficiency of one side deflection was about 84%. It was shown that multiple volume reflection transforms to a single volume reflection when the orientation angle of the 〈111〉 axis relative to the beam direction is increased. 相似文献
